Character Name: Major Kirhanos Bhavala <-- Linkage Character Faction: Republic Army, Intelligence Number Of People Wanted: No more than a small handful, preferably, but I don't really care too much. Reason For Roleplay: Nothing extraordinary, just need to get Kir out of her box. Someone could use her and her people, the Intelligence Division, for a mission (Ranking Republic only), or it could just be something more simple, like, you know, a normal conversation; she's got a lot to talk about with the right people. Other: Any factions are welcome, really, depending on the situation, except for the sith Empire, unless used as an opposing force. Jedi are especially welcome, just because of the places that can lead to; Kir's got very strong... feelings about Jedi.

Your linkage is broke-ded! Hm, this could be interesting... once the linkage is fix-ded, I shalt look into its.

Lol
My bad. I, uh...actually forgot to put the, you know...link inside the code. Yeah. *facedesk*
Should work now. Pull up a chair, grab some popcorn, and have fun reading. It may take awhile.

*finishes last bit of popcorn* Oh, I do so love bios like this. Long, detailed, well written... *sniff* Makes a gal very happy. Which is kinda why it took me a few days to get back here, had to find some good chunks of time. X) Anywho, I'm in! ha, this will be great fun, especially since I've a Jedi. Sellah Bellae is her name, and lucky for you, she bears one of my shorter bios. X) Hm, now Sellah often works alone on different investigative missions. Hunting down Dark Jedi, and things of that nature. She's quite talented when it comes to tracking. She's also a bit unorthodox for a Jedi. Now, perhaps Sellah is tracking down a certain criminal. Perhaps a crime-boss. Now, I could see the FID sending Kir on a similar mission, though the Jedi Council and the FID don't know their personnel have conflicting objectives. Perhaps they run into each other along the way, and are forced to work together to nab the baddy. Or something entirely different. I'm totally flexible, and my imagination knows no bounds. Unless I have writer's block. But today is not one of those days, thank the muses. Any ideas from your side?

Oh, goody, a Jedi to play with...that should make Kir's day. From what I read, it looks like they'll make an interesting match, too...
I have a feeling there will be a lot of "Can I kill him?" "No." "What about now?" "No." "Please?"
But yeah, I'm thinking I like your idea. Hunting down criminal lord-types can be part of FID's job, usually as a stepping stone for something else. Like when the guy (or girl) knows/has something needed by an intelligence agency. Don't know what the Order's interest would be in the guy (or girl), but I'm sure you'll be more inclined to taking him alive, which will lead to a long discussion along the lines of...
Oh, wait, already went over that. <_<
The where doesn't really matter to me, so long as their are buildings to jump off of. Kir can pretty much get anywhere with a little effort. Preferably somewhere a little farther from the inner Rims; less official law makes the lives of people who can be officially disavowed considerably easier. As for the who...well, if you can come up with a reason for the Order being after them, I'm sure I can find something FID wants from them. I'm thinking a bigwig of some sort, p'raps with black market connections. And the kind of person who keeps personal slaves, just because that'll torque Kir a little more than she already will be having to deal with a Jedi all day.
Whaddaya think? Going after some crime lord on some crime-infested pit for some crime-related reason so other criminals can be stopped from committing further criminal activities?
Want to see how many more times I can logically fit crime into one sentence?

xD I chuckle. Hmm... I'm wondering about Arkania. One of my charries is from there, so I've been doing some poking around there recently. The locals have a reputation for being mad scientists. Now Arkania is technically an independent territory, which means any interfering by the Republic would be done in the utmost of secrecy. I wouldn't put it past the Arkanian scientists to do something note-worthy and of offense to the republic. Kidnapping and experimenting on sentients, most likely. Of course, they could be developing any sort of strange technology... Hm, anyway, Arkania has several large, Metropolitain centers. Which means lots of buildings to jump from/to. If we did go the route of mad scientist, the Jedi Order will probably want him alive to... discuss several missing force-sensitives. It's the sort of case Sellah would nab. Or, of course, we can always pick a criminal cesspool. Do excuse the somewhat scattered nature of the above brain-storming...

Arkania, eh? I believe I could work with that...most definitely. Loony scientists are always fun to track down, usually because they have...difficult inventions to hold you off...or sometimes just funny ones. I remember an incident involving zombie ducks...
Anywhats, the Republic would undoubtedly be after them for whatever it is they were experimenting on, so they would have sent Kir because they believe whatever it is might benefit the Rep in some way, but don't want to go in heavy-handed and just openly nab the peoples because whatever it is they're doing is illegal, and the Republic wouldn't want to get caught being involved in any type of illegal research on genetics or whatever. As I've said in the past, the Republic's citizens have morals, and the government pretends to. That's why they invented black op units. Kir's goal would be along the lines of grab the scientist's data, grab the scientist if possible, get rid of them if it gets hairy, and do so before anyone else gets to them.
I'm liking this idea. Of course, we'll have to go outside the cities for some reason, just so Kir can gripe about the cold as well...>_>
So, some loony-bin scientist doing illegal genetic/physical research on live subjects, then?

Vonderful! Mua ha ha. Hm, now, I've already invested a bit of thought into the Vinidrean Corporation. (Part of the aforementioned Arkanian's history, but that bit's somewhat irrelevant.) They have a history of doing a good deal of experimentation on live sentients, and in more recent years, on force-users. They're trying to figure out what it is that makes a being sensitive to the force, and improve the Arkanian race through implementation of whatever this quality is. As I figure it, there's a council, if you could even call it that, leading the Corporation. Overseeing different divisions, making decisions. More like a group of ring-leaders. One of them is Permian Yzari, who I can see making a cameo. I think we might want to go after Thaddus Kane. Just because he has a cool name. xD However, this is totally your RP, so feel free to use/reject any caveats as you wish. And we shall definitely get them stuck out in the cold at least once, one way or another. Well, I'm ready if you are! We can plan some more, or just make stuff up as we go along. xD Personally, I think the fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants RP's are the fun ones. roffle.

Sounds pretty well like a plan, I believe. Or, at least enough of a plan to start. Who wants to plan things all the way through? It's much more fun when you only have a vague idea what your doing...Kir might beg to differ, though. I never listen to her, though.
I think we're pretty well set to start (quiver, Mr. Kane, your downfall approacheth). I can start a thread on Arkania if you want, or you can, it doesn't matter to me. But if you want me to start it, I probably won't get to it until tonight. I may have to move a few tons of hay shortly. Such are the benefits of living where I do.
