All I have right now is one Verpine and his corporation. His corporation includes the fused Power-Coil, a carrack-class cruiser with 4 MACs, and probably a few fighters. So I think that an army of Verpine who have more or less telepathy due to their radio antennae, with a cruiser and some fighters, equals your guild. So you can't pull off the "we're too weak!" OR the "we're too strong, you'll die!" approaches.

And I'll make plans however early I please, your characters have a guild of calamitous intent, and my character is opposed to chaos. I never said I was going to destroy you, I said that my character was going to become your enemy. Your characters can't have a guild like this and bitch about other characters attacking them, pardon my French. It's simple logic.

Now, I'm going to write you a prescription for TWO TESTICLES. I'd like you to take them, and try not to throw a hissyfit every time I state the intent of my characters and it just so happens that it comes into conflict with yours.

OKay... Allow me to interject here...

1. This is a group creation thread, and an argument of this calibur should not be goin down here. If it is to continue i urge we keep it pm...and please lets be polite.

2. This is a thread for all aspects of group creation. Yes that does include possible enemies and allies.

3. No one is stronger that the other as "NO ONE" has an accepted group yet. If we want to speculate about who could kill who i will gladly set up another thread somewhere where we can all hypothesise about who we can kill.

4. The grand scheme of things is that people are gonna call us out at any point... thas just part of making a group derived around chaos. As a group we must be ready to meet such challenges head on, and in a civil manner.

5. And i have said this before im sure. Please lets keep this civil towards each other regardless of what is said. Lets all strive to be the bigger man. It just makes for a more rewarding and enjoyable atmosphere.

ok ok now can I just point out according to the Charter I deal with diplomatic matters regarding the Guild. So i represent the guild directly. So although you can go around recruiting people and talking to other factions without my okay you dont represent the Guild.

Thats fine Dorny, but also you are the only one who can create a decleration of war, which I am guessing will be first made with the Order. (which I am also asuming is going to be an endless war seeing as there are charries on both sides lol) and Dorny, your charrie is the Suzerian of corse you represent the Guild not to worry.

A councillor brings before the war declartion to me

I during a meeting bring the War Declaration forward for a vote

If the vote carries then it awaits my signiture

No signiture given means no war



On another note I am planning to add a power to the suzerain which allows him to call a joint vote session for any vote being cast by the High Council. This would be called by the suzerain for things which he deems to precious for just the High council to decide

Also A conclave section will be added to the charter which is basically the order of conduct for the Election of a new suzerain

We are going to attempt to overthrough the established order which is the republic, jedi, sith etc, that would be very to do with out some sort of organization. (That is the very distant future)

hey guys just thought of an idea for Legislation for force users.

1) all force sensitive must be registered

2) all registered force sensitive must have a force id on them at all times

3) no force sensitive may use his powers without the sanctions of the government

4) If a force sensitive works for the state they may use there force powers whenever as long as it is within the boundaries of all other legislation

5) all new borns in the guild must be checked for force sensitivity

6) If a force sensitive visits the guild from another government they must fist pass a test set forth by the Guilds own government

7) a Force Sensitive Council (FSC) will be set up to do the following functions:
1. To make sure the laws of this legislation are enforced
2. To enforce proper punishments were permissible
3. To assist in guild - force relations
4. To keep the council informed on all areas of the FSC

8) If a Force sensitive wishes to become a citizen of the Guild they must first go through a Special test set forth by the FSC to aquire there force ID before going through the regular Citizen test

Notes:
Basically this legislation will help us keep force users under control
Also this will definitly be expanded on but I want to hear your thoughts about it? questions, queries, concerns?
