(Made a more generic thread so other Sith may join)
These exercises are too tedious and provide too little results.
Varion was at the common task of lifting things with his use of the force. He had been at it since the crack of daylight in a room so he wouldn't be disturbed by others. Varion had a number of clay pots and what looked like meaningless artifacts from the whatever remained of the tombs. He swirled them around his being in an attempt to modify and hopefully enhance the results he was expecting. The Dark Jedi stood up letting the pots sink gently back to the ground as he made for the door. The door opening in front of him Varion walked out into the center room where he saw a handful of Students training, some were sparring with lightsabers while others ismply meditated.
"To become stronger is to learn and master the basics"...that's what my master said. It was the only thing he knew to be true from the Jedi Order.
In truth Varion didn't want to do the basics over and over again, but he had already seen the results of his other methods. Too many times had they produced little or no results. Varion wanted power, his own power, but he didn't know the first place to look to acquire it.

Neo Kamino awoke with chains on his feet. "Move, you beast!" The hermit Sith yelled at the nearly-frightened Neo. Kamino agreed with his apparent knew masters commands, all the time searching for his lightsaber. "I took it, you idiot. Common sence." Kamino knew this was probable the case but he still held on to a string of hope, of course that broken as soon as he entered the well-lit 41st Sith Planetary Assault Division's HQ, surrounded by short troops with blasters and black and read uniforms. Along with Sith practitionors carrying lightsabers.
Soon though, Kamino felt at home. Being used to strange things and people -just not so many of them- and usually having a chain around his neck. Still Kamino wrestled with the hermit Sith, but somehow the Sith was able to defeat him every time. Kamino wondered about this and tried to figure a way to out smart him. "You can't out smart me, beast. The reasonwhy your attempts are so futile is due to my expertise in the force." With that the hermit finally reached a prison bay and lowered the shields. "In!" The hermit Sith yelled, this order Kamino did not comply with. Expecting such a response the hermit Sith force pushed him in, activating the shields with the force once again.
Today would be a day of rest and thought for Kamino. Tomorrow could be hell. ---- 2nd Day
"Get up, beast!" A large Sith clad in silver, standart-issue, armour ordered him. The Sith trooper was holding a rather large blaster rifle. This is what Kamino had been waiting for. He complied with the order and stood up in his cage. The force field de-activating. "Ok, furball. Come out here and we'll take you to the registration office."
What? Kamino wondered, we? As he exited his chamber he saw a guard of fifteen Sith troopers, all pointing their guns at him. His face dropped into sadness. "Expecting a quick escape? Ha, we Sith aren't stupid." Following the Sith patrol leader's orders he went to the golden registration office. The colours showing as if this room was suppose to offer some kind of hope. "XB-13128, Force Potential Approved."
"Ah, pretty average ratings their you have, beast." The man at the regristration desk taunted at Kamino. 'The beast' replieing with a growl. "Like you can back that up." The man again taunted, this time laughing sadistically.
The Sith patrol took him to a rather tall, robed, figure. "Here he is, Master." The Sith patrol proclaimed, this was followed by a quick bow from all the troop and then a march out.
The robed figure, probably a Sith played with a lightsaber on the desk. It looked familiar to Kamino, it was his saber. "Remarkable weapons aren't they? Able to cut threw nearly everything, yet so gracefully admired for peace." The Sith said with a mocking humour. "Here." The Sith tosed Kamino's saber back to him. "I'm offering you one chance. Only because you have great potential as a swordsmen, but your force powers are weak."
Kamino looked down at the saber, and remembering how strong the Sith hermit was. Kamino's replying Basic was esquiste. "I will join you," He bowed down to the Sith, "Mastah." His accent finally shown.
"Good, Acolyte Kamino. Rise." And so began the chronicles of Kamino.

I'll just go to Manaan and see how the fruits of our initial groundworks are coming along. It will probably be easier to become stronger there.
Varion had decided within the confines of his mind that the basics were essential to an extent. Varion felt he should proceed past the basics. He felt that training in such a way for so long has honed his basics to a desirable level. Varion proceeded to the nearby city where he pushed past the ever persistent Sith hopefuls who began to practically horde the Sith Academy now that they had backing from a form of authority as Varion put it.
So many things changed from the Sith he had learned from in the holocrons. Those Sith meditated, strengthened themselves. Gained extraordinary power and none of them were afraid of unleashing it all...that is of course with the exception of Darth Revan. That man was of course still a mystery till this day, but the Exile was another story. The Exile, as Varion summed it up, only became as strong as she did by using Sith teachings, not to mention siphoning a portion of all the Sith she killed into her own being.
Varion wanted that kind of power, not as an obsession, but as a goal. Varion could care less for ruling an empire...such things could be schemed after he held all the power he could want in his hands. It all had to start now, after all Varion was a man who could see to the long term.
Varion entered Dreshdae and looked at the people whispering...hearing their thoughts disgusted him.
If they only knew how I wish to play with them...their minds. It would be a fitting test to see how far the basics can actually reach.
Varion smirked and cleared his mind of such thoughts.
But I can't do that...at least not with the support we now receive. I mean I "could" do it, but I "shouldn't". After all that would be a detriment to their efforts at creating a power able to rival and eventually defeat the Republic. If I do that I will most likely lose my life because I am not strong enough. So naturally I will have to hold my hand now and bide my time until I don't have an equal.
Varion reached the hangars where a Twi'lek outfitted in grey and black saluted him.
Safe travels master.
Varion nodded whilst gritting his teeth. To show such disaffectionate fawning disgusted Varion even more. What did they think to do by calling him a "master" when he so clearly needs more experience and training? Was their attempt to boost his confidence. Well the attempt failed as he entered his fighter equipped with the hyperspace travel add-ons. The fighter would soon arrive in Manaan where he would continue his training.

Kamino jumped twelve meters into the air, repetitivly. "Higher! Force Jump, force the air under you, up! It's a force push downwards." With that last instruction Alcolyte Kamino was able to jump fourteen meters in the air. "Good, now engage in combat with that droid."
The droid stood 1.9 meters, shorter than Kamino by .2 meters. The droid had a red lightsaber attached to the right side of his arm, not with a wielding hand, just extending outwards. It's head being a block, and the mass of its body being exposed humanoid silver metallic bulk.
The bulk of silver metal charged at Kamino, flaying its arms at seemingly supersonic speed. Kamino responded by igniting his purple saber and twirling it around his hands once. Then jumping high up in the air, landing with a thud.
As the droid turned around and chambered for its next strike, Kamino Force Pulled his mechanical legs from under him. Then as the droid was laid flat on the floor Kamino crushed its head with his heavy foot.
"Well done, Alcolyte." Kamino's master stated to Kamino. "Now lets examine the damage." Kamino's master's facial expression changed as he saw the combat level of the droid. "7." He said in a awkward voice. "Alcolyte, you are now my apprentice. Now we must kill the other hopefuls who wished to become my apprentice..."
With that Kamino and his master went towards the Lodging Facility..

Val'dore Araxis had been loitering in the grounds when he heard a fighter blasting off.
"That guy's got the right idea." he said to himself.
He had grown tired of destroying training droids, and even meditation had little to offer for him. He knew that neglecting to train his body or mind would hinder his progress, but he was so bored that he didn't seem to care.
He looked over to see another acolyte finishing off a training droid, and nodded to himself. He knew how some of the masters had the bad habit of killing other hopefuls once they had chosen an apprentice, so he decided to make himself scarce.
Heading quickly to the hangar, he located his own customised fighter. Climbing into the cockpit, he set the autopilot to Muunilist. Hopefully he would find something more interesting there.
In orbit, his fighter flew up to and dockd its bespoke hyperspace module, which promptly launched itself into the void of space, taking the Steel Raven and Araxis with it.
