up in the air again...seeing as my nan is a stubborn mule
Okay, I'm REALLY not sure what to say since I don't know much of...anything really, I'm quite beside myself at the moment. Please forgive me if this makes little sense.
Today I was woken up by my mom calling me at 7.30 am. The news was rather important. I have a relative in the hospital and there are only 3 people who are related to her who 1) are as close to immediate family as one gets, 2) can possibly get there 3) that can care for her....really the list is longer but those are the important points. *sigh* i'm one of those people...
Unfortunately, we all live in California, she lives in Florida.
So, my mom is flying out there today, possibly my uncle as well (her children), and possibly myself, the oldest grandchild. The fact is, however, that since I'm the only one not working right now, I'm the prime candidate for taking care of her for the weeks she needs to recover.
With that said, here's my point:
I might be leaving for Florida today. (please bear with me as i'm likely to be frazzled, cranky, and downright unpleasant today: 4-25)
If I DO go to Florida, I don't know how long I'll be there or if I'll have any kind of internet connection.
If I do leave, and when i do return to the site...I don't know what kind of mind frame i'll be in...so again, please try to be patient with me.
I'm really REALLY sorry, i don't mean to drag down all these plots i'm finding myself in, but....there's no way around it. I'll more than likely be leaving. Not sure IF or WHEN I might be going. It all depends on if my mom can talk some sense into my nan so that I can help out instead of having to go into an after-care facility....
*beats head against desk repeatedly* I'm sorry for all the confusion, but things have changed 3 times in the past hour, so....
