Yes, I know the picture of the Clone Trooper and Jedi starfighter on the page banner is very misleading (which is why the admins are looking to have that changed), but if you look at the site plot you would realize that our RP takes place in the year 3602BBY. Which means there is no Grand Army of the Republic, and there are no ARC Troopers and Clone commandos from Kamino.
You might want to take the time to read the Talau's Application Notes page. It's very helpful. Also, try reading a few of the accepted profiles to see what is generally accepted and to get a feel of the stats system, which ranges from completely incompetent (0) to god-like, best-in-the-galaxy (10).

Continuing what Sparrow said, most characters don't have a 10, or even a 9. If they do, they certainly don't have all at such high levels. Also, the bio and RP samples are astonishingly short. Also, there are no clone troopers at this time. ;-)
