Number Of People Wanted: As many that want to join.

Reason For Roleplay: Similar to the sith, this Chaos faction is bent on domination. It does not require force sensativity to be a member. In later days however we will most likely form an alliance with the sith, once we are reqognized as an army. We will fight many battles, dare many missions. One day become something powerful and a force to be recond with. This is a young child growing into a great predator so to speak. This is open to any and all fringers and any
wishing to join a evil cause greater than themselves. So Fight for the Chaos Faction!

Each of these can provide many rp expereinces, so I suggest joining


Also this faction is lead not by one person but by several. A concil that meets in secret to form plans of attack and such, give out missions that sort of thing.

I was thinking that the CF uses him as one of their top people inside the Republic. Also hes going to have a deep hatred of force users and hence will flock to Miri's DJ's religion. Mostly because he thinks she will kill them all,and then he will kill her ^_^

CHARTER OF THE GUILD
The Charter of the guild is the founding document of the Guild and will be used forthwith as the highest form of law in the Guild above any passed by the High Council. All references to the Guild in this charter refers to the Guild of Calamitous Intent.

ACT I.
SUZERAIN

I. The Suzerain is will be the guild's head of Government and Chief Diplomat

II. The Suzerain will serve as the Officiator of Council proceedings

III. The Suzerain will hold the following powers in order to Officiate Council Proceedings
* Formally open and close Meetings of the Council
* Formally open and close Council debates and discussions.
* Moderating Council debates and discussions.
* Calling Council Members to attend Council meetings
* Enforcing the procedural rules of the Council.
* Disciplining Council members who break said procedures.
* Calling joint voting sessions

IV. The Suzerain has oversight on all areas of the guild which include:
* Military
* Bureaucracy
* And all other areas of the guild

V. The Suzerain will rule until death, resignation of post, or a vote of no confidence passes

VI. The Suzerain will be chosen by a concalve

VII. All legislation passed by the High Council must get signed by the Suzerain before it becomes binding to the guild

VIII. If both the Advisory council and the High Council pass a vote of no confidence the Suzerain will step down

ACT II.
MILITARY EXECUTOR

I. The Military executer is the commander-in-chief of the guild’s Military

II. The Military Executor will be chosen by the Suzerain

III. The Military Executor will chose the Navy Executor and the Army Executor

IV. The Military Executor derives all its orders directly from the High Council

V. The Military Executor may appoint one people to represent him in council meetings

VI. The High council may vote to dismiss a military executor forcing the Military Executor to step down and relieve his position

VII. The suzerain has the power to appoint a convlave head

ACT III
HIGH COUNCIL

I. The High Council has the power to pass legislation that effects any and/or all areas of the guild

II. All Legislation passed by the High Council are binding to all members of the guild

III. No legislation passed by the High Council may contradict the charter of the guild

IV. The High Council will meet with the Advisory Council in a meeting called by the Suzerain in order to pass Legislation

V. All High Council Members will be chosen by the Suzerain

VI. There will be a max of ten people on the High Council at any one time excluding the membership of the Suzerain

VII. A High Council Member has the right to vote in legislation with all High Council Member being Equal

VIII. A High Council Member will serve until death or until resignation of post.

IX. The High Council will command and oversee all Military aspects of the guild which will be followed promptly by the Supreme Commander

X. Each high council member may appoint one people to the Advisory Council.

ACT IV.
ADVISORY COUNCIL

I. The Advisory council will be made up of representatives from the High Council and the Military Executor as previously stated in the Charter

II. Additionally each Member world of the guild will have one representative as chosen and voted by the people of each world.

III. Each Advisory council Member may put forth a bill to the Suzerain who will turn decide when to put it before the high council

IV. The Advisory council will be present at all Council Meetings

V. The Advisory council may discuss and debate all matters on the agenda of the Council meeting at the time.

VI. An Advisory member will serve until death or until Resignation of post.

ACT V.
COUNCIL MEETINGS

I. All council meetings are called by the Suzerain

II. All Council meetings are Run by the Suzerain

III. Legislation may be put forth by the Suzerain

IV. Both the Advisory Council and the High Council must be present at a meeting either through Holocron or with a representative.
V. All legislation will be discussed and debated in the Council Meeting

VI. The Suzerain will call the time for debating to end and for Voting to begin

VII. Only the high council may vote on legislation

VIII. Each High Council Member has one vote

IX. A legislation passed by the high council must be signed by the Suzerain before becoming binding within the guild

X. If the Vote for a Legislation is tied the Council meeting will go into lockdown, All doors to the council meeting locked and no one able to leave or come in until the Legislation is decided.

XI. If a law is passed that would otherwise contradict the Charter of chaos then before the Legislation can pass it must be voted on by the Advisory Council as well as getting the signature of the Suzerain.

XII. If the Suzerain thinks a legislation is to important to be only passed by the high council he may call a joint voting session which allows both the advisory council and the high council to vote on the legislation.

ACT VI.
CONCLAVE

I. The Suzerain has the power a Conclave Head

II. in the event of the Suzerian's post being vacant an Immediate conclave is called by the Conclave head

III. Both the advisory council and the high council are to be present at a conclave meeting

IV. after all members of the conclave are present the halls of the conclave meeting will be sealed until a new suzerain is passed into office

V. The Conclave head will officiate the conlave meeting

VI. Both the advisory council and High council make a secret vote of one of the members of the high council or advisory council to be eleceted Suzerain

VII. The conclave head may not be voted Suzerain

VIII. All votes will be handed to the conclave head who will procedd to count the votes

IX. If a member is voted with 100% confidence into Suzerain they will be the new suzerain

X. If a vote shows and there is no 100% confidence winner then voting will rebegin.

XI. If the suzerain post remains vacant more then 2 days the Military executor will be placed as head of state, Head of government and hold executive power within the Guild until a new suzerain is voted in.

XI. Should all the members of the conclave excluding the Conclave make a 100% public vote on someone eiter inside or outside the conclave that person will become Suzerain.

XII. Should there be no conclave head at the time of the Vacant Suzerain post the high council will vote one

So the Suzerain is going to be a NPC, cause Sinvrick is a combatant who is not fit for that type of polotics, he will simply be on the High Council as the Military Executor
