Vince solemnly stepped towards the large building that he knew his target was at. He expected top notch security, but nothing would stop him. He wanted to strike the man down because of his illegal activities. Well, though Vince told himself that was the reason, he knew it truly wasn't, it was because of Crumbs death. It was a poor reason, but he wasn't in the right state of mind, perhaps he wasn't right for this mission.
"Hey guys, we are almost there" Vince said looking over his shoulder as he turned back and faced the tall building. They were about thirty yards away. Vince continued on though, not sure if they should break in, more or less, and surprise the enemy or do it formally. He knew that there random Jedi just don't randomly appear at the door of a company reported for under-the-table-dealings, and ask for a free tour around the complex.
Vince finally reached the building, and waited on Tem and Mirian. Then he turned back around and went ahead stepped inside and looked around. The building looked nice on the inside. Vince stepped to an unattended desk before sitting down and pressing down a button before a comm link.
"Uh, hello, is Gorran here?" Vince asked, he let go of the button.

Mirian let out a quiet sigh as she walked down the busy Druckenwell street. People were everywhere walking this way and that, and coming and going from every side street they passed. Above them transports zipped around delivering people to work, or wherever they were heading. All this was too much for her to handle, she did not do well with so many individuals buzzing about. It made things hard for her to see as al their energies seemed to blurr together. That coupled with the less than favored conditions of their arrival was making it hard for Mirian to focus on anything.
SIlently Mirian dropped behind Vince and Tem, using them as a sort of Ice breaker out in front of her. With Vinces imposing size people just seemed to find a way to get out of his path, and Tem was at least able to see and not wlak into anyone. She continued to walk in silence for several more minutes choosing to to try and focus her thoughts on the mission at hand as a pose to her own discomfort with the scenario.
She wore her cloak tight around her body, with the hood drawn up to hide her appearance rom everyone. The lightsabers strapped to her waste now swayed gently under her garment, providing a little comfort to her. Now she fought with the urge to pull them out and and announce that they were jedi, and to clear a path. But this was not the way of the jedi, nor would it be her way. SHe let out another Sigh before finally getting the courage to speak again. "Tem, how are you doing?" She was of course refering to the cut on his head more than anything. She had not had the skill needed to heal it outright after the crash, though it had been checked and closed up after they had reached the first medical station they found.
Mirian let out another sigh as they approached the building. It was larger than she expected, and certainly more extravagent. "Here wew go..." SHe whispered to herself as she walked a little taller and pulled her hood down to reveal her face. Her hair at the moment was done up into a single long red pony tail that came off the back of her head and hung over her right shoulder. SHe stepped lightly noow as she followed Vince's lead into the larger building. Immediatly upon entering they were greeted by a large and glamerous reception area. No one was here at the moment, but vince quickly found a comm link.

(This is a terrible post and the worst part, it took me two days to type it, now I'm trying to post on a really unrealible internet connection x.x)
Tem walked through the crowded street following Vince closely, he pulled his cloak tighter around his red and black robes, his red hair unkempt since the crash, he didn’t like this world all that much, people were packed in so tight, Tem hated that a lot. Tem noticed how people tended to give way thanks to Vince’s imposing figure; this made Tem laugh a little, his mind off of Crumb by the small thought, which had been eating at Tem since they left the medical station.
Tem didn’t like hospitals much, and this was no exception, damn head wound, though it was already healing, he doubted that there would even be a scar, which was good, the last thing he needed was yet another reminder of loss, "Tem, how are you doing?" Mirian asked from behind him, “Just fine.” He lied, he still had a headache and it made his eyes hurt and his vision a little blurry, he figured that it was the treatment they had given him. “It feels a lot better now” Tem tried feebly to sound upbeat, but not succeeding very much, he appreciated the sentiment, but he didn’t want to think about the crash anymore.
"Hey guys, we are almost there" Vince spoke up, saving Tem from his thoughts, he looked up and saw a giant building directly ahead of them, he was slightly amazed, dispite growing up on Coruscant. He looked back and saw Mirian straighten up slightly, she was also obviously not loving the confidened conditions of this city much either. He looked back and put his hand on his lightsaber, it put him at ease as the entered the building and Vince checked behind the desk, “Here we go.” Mirian muttered, which Tem was about to say, this was it, their mission was officially underway now.

(I am sorry for a terrible post as well, I know how you feel Ziggy. I just wanted to get posted so you two could continue on because it's been a long day for me. Been at the doctor, work, out shopping with mom, church, everything else. Found out my brother has staff, etc.)
There was nothing but static. Angrily Vince slammed a metal hand on the desk, the comm link knocked over. His breather made a somewhat of a sigh and Vince stood, lowering his hood. His total goal of doing that was intimidation. He knew the works had no question for a near seven foot cyborg Jedi. Standing back up, Vince proceeded to enter into the door behind him. Hallways. He turned left, just by instinct. Several of the workers stopped and stared at Vince but asked no question. He had one intent. Gorran.
After climbing a few flights of stairs, Vince finally came to the final landing, the top of the building. There was only one door ahead of him. The name plate gave away the location of the owner. It was time he got what he came for. And for Gorran to have his just. His punishment would come down in one fatal swoop like a vibroblade to a convict. Though Vince wanted it to be fatal, he couldn't do that, because of Jedi ways. Still, a part of him told him to do it anyway. No would really know.
Finally raising his fist to knock, Vince paused, unsure of what to do. So finally he decided to pull up his hood and hide himself for now. It would be one of the trio's trumps. Necessary only if it HAD to be used. Then, without any respect towards the gentleman, Vince threw the door open. It slammed against the wall but paying no attention, Vince stepped forward into the office.
"Gorran, we need to speak..." Vince's voice trailed off angrily.

Gorran Eaves was not one for playing to the public. He kept himself out of the spotlight, not out of shyness, but out of convenience. If people didn't know too much about you, it was much easier to be underestimated. But his absence from the public eye did not deter his vanity. It had taken a good deal of time, sweat, and blood to get where he was now, and Gorran wasn't about to deny himself the luxuries of his station.
His office was richly decorated with ancient artifacts and works of art, all pertaining to combat in one form or another. Portraits of famous warriors of all races and times adorned the walls, accompanied by rare weapons. Gorran surrounded himself by the greatness he felt himself to be part of. Behind his desk, dominating the back wall, was a portrait of himself, double life size.
Inspite of his megalomania, Gorran was a predominantly average looking man. Slightly past his prime, Gorran's Jet black hair was beginning to streak with a light gray. He kept a goatee neatly trimmed. His height and weight were nothing to brag about, though he did keep his body in a lean, fit condition. His skin was only slightly tanned and beginning to loosen. around his cold gray eyes, crows feet were beginning to show. Entirely average. Though his gaze, now that he had practiced into icy severity that could chill even a brave man's heart... Not that it would have much effect on a Jedi.
The past few days had been particularly tiresome. Between press statements and meetings with high credit clients, Gorran's usually indifferent demeanor was slowly starting to decay into flat irritation. He was now in a holomeeting with a prospective client when the door to his office suddenly slammed open. Gorran's eyes were a steel furnace when he turned, prepared to berrate whoever dared to disturb him. Upon seeing the hooded man, Gorran's expression flashed an almost imperceptible confussion before flattening out completely. Ignoring the man's words for the moment, Gorran turned back to the holo.
I must apologize, my friend. It seems an important matter that could not wait has come up. I will have a representative over to draw up the necessary documents. I will contact you shortly to assure everything is to your liking.
As the holographic image disappeared, Gorran set his features to a slightly amused expression before turning back around. Motioning to the seats in front of his desk, Gorran took his own. As he sat, he clasped his hands together on top of his desk, an angelic look of innocence upon his face.
And what might be so important that could not wait for a scheduled meeting? Are the Jedi seeking to contract a security force? Gorran's smile was almost wicked. Something to drink?
Without waiting for an answer, Gorran pressed a button on his desk. The comm opened and Gorran called for his secretary to bring in a few drinks. Not even a minute later a tall, yellow skinned Twi'lek woman entered, carrying a tray with a number of glasses full of a light purple liquid.

It was strange how empty the reception area of a security firm might be, but then again no one in their rigth mind would try anything here. Mirian sighed now as she felt the frustration in both Tem, and Vince, though Vince was by far the more aggitated of the 2. Tem had even lied to her at this point in rgeards to how he was doing. She made a mental note to watch them both closely, being more than aware that the pull the darkside could have on them.
Vince and since then now found nothing but static on the comm link. In his anger he had slammed a fist onto the desk knocking the comm link over. Mirian frowned at his actions, but said nothing. Before she could do anythin further Vince had already taken off through a nearby door. In a flash Miran gabbed hold of Tem's sleeve and pulled him along with her as she ran in through the door after her companion.
What She found on the otherside of the door was not another reception room, or even a room of any kind. Instead a maze of corridors greeted them. Vince had already left down one, which one Mirian could not guess. Lucky for her however she did not need to guess, having the ability to reach out through the force to find her companion. It didn't take long for her to find Vince, and the route he took to get to where he got. "Tem... stay with me...and be mindful." Her words were very General, and that was the meaning she had meant to imply. She wanted the padawan to think on this and not only pay attention to hat was going on around, him, but also inside of him.
Mirian now walked through the maze of corridors until she came to a room with a rather impresive name plate, inside she could hear gorran talking to Vince. She stopped outside the office, taking a moment to prepare mentally for the task at hand, and then knocked sharply on the door before entering the room. As she entered the room the room, a twilek also entered opposite her from another door. Mirian paid little attention to her as she walked swiftly towards the mans desk, stoppin next to Vince. "No I'm afraid that the Jedi council does not wish to to contract a security force. We are here on an investigation, and would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter."
She paused a moment choosing her next words carefully so as not to sound thratening. "No doubt you have heard of the accusations against your security firm? We have been sent to assess the validity of those claims."

"All right smart-" Vince caught himself, and used a quite common and simple Jedi Mind Calming Technique. He could feel its effects but still he could feel a small seedling of anger doing all it could to spread its roots of hatred throughout his body. "As my companion here has said, you have heard the accusations, you know them all by heart I can imagine. And we are here to either put a stop to your illegal activities or put a stop to your business all together. So, please, are you going to be kind enough to admit your activities and gives us a tour of your little job here, or shall we do it ourselves?" Vince asked politely.
He looked around the office, something about the office was oddly calming. Perhaps it was the decor. It boasted of gaudy, rich objects, yet at the same time it was humble and peaceful. He looked out the window behind the man's desk, it revealed large expanses of tall buildings and other businesses. This planet had become so industrial it was terrible. There wasn't much to enjoy of the planet. Well, much to enjoy the planet's gifts, such as crystal clear lakes hidden deep within its forests filled with colorful flora and trees.
"This is a nice place here though, I have to give you that, your office I mean" Vince was trying to ease up any tension between him and the other man, especially any caused just a few moments ago, "Did you design the layout and decor yourself? If so, you think I can hire you to come out to Dantooine and work on my humble abode?" Vince smiled, it was half fake, half honest.
As long as things went smoothly, he would be happy, Tem would be happy, and Miri would be happy. That's what he wanted. Grant it, he was quick to draw his lightsaber and use more physical and intimidating ways of negotiation, but this time had he to control the urgee and just placed both hands behind his back where he gripped them together tightly and walked over to the large window behind the desk glancing outside it once again.
"Despite the pleasantries, we must talk business. Shall I read the list of the numerous competitors of yours who have just suddenly died? All, incidentally, of fatal accidents? Hmmm?" Vince asked, his tone getting serious now. He reached out with the Force to the man's brain where he exerted a very little, sublime amount of persuasion. Surely he'd fall for it. "So, you want to admit your involvement in these deaths? Maybe not directly but some way or another?" Vince asked, he now crossed his arms in front of his chest.

Gorran's smile only widened as the other two Jedi came into his office shortly after the first. He had a feeling there was more than one of them. He gestured to the drinks on the desk, even as the other Jedi spoke. He had also not missed the first Jedi's near slip of profanity. That had made him chuckle indeed. Were not the Jedi the ideal of serenity and calm? To become so flustered so quickly was amusing indeed.
The two Jedi came quickly to their point. They were here about his supposed misdealings. Again he smiled. He really couldn't help it. Between the two Jedi that spoke, the differences in their approach were so starkly different, it reminded him of the cliche "good cop, bad cop" routine. He addressed the second Jedi first. His eyebrows raised as he took in her blindfolded face, but he made no comment towards it.
My dear, am I to understand that the horrible accusations made against me have become formal? It was my understanding that these terrible claims were merely speculative.
Then the first Jedi commented on the decor of the office and Gorran allowed an audible chuckle to escape his lips. Taking a sip from his drink, he leaned back in his chair. Thank you. And yes, of course. Though, I don't know if a Jedi can afford such good taste...
But yet again, the subject was turned back towards accusations. This time, the more hostile Jedi took a different approach, flat out assuming Gorran's guilt. Now it was time for him to truly laugh. The echo of his laughter bounced off the walls of the office. He let it die away and paused before answering the man.
I'm sorry. It is rude of me to laugh at you like this. I just can't help myself. Gorran stood, pushed his chair into the desk and began to walk around it, heading to the door. He gestured for all of the Jedi to follow him.
It was my impression that according to the laws of the Republic, one is innocent until proven guilty. I also assumed that the Jedi, if nothing else, exist to uphold the law and maintain peace. He reached the double doors of the office and opened them. He then turned back, placing himself squarely in front of the more aggressive Jedi and looked him in the eyes.
I have no intention of admitting guilt to the terrible and unfortunate deaths of my competitors. I grieve for their families, am insulted by your assumptions, and now must kindly ask you to leave. He stepped aside and motioned with his hand towards the hallway. He then turned to the blindfolded Jedi.
My dear, unless you can present me with some legal directive to obey your request, I must respectfully decline. He stepped out into the hall and snapped his fingers at four passing guards.
Please escort these three back to the main entrance. Turning back to the three Jedi, Gorran gave a slight nod of the head. If you will excuse me, I do have a business to run.
Gorran stepped back into his office, closing the doors behind him. Before he could cross the room to his desk, his secretary was already rushing to his side, spouting apologies for the apparent lack of security that somehow allowed the Jedi to enter without resistance. Gorran raised a hand to silence her before sitting back down at his desk and finishing off his drink.
You're fired. Clear out your things immediately.
The Twi'lek woman's mouth fell open in shock, but there was nothing to say. Suppressing tears, she turned and fled the room. Gorran sighed his frustration, wiping his face with his hands. A sudden chill in his spine caught his attention. Though the sensation of the woman's presence had been felt a number of times, Gorran couldn't habituate to the cold feeling.
Are they going to be a problem?

Mirian frowned now at Vince's outburst, despite having managed to control himself in the nic of time. She could feel the anger inside him, it was almost a dark pressence and it was something that left her feeling a little uncomfortable. Not long after the ouburst Gorran spoke to her directly. He had expressed that he had assumed these claims to be speculative, but something about his tone made her suspect other wise. She could not but help getting a weird feeling from all of this, almost like ther was something more to this equation. If not that then maybe she bumped her head to hard earlier.
What came next caught Mirian off guard leaving her with nothing to say. Vince had commented on the design of the room and even asked about hiring Gorran, the man they were here to investigate. She was happy now that his anger had subsided but they surely would need to stay focused on the here and now. She was less shocked with Gorrans snide comeback to her partners question. It was no secret the Jedi had little personal wealth, but to make such a comment in regards to a question.
Unfortunatly The pleasantries if they could be called that did not last long as Vince went back on the offensive. He had almost directly accused this man of commiting these murders. While Mirian had her own thoughts on Gorrans guilt in this matter, it was not the Jedi way to throw such accusations around without proof. She put a hand on Vince's shoulder now, as if to tell him to take a step back for a moment. She was however shocked to feel metal underneath the cloak that he wore around him. She quickly pulled her hand away and looked towards Gorran as he started to laugh in regards to the accusations.
Not seconds later he was up and walking towards the door, gesturing for them to follow him. Instinctivly Mirian followed, now choosing to walk in front of both Vince and Tem. She stopped now at the door as Gorran spoke of the insult he now felt at such blatant accusations. He also spoke again to Mirian mentioning that without legal directive to assist them that he would not.
Mirian let out a small sigh and bowed politly to Gooran. "I do appologise if you feel accused in this instance Mr. Gorran. But I must inform you that we will continue our investigation, and if we should determine your involvement in these deaths, you will be brought to justice. If not I hope that we may one day meet under more favorable circumstances." She spoke in a smooth and calm voice that indicated a high degree of control.
Gorran had now instructed some passing security personel to escort them to the main entrance. Mirian quietly obliged and followed behind 2 of the guards, while the other 2 waited behind to follow Tem and Vince. As she left the room she couldn't help but feel a dark pressence, as if something had ben there hiding in plain sight. She made a note to be mindful now, so as to avoid any unwanted suprises.
Once they were out of earshot of Gorran Mirian turned her head to the other two while she walked. "I am not convinced of Mr. Gorrans innocence, I think further investigation is needed...

Vince nodded agreeing with his partner. Something was too odd about this place. It was though a different feeling. This place emanated of darkness. Like perhaps there was an object or something they were hiding. Perhaps that was what they used to kill their foes off without anyone noticing. Vince couldn't put his finger on it, but still, it was there.
"I am not convinced either. He wasn't caught off at all by my, pardon it by the way, but my wild behavior. He seemed.... He seemed to rehearsed. Like he was ready for this. Can you tell me how he could just laugh it off and despite the sudden changes in topics and the brutal accusations. You can't tell me you would have been ready for something so radical" Vince said, he placed both arms behind his back. "And do you feel that strange presence? Or is it just me? By the way, you don't plan on leaving do you? I know I don't" Vince said with a smile and wink.
He looked at a door to his left. This place would be a maze for the Jedi but they would find some more answers after a while. Vince was always being difficult but with some Jedi persuasion, there wouldn't be a lot of question about them. Vince opened the door and stepped in with a grin from ear to ear.

Pale green skin barely visible in the darkness of the adjacent room, a woman stood quietly. Adorned in simple garments covered by a black robe which only left her face truly visible. Sassara Tri had sensed the Jedi as soon as they were on the border of the compound. They had made no attempt to hide their power, they had no reason. While the Miralian on the other hand, did not have orders to kill them...yet. Darkness was her ally, and she had trained to master the art of concealing herself.
The mirialian while quite accomplished, couldn't guarantee her presence would go unnoticed if she were in the next room. Leaving the dark room, she walked down the hallway until she reached the security center. A wave of her hand was enough to make the security jump to their feet and leave the room. Typing in a password the dark figure accessed the private video and audio feed to the directors office. Though she was a child of the Force, she couldn't deny that technology was quite useful.
Sassara remained standing as she watched the Jedi enter Mr.Eaves' office. The woman had quite considerable power and could have killed the CEO anytime she wanted but never felt the urge to. He was a pompous arrogant ass but he was also cunning and ruthless. He had promised her wealth for her powers, and she obliged and had not regretted it since. Sassara had found that money could buy anything, most prominently a new identity. People needed a new identity for many reasons, in her case, she was running from the Jedi.
It seems I have been careless... Thinking to herself as the Jedi began to talk with Gorran. She had tried to make sure the deaths looked accidental, but at the same time sent a message. The Mirialian had assumed that maybe the security bureau would begin investigating but not the Jedi. It was a minor bump, nothing she couldn't deal with if it came to that.
The darkly robed woman detected that the conversation was nearing an end and made her way back to her room of origin. She made sure to take her time so as to give the Jedi a healthy distance as they left. Once she was sure they were at a safe distance, she pressed a button, and the wall slide silently to the side. It was a precaution in case anyone decided to harm Mr.Eaves in his office. The owner of the firm didn't seem to notice her for a few moments, until she sensed the ever so sweet smell of fear.
"No Mr.Eaves, I can deal with them if you so wish...but I would advise against such action. Killing CEO's is one thing, killing Jedi is another, especially since they seem to be on a mission from the Jedi Council. I suggest we wait to see what they discover or find some alternate means of ridding ourselves of them" The robed woman stated with icy reasoning.
Sassara was a hired killer for all intents and purposes but she also served as an adviser. The wisdom of a seasoned Force user was not something to discard lightly.
