Back and forth, back and forth. A predator stalking prey. The eyes of those watching held awe, respect, and even a touch of fear. Of course an eight and half foot feline creature, bulging with muscles, would be enough to scare most people. He was their commander though, so they had nothing to fear. Well as long as they did their job, otherwise, Tal'akaan couldn't make any promises. If one were to enter the flagship of a navy, they certainly would not expect to see a gray furred Togorian at its helm. Tal'akaan Jorso'araan was the Fleet admiral of the rising Mandalorian Navy.
He was bored, the Navy had been on standby since they had obtained the Tenacity. Tal'akaan knew that Mandalore had plans for a big move, but he still hadn't heard any specific word. It was just then that his comm officer marked an incoming transmission from Concord Dawn. He let out a grunt and then made his way over the comm station and read the message.
"Mar'e!" He suddenly stated causing those around him to jump.
Tal'akaan had finally received word from Mandalore, and the basic plans had been laid out. They were going to be retaking Shogun, and running those Republic chaakars out of their home. This would be the first real test for his Navy, and he was ready to prove they were more than capable. He was also getting more and more officers joining the Navy everyday. The Mandalorians were ready to take it to the Republic dogs, and destroy them.
"ver'alor, where is al'verde Bralor?" Tal'akaan asked with a low but harmless growl
"Her transport just arrived, admiral" responded one of the many officers on the bridge.
He merely bared his fangs ever so slightly, which looked quite threatening. In fact though, it held the exact opposite meaning. He tended to bear his fangs slightly when he was happy, it was almost like a smile. Tal'akaan almost never truly smiled, but there were the rare occasions when he would. Before he would go into battle, he needed to build a command crew that he knew he could trust. Commander Bralor was one of those few that he could, and hence why she would serving as his right hand from now on.
The Togorian once again began to stalk back and forth on the bridge of the Tenacity

Finally at long last dropping out of hyperspace, she approached the Tenacity in Concord Dawn space. She had seen the old Centurion-class battlecruisers before from a far off distance, but had never been this close to one, let alone inside one. This was truly a treat. It could not be helped that she took a moment to marvel at the ships immense size and the firepower she knew this beast could unleash. Her ruthlessly strategic mind could not help but ruminate on the possibilities of what tactics the Mandalorians could utilize to break Republic's morale and will.
When her transport docked on the ship, she stood up from her seat, her helm that was resting on her lap, she immediately put it on. The time to relax was over, preparations need to be made and she was at a new command post serving under the Fleet Admiral. A great honor for any Mandalorian to be granted, she wished to make certain she made a good impression. The moment she stepped off the transport an ensign was there to greet her, and without even an iota of a tinge of hesitation or weariness in her voice but instead a direct icy tone with that thick accent not uncommon to some Mandalorians, she ordered, "Take me to the bridge, Ensign."
The ensign snapped to attention as he replied, "Ma'am, Fleet Admiral Tal'akaan awaits you there now.", she gave him a single nod, the ensign immediately lead her through the numerous immense halls of the gigantic ship until they reached the bridge. It was just as impressive inside as it was outside.
Upon entrance of the bridge Shannon glanced about it as she followed behind the ensign, as if inspecting each Mandalorian going about their paces at their station as she strode across the immense floor of the bridge. Once the ensign informed the Togorian Mandalorian Fleet Admiral of her presence, she looked up at him. She nearly had to take a step back as he stood a full three feet taller than her... this would take a little getting used to. But she did not let it distract her, the second the ensign informed Tal'akaan of her presence, Shannon snapped to attention, "Commander Shannon Bralor be'Aliit Bralor. Reporting for duty, Fleet Admiral."

The Togorian finally stopped his pacing as the ensign informed him on a new arrival. He let out a low growl signaling that he was pleased and the ensign was dismissed. He turned to see the young female commander approaching him. Commander Bralor came to to attention, and the Togorian fleet admiral studied her. She had features which no doubt people of her species found attractive. She didn't react as many did upon first seeing the Togorian, and this impressed Tal'akaan. Moments later his facial expression shifted to one of a feral grin. This woman is going to go places"Udesiir Commander Bralor. It is good to have you on board commander, I expect great things from you. Enough of these pleasantries though, we have work to do"He let out a low growl, and made his way towards one of the stations, assuming that the commander would follow. The officers there cleared out to make room for the large fleet admiral. Leaning forward, he pressed a button bringing up an image of a fleet around a planet. "Commander, this is Shogun, and that is the Republic Fleet. We are moving to retake Shogun, and it has finally come to reclaim what is ours. Our primary initiative is to get the Army to the ground, and in one piece. As you can see, while their Navy is spread thin, it is still not something we can brush aside too easily.
Now tell me commander, how would you approach such a situation?"This would be her first test as his newly appointed executive officer. Tal'akaan had no doubt that she would deliver, her record reiterated that point again and again. They wouldn't be up against a full size Navy, but they couldn't just walk over them without some effort. The key was to make sure that the ground forces made it safely and on time. This operation was going to take a good deal of coordination. Tal'akaan and his Navy were more than up for the task, he didn't say it to anyone else, but he was dying for a good fight. (I am giving you alot of room to come up with something. Remember my guy is only an NPC, so you should be doing the bulk of the strategy and work )

((No worries, just makes the RP funner and more challenging. ;D))
The moment the maasive Togorian admiral told her to be at ease, she relaxed as he told her to. Glancing about the officers when Tal'akaan dimissed them from the console to display the holo image of the Republic fleet patrolling Shogun. Her mind did not waste a moment in analyzing every inch of the fleet the very trice it was displayed before her. She removed her helmet so she could look upon it with her own eyes rather than through a visor. After setting her helmet at the edge of the console, she immediately begun using the console to zoom in and focus on various ships of the Republic fleet seeing how they were clumped together in their scattered positioning.
Her nose twitched and wrinkled a bit as her constant stern gaze in her blue eyes also held a nonchalant and unimpressed expression. Her left arm crossed under her chest as she shifted her weight from leg to the next, the elbow of her right arm rest in the palm of her left hand as her right hand idly tapped away at the keys of the console to bring up the isolated images of the Republic fleet ships while she spoke her verdict for a plan of attack, "The Republic spread themselves thin because in comparison to them, our military is small. So, they expect us to avoid them in direct combat when releasing our dropships to face them on the ground. Then swarm on us once they spot us.", she sighed a little shaking her head, "Their admiral leading this patrol... Iba'hut'huun...", she then looked up to Tal'akaan nearly straining her neck in the prossess, "When strategizing against the Republic, best thing to keep in mind is... Ani di'kut Republic officer thinks hut'huunla... they do not have Mando'ad'ijaat."
She then looked back to the display as she went on to say, "Out of their own hut'huunla thought process they expect us to try to avoid them... Because that's what they would do...", her eyes then narrowed with a smirk, "But true Mando'ad do not avoid... we confront. In my opinion, Fleet Admiral. We strike - here.", she then zoomed in on a cluster of ships at the edge of the Republic fleet closes to the southern hemisphere, "We keep these ships at our port side and plow through them, edging the rest out to our fleets nine and ten. Our starfighters will support our fleets gunners at the fleets nine and ten angle. The rest of the Republic fleet will begun to draw in toward us from that direction as we release the dropships to the surface, so they will need the starfighter support."
Looking back to the display she tilted her head consideringly, "One common flaw I see in most Republic ship designs is their bridge placement is stupid. Especially their ship designs with having long, narrow necks and their bridges at the very end of those spindly necks. Makes it easy for other ships, even cohesive fighter squardons, to focus their torpedoes and missiles to break'em in two. Contrary to a Republic soldier, their ships can't do any thing without a brain to tell it what to do. Their one commonality being, severe their head, they ain't gettin' back up."
Shannon shrugged a little, that smirk still plastered on her face, "Once any aloriya or cruiser ships start getting involved with the fun. We start turning the fleet straight into the Republic fleet... or what's left of it. It would be foolish to take them head on in direct ship to ship combat, though. That's why instead we begin boarding parties.", she looks back up at the Tal'akaan as her lips curled into a diabolical grin, "Claim ourselves some more war spoils.", she turned her eyes back to the display of the Republic fleet as she asked, "With your permission, Fleet Admiral. If boarding parties form, I would like be apart of them. I can coordinate the starfighter squardons from here on the bridge until that time. It is not often I get to put a blaster to an enemy's head do to mostly being on a bridge or in a fighter cockpit. But, only with your permission, Fleet Admiral."

Tal'akaan listened carefully to everything the commander said; he was impressed. The commander's plans much reflected what he would have done, but with a few slight differences. All in all, the commander had come up with a solid attack strategy which would also make sure the army safely reached the ground.
She sure is a bold thinker
The one thing that Tal'akaan had not considered, was the option of boarding parties. Indeed as soon as she mentioned it, he wondered why he had not thought of that himself. He boiled it down to age and the fact that he had engaged in too many simple battles, and was losing his touch to think abstractly. The idea greatly appealed to his ijaa, and it was truly something a Mando'ade would do. On top of all this, the commander wanted to be on the boarding party herself, which was quite an odd request.
Oh she sure reminds me of when I was younger
He made a few low growls as he pondered the idea, looking for any gaps in the strategy. He didn't see any, but this would be their most important assignment to date, they could not fail. They may even be able to present Mandalore with a whole group of newly acquired ships after the battle.
"Your plan is sound commander, indeed I like it very much. There is only one issue I see in your plan. You will not be the only one going with the boarding parties, I shall be joining you. It has been far too long since I have been in a good battle, I will not let you have all the fun"
Now all there was to do was make sure all their assets were in place, and then play the waiting game. The invasion was not far off, and Tal'akaan could already feel his blood boiling. The Fleet admiral was ready for a fight, not just any fight, but ready to crush the Republic hut'uune

Shannon immediately turned her head, once again nearly straining her neck to look up at the giant Togorian admiral, when he said there was a flaw in her strategy. A flaw? Her brow furrowed a little in response, though she was certainly not going to argue with a Togorian Mandalorian. A human Mandalorian can be a beast to fight against, but a Togorian Mandalorian... that would be akin to facing a genuine monster. However, those soft lips of hers curled into a diabolical grin again the second he mentioned the flaw was him not being involved in the boarding parties as well.
Oh yes, she was going to enjoy this post. Being chosen to be the XO of the Fleet Admiral was already an immense honor for a Mandalorian, it is something any true Mandalorian worth their clan, blood, and pride would take up in an instant when chosen, as she did. But, for that very same Fleet Admiral also wanting to take Republic heads and spill Republic blood himself in the fray as well. Not that it should be something surprising coming from a Togorian or Mandalorian for that matter, but nevertheless, it is dream come true for any Mandalorian. Also, being granted the opportunity to see a Togorian rip Republic soldiers limb from limb is just icing on the cake at this point.
Shannon could not help but smirk a bit finding herself having ambiguously become the strategist for the Mandalorian fleets assault on Shogun. Yet another great honor, she briefly she begun to think about the honor it will give the Bralor clan and those of her past who helped shaped who she has become today. Her chest puffed up a little out of pride, and she gave the Fleet Admiral a firm single nod, "Of course, Fleet Admiral. The Republic's blood will flow through their ships halls."

"Indeed it will Commander, indeed it will"
There was something else that needed handling, and after her little display, Tal'akaan knew he could trust her. This attack was going to take great coordination, that much was obvious. The foundation of their invasion strategy came from the Special Operations sector. While they were in two completely separate branches, Tal'akaan couldn't help but admire them some. How could he hold anything against them?they had brought him the very ship he was standing in.
"Commander Bralor, I know you have just arrived, but I have yet another task for you. This invasion is a combined effort between all three branches of the military. As such, there is a briefing on Concord Dawn for which the Navy needs a representative. You have come up with our strategy so there is no one better qualified, and I need someone who I can trust.
You are to go the Special Operations Headquarters, and attend the briefing. I believe it will be held by Brigadier General Haseful, so find him if you have any doubts. Remember, they are ground troops, so try and be patient with their ignorance commander.
Good Luck Commander.Dismissed" He stated with a feral grin.
He would have went himself, but there was this whole business of being Fleet Admiral. He sometimes wondered how he had ended up in his current position. He was an odd Togorian, but he still could rip a man's limbs off without straining himself too much. He was hoping he would get exactly that type of opportunity in the near future.
"Alright! Enough slacking you di'kute! Lets run some drills!" He semi-roared to his crew on the bridge.

Immediately she looked back up at the Togorian admiral when he informed there was still another task to accomplish. As the huge Togorian explained her the situation on the ground with the operations meeting with the ground forces, she understood where this was going. The moment he ordered Shannon to be the one to go there to represent the Naval forces, she immediately snapped to attention, the armor on the heels of her boots of her Mandalorian armor clicked when she did. The second he told she was dismissed, she picked her helmet up off of the display and put it back on. While making a perfect about-face she yelled with a strong tone, "Ensign!"
"Your orders, ma'am?", the ensign from earlier immediately responded to her voice as she walked across the ship's bridge floor.
"Tell the docking crew to have my starfighter prepped and ready to go.", she ordered as she continued walk, "I'm heading to the surface."
"Yes, ma'am.", the ensign immediately complied, and did precisely as ordered without wasting a moment.
Heading back to the ships hangar, she went directly where her personal starfighter is, the Prudii'tar, she calls it. By the time she crossed the huge ship to reach the hangars where her starfighter waited for her, it had long been prepped for her. Hopping inside, its bubble-canopy closed and sealed over her. After buckling in and getting clearance for take off - she sped off out of the hangar back into space heading directly for the Mandalorian HQ on Concord Dawn's surface.

As the Adenn Buurenaar sped through hyperspace, Orion thought to himself. He suspected what was about to occur, why he and his brother were being called to Concord Dawn from combat duty. He'd gathered some reports earlier about several differant vessels in the Mando'ade Navy were being recalled along with he and his brother's vessel.Orion glanced up as a ensign brought him a report, then glancing over it before handing back over. He returned to his thoughts. It was possibly a large raid or, dare he think it, a invasion. The amount of ships being recalled was enough to transport and deploy a army. He hoped it was the latter, as it would bring much more honor to him and his clan.
His thoughts were suddenly interrupted as the bright white lines of hyperspace disappeared to be replaced by the image of a large planet and several ships, all varying in size. The largest and most noticeable was the Centurion-class battlecruiser floating in space among the fleet. His eyes narrowed in concentration as he looked over detail of the ship in hunger. He mentally shook himself after a few seconds, knowing he had to start giving orders.
"Move the Adenn Buurenaar towards the fleet and find a safe flight path so we aren't rammed on accident. Have the reactors ready to disperse power to all systems if need be, and have all crew members on stand-by. Lieutenant Quentin, I want a comm connection with the Tenacity right now. Alert the Tenacity that I shall be coming aboard. Lieutenant Cer'ani, you have the bridge." Orion quickly stood up, his armor clattering quietly as he headed towards the bridge's turbolift. He quickly entered as the doors opened, then keyed in the hanger level. The turbolift's doors shut silently then Orion felt the feeling of free-fall as the turbolift sped towards the hanger.
The doors opened and Orion left quickly, heading towards his awaiting Tracinya-class Heavy Strike Fighter. He quickly climbed in, strapped himself down, then shut and sealed the starfighter. "This is Captain Orion Lorgan, ready for launch. Permission to go?" "You have a go Captain. Have fun." Orion grinned slightly, then slammed forward on the thrust, sending the fighter speeding out of the side of his Dragonhawk-class destroyer. He spiraled for a moment, enjoying the feel of flying a fighter again before turning and heading straight for the Tenacity and it's hanger bay.
After a minute of flying at top speed, Orion slowed down to a safer speed and glided into the hanger bay, landing neatly in the designated spot. He unstrapped himself and unsealed the ship, opening it then jumping out. He landed lightly on the hanger floor with a small clatter of metal as his gear shook, which consisted of a pair of blasters, his crushgaunts, armor, wrist datapad, and several other minor tools and small weapons. He turned to the awaiting ensign, saying curtly. "Take me to the bridge immediately." The ensign saluted sharply, about-faced and headed towards a nearby corridor.
Several minutes later after having walked through several corridors, turbolifts, etc, they reached the bridge. Orion nodded to the ensign and slowly walked through the bridge towards the massive Togorian Admiral. He stopped several feet away and saluted sharply, holding it and staying silent till the Admiral returned it and spoke.

All together not bad, it wasn't bad at all. Tal'akaan had just run a quick exercise with his crew, it helped keep them prepared and ready for anything. As expected of the crew under the Fleet Admiral, they preformed remarkably. He couldn't say that of course on the off chance that they would become complacent. This Navy was relatively new, and as such they had a lot to prove, and a lot on their shoulders.
I wonder when Commander Bralor will return..pondered the Togorian
He had taken an almost instant liking to the female commander. She was smart, talented, and had mirshko to fight toe to toe on boarding parties. Yes, it was people like her that would win them a great deal of battles. Tal'akaan had almost wished he was some lower officer, so he could relish this battle to its utmost potential.
Somehow I have managed to find my way as admiral of the entire navy, and it is still a mystery to me
Tal'akaan was saved the trip down memory lane, as he was informed that another officer had arrived. The Togorian was a hands on type of person, and he liked to meet the Navy captains face to face. Over the last two weeks he had been meeting up with many of the officers, gauging them for himself. He had a few reasons for this of course. One, he needed to know that he could trust this person in battle. Two, knowing an officer's style can help formulate strategies and formations. Finally, they could see the being that would rip them limb from limb if they betrayed the cause.
He heard footsteps and they stopped a few feet away from where he was currently standing. Tal'akaan turned to see Captain Lorgan, saluting smartly.
"At ease, captain" He stated gruffly as he returned the man's salute "I have heard excellent reports about your ability to captain a ship. I will be counting on that for this next assignment. We are going to retake Shogun, and it will be very soon. We will use the element of surprise and a great deal of audacity for our attack on the Republic Navy. Three ships will be spearheading a charge into the Republic line. One will be the Tenacity, and I want one of the others to be your vessel captain."
The Togorian stalked slowly over to the window, his hands crossed behind his back as he looked out into the depths of space. There was silence between the two for a full minute before he spoke again.
"Can I trust you, Captain Lorgan?"

As the Admiral spoke, Orion silently smiled, hidden behind the cold empty stare of his helmut. He quickly lowered his hand to his side, returning to a at ease position with his hands folded across his chest and feet spread apart in a firm, strong stance. He listened silently to every word the Admiral had to say, assessing his speech, his movements, the look in his eyes, every single detail he could see.
Once the Admiral had finished and asked him a question Orion stood silent a moment longer before reaching up, unsealing his helmut, and pulling it off, revealing his short-cropped, military-standard, pure white hair, and scarred face. It was set in a determined, neutral expression, while his eyes were alert and slightly respectful. "Yes Admiral, you can." He fell silent a moment before a barely registered grin came to his lips. "I am especially pleased to find that my ship has been chosen for this operation. I suspected it must be for some important reason, either a raid or possibly a invasion of sorts. Most of the general Fleet reports showed that several ships were rendezvousing here. I am glad I disagreeessment was correct."
He fell silent for several seconds, watching the Togorian Admiral for any expressions, hints of his mood, etc in his body language. He stood there, the helmut held under his arm and armor glinting in the partial light, still as a statue. Finally, Orion decided to speak. "I am more then grateful to know I have been selected to join this operation sir, though I wished to know why." He raised one eyebrow in question. "Why did you choose me among the dozens of other captains and commanders out there? I would like to know your reason, if you would divulge it." He waited silently for the Admiral to reply, his cold grey eyes staring unblinkingly with respect and some admiration.

"Al'verde Shannon Bralor be'Aliit Bralor piloting the Prudii'tar, seeking permission to dock aboard the Tenacity.", she announced over the comm as she approached the massive vessel amongst the Mandalorian fleet in her starfighter. She could not help but marvel at the immense size of the ship for a second time upon her approach, she found herself just as impressed with it this time as she was the first. It made her Mandalorian blood burn white hot even more for battle wanting to unleash the power of the Republic's own battle-cruiser upon the Republic fleet.
A second later she received back over her comm within her little starfighter, "Permission granted, ma'am."
Shannon flew slowly over the great hull of the Tenacity inverted so she could just tilt her head up and look upon it studiously as she flew. Flying completely across from the port fore of the vessel to its aft, she even made flyby over the bridge - partly to inspect the top of the ship from the outside, but also as a showing she has returned back to the ship. Making a sharp banking turn the moment she was clear of the ship's aft as though to be caught my its immense energy exhaust. Shannon flew under the ship's belly to its docking bay, finally landing amongst the squadron she will commend the times she flies out there herself in battle.
The second the canopy of the starfighter popped open, she hopped out of the fighter, and ordered to the docking bay crew, "Get her prepped for battle. Always make sure the Prudii'tar is ready for battle. Even when I'm not fighting... Because I suddenly just might decide to."
A chief petty officer leading the maintenance for that particular squadron immediately snapped to attention as he responded, "Yes, ma'am. By your orders."
Shannon simply nodded in reply as she headed back up to the bridge of the ship. Only the second time she had been aboard the vessel, its great size and numerous halls, rooms, and quarters were like a labyrinth to her still. But she paid close attention when the ensign who greeted her when she first arrived, lead her through the ship, and so she was able to vaguely recall where to go. Her vague recollections served her well, though - eventually finding her way back to the bridge without an escort. If she is going to be the Executive Officer of this vessel, she may as well start to (or at least try to) show that she knows it as well as - or better than most the other crew.
When she entered the bridge she glanced about the bridge for trice as she walked across it, making sure each at their station was doing their job - and doing it right, she glanced about at them through the visor of her helm. She has not taken it off yet since she left the Tenacity to Concord Dawn. It only took her a second or two to take notice of the Fleet Admiral... it is rather hard to miss a togorian. Seeing he was speaking to what she assumed to be one of the captains of the fleet, after she approached she stood at attention behind Tal'akaan to his right, without saying a word as not to intrude or interrupt their conversation. Besides, she is only a commander, they both outrank her therefore it would be going against protocol to speak out of turn, and also it would be rather rude, she has a reputation to uphold after all.

Oh, it seems another interesting person has boarded this ship
Tal'akaan was surprised that the man had presumed to ask for his reasons. Most soldiers would take it for what it was and leave it at that. This was different though, this captain wanted his personal reasons for choosing the man. Most commanders would have told him off, but Tal'akaan was intrigued, so he would humor this man.
"Very well captain. Your fighting tactics are quite interesting and inventive yet at the same time bold. Your superiors and peers have old spoken positively about you. On top of all this, you are a dedicated soldier. I need someone of your ability and resolution to help me lead this attack on the Republic."
The admiral had also noticed the presence of the returned commander Bralor. He was happy to note that she seemed to falling into her duties quite quickly. Things seemed to be going quite well with the entire fleet, and that made him a content Togorian. He hoped for the sake of his crew that they never made him angry though.
"Ahh Commander, I see you have returned, at ease. Captain Lorgan this is Commander Bralor, she is serving as my XO here on the Tenacity. The attack will commence in two days captain Lorgan, the commander here will fill you in on the details"
Tal'akaan let out a huff, before turning making his way around the bridge. He would let his XO describe the attack plan since she had been its creator. While she was doing that, the admiral paced across the bridge, making sure his crew was doing what they were supposed to. Apparently having a commanding officer that could kill them with his bare hands was a good motivator.
He had been slowly moving the fleet into place, but not as to be too suspicious. Tal'akaan made sure that the Republic would think it some sort of training exercise if they were watching. Currently a majority of the Navy was loading up the landing force for the invasion. He estimated it to be about 50% to 55% complete, and should be done on schedule. Space would soon be littered with the bodies of his victims.

OOC: I apologize for taking so long in replying. Been busy and totally blank in what to write... haha. Still am but gonna continue.
Orion listened silently to his Admiral, taking in every word and logging it away in his mind. He appreciated his words though silently, only giving a firm nod in thanks. Upon the conversation finishing and Admiral leaving to other parts of the bridge, Orion turned his attention to the commander. He looked her over a moment, then nodded. "Hello Commander. Let us begin. Commander Lorgan should eventually arrive in-system and join us whenever he does." He fell silent as he finished these last words, giving the Commander a expecting stare, ready for her to begin re-stating the Naval battle plan once more.

"Yes, Alor'ad.", Shannon complied, as she walked over to the holo-display she removed her helmet, and set it on top of the console. She ran her fingers through her hair pulling it back and out of her face from just pulling off her helmet. Tapping in a few keys on the console to bring up the Republic fleet guarding Shogun on the holo-display, "The Republic fleet of Shogun, Alor'ad. The admiral leading the Republic fleet is using a tactic that is assuming we are as hut'huunla as them. They spread their fleet thin to cover as much space around Shogun as possible to attempt to trap us in a net. Uncertain of the size of our own fleet, thinking it weak and small... Like them... They expect us to avoid confrontation and find some place to let loose our dropships upon Shogun's surface where there is the least amount of resistance. But no Mando'ad avoids confrontation - they face it - with ijaat."
She then taps in a few keys on the display once again zeroing on far edge of one particular area of the Republic fleet, "The plan is to face them directly right - there. As we strike those clustered ships there, keeping them to our fore and port sides as we plow through them, the rest of the Republic fleet we can and will edge out to our nine and ten angles. With the Republic fleet so spread out keeping them to our nine and ten we can effectively destroy them ship to ship as they come to us with the starfighters supporting our ships from that side as we release the dropships to Shogun's surface. Once the capital and cruiser ships get involved, continuing to fight ship to ship will get risky. So what we will be doing then is forming boarding parties. We overrun their ships... claim ourselves some war-spoils in the process. Besides, from the seems of it... our ground forces are aiming to do the same on their end of things."
Shannon chuckled a little, "It seems reclaiming Shogun may wind up not just reclaiming what is ours... but claiming much of what is theirs for our own... Reclaiming Shogun could prove to be one of our key supplying raids to build up our forces to strike back at the Republic. Especially if we can manage to get some bes'uliik out of it, and start reproducing them."
Crossing her arms under her chest, she then turned to Orion and stated, "Anyhow, that is the battle plan, Alor'ad. The goal of it being safely getting the ground forces down to the surface in their drop ships, while we simultaneously decimate the Republic fleet. We edge out the Republic fleet so we can destroy them as they come to us, it'll easily be done.", she states the last bit as though it were simple common knowledge fact.

---Two Days Later--- A mass of fur and muscle paced the bridge of the centurion class vessel. It could have been a predator if they were on some jungle or dessert planet. No, this beast not only possessed his primal instincts but also exceptional intelligence. Togorians belonged on the ground, or so his peers had told him. Tal'akaan had somehow managed to find himself in the Navy, and as the Fleet Admiral, no less. He turned to the right of him, observing the person who stood close but still at a respectful distance. Commander Bralor, his right hand man, or woman to be correct. She had surprised the Togorian time and time again since she had arrived on the Tenacity. It was something he found refreshing in his usually stale days. He would be counting on her skills to bring victory to Mandalore. Tal'akaan was getting too old for this stuff, commanding that is. In his youth, the thought of command fueled his ambition and efforts. Now though, he wished to actually participate in battles, not through just pushing buttons. If he were lucky, he would get such a chance today as part of the boarding party. The Togorian would be undoubtedly scolded by his commanders for doing such a brash thing but he didn't really care. Tal'akaan was a Mandalorian after all, on top of that he was also a Togorian, he lived for battle. "Commander Bralor. It is time." He stated suddenly The fleet was to move on to Shogun, and decimate the Republic cowards. He nodded to the commander and let her deal with all the ordering. It was nice to have someone capable at his side who could do their job properly and efficiently. Excitement began to build up in the Togorian, they were about kill themselves a whole bunch of Republic thieves. (Apillis, I want you to start the thread on Shogun. Start it however you want and do whatever you want;))

((Ok. )) It was in the air, she could feel it - breath it. The tension running high - the excitement within the vast crew, everyone can feel their Mandalorian blood rushing eager for the coming battle - no, war. Battle is battle, any one can get that, but war - that is a joy every Mandalorian salivates for. Falleen say revenge is like a wine, best aged until perfect, and so has the Mandalorian's vengeance against the Republic for the insult dealt to them decades back. Oh, has their rage aged over the years. Shannon was born with it, reclaiming what belongs to her people, and bring honor back to the Bralor clan, this is what she was been trained for and yearned for, for as long as she can remember. Now that the time has come, she has found herself in an ideal place for it, a placement of great on honor, and has no intention of squandering it. Always bearing in mind those before her taught her since she was a child and a young Mandalorian: her father, the old timer veterans of the Bralor clan, and... Seyra. It would be an immense dishonor to them and their memory to fail now, she will do her duty and what is asked of her not just to the letter but beyond to further her people and clan. She always made certain to be there for Tal'akaan, it is her duty as his executive officer to be ready to give out the orders the second her makes them. Fully dressed in her unique lighter customized Mandalorian battle armor, she stood with her arms crossed under chest while the rest of her posture looked more akin to standing at attention - unwavering. The cold, expressionless gaze of her helms visor mirrored perfectly her own gaze behind it as she kept eyes front. Then she heard it... the order to make for Shogun was given... Tal'akaan told it was time. Though it could not be seen from under her helm, she grew an immense grin on her face, she had not smiled like that in years, "Yes, Fleet Admiral.", she immediately responded, and without budging an inch or changing the direction of her gaze, remaining exactly as she has been she sternly ordered, "Helmsman! Set our hyperspace course for Shogun. Open channels to the rest of fleet to do the same.""Yes, ma'am!", he instantly responded as he tapped away at the keys before him, "Orders have been sent, ma'am. Ready to make the jump at your mark." "Now.", she plainly stated, like every Mandalorian worth their salt, she was ready long ago. A moment later the entire fleet blasted its way through hyperspace heading straight for Shogun uninterrupted.
