His boots made soft echoing noises off the stone floor as Jedi Guardian Erfies Ianie made his way down one of the many vast hallways of the Jedi Temple. The bearded man nodded and smiled at any passerbys that took the time to greet him or if he knew them but other then that kept to himself. The day was still young but he didnt know how to spend it!
He smirked slightly as the words of a former Jedi ghosted into his head. The Jedi Temple WAS rather boring. His studies had been concluded, he had sparred with more then a few younglings, sampling them to the Makashi lightsaber form and its basics and his physical and mental training had been concluded as well. In short.
There was NOTHING to do. Not that the old man could think of anyways.
He supposed he could continue refining his lightsaber skills, though he didnt much feel the need but the Jedi scorned himself at these thoughts. One can never be TO ready or prepared for what lied ahead. Turning a corner, Erfies made his way to one of the several sparring rooms that were empty this day. Shrugging off his cloak and placing it on a nearby chair, he walked over to a control panel.
Inputing codes in that would activate a remote droid, Erfies stepped back a remote sprung to life and jetted out of a nearby hatch. His lightsaber sprung from his hand and the green blade came to life as he twirled the blade into a Makashi salute. The remote hovered for a moment, darting from left to right for a few moments then fired a stun bolt. Erfies deflected the bolt with ease as he awaited for the droid's next move. While Makashi wasnt adapt at deflection of blaster based weaponry, more useful in lightsaber combat, it never hurt to work on a weakness of a form.
And if that failed, he could aways turn to another form.
