Alright, I'm going to get to work on my character before its made, that way you can use me as Evidence of the Five and such.
Right so, here's a suggestion:
Since you said that The Will's residences basically live in one providence/colony, could we make a bit of a map of the city they live in?
Since most of the 'leaders' are wealthy land-owners, each of them could own a section of the town or something like that. And the map could show the different sections that these landowners...Well...Own. It could also help us out when Roleplaying these characters, and if we wanted we could also have people of certain philosophy types live near the Land-owner that has that. Of course, we'd have to make up NPC names organize a list of current characters and their 'philosophies.' and whatever.
I'd make it, but 1.) my drawing skills aren't pimping, and 2.) All I have is Microsoft Paint. -_-
So, what do ya'll think?

Alright well Darigaaz has finally been created and approved! The admins seem to be taking forever for our faction approval so I would like to atleast possibly start RPing with those in the Will in someone sort of way or the other?

I am also willing to start if I am needed-
I think the first order of buisness should simply be everyone meeting everyone else and getting to know everyone before any major plotlines start to roll out.

Indeed, I am just having trouble trying to figure out a reason/place for us to meet. Since our planet is not on the board we will have to meet someplace else for some other reason. I am open to any ideas at this point

My character could find herself on any planet easliy. I would think it would be most logical to meet on some core world like Coruscant and Corellia, as there are millions of reasons to travel to those planets.
However, I really dont know the background to all the characters involved, so someplace like Nar Shadda might be a place that you are more likely to see some of the characters involved.

How about this; a very powerful force user is turning Dark Side, and the members of the Will were harboring him. Lately, he has run away, but fell into some trouble and called for help. Our characters would be on a diplomatic type mission, secretly, to go in an try to get him out of the jam, then try to persuade him to return with them. This way, any current characters of the faction could go, and since we'd be traveling, we'd also have the chance at meeting anybody else who wants to work their way into our little group via RP.
And no, it wouldn't be a hack-and-slash mission either, we'd be trying to negotiate his safety, whether that be Obi-Wan and Qui-jon style with Anakin on Tatooine, or merely raising money or something. Or we could sneak him out, depends on how we'd want to work. Sound good to anyone?

Right now, I am thinking that my character is only a Force sensitive, never formally trained... and I am wondering if you might have any suggestions for me? I mean, as to a reason as to why he wasn't taken to the Temple, besides the fact that he was in the Outer Rim or his parents said no, lol. Or as to what his role might be in the Will.

Well, the possibilties are endless, and it is challenging for me to think of one that is plausible and likely to occur. But, I do have one or two ideas for you Mara. ;D
Is it possible that your character was frightened by the Jedi, or for some reason is afraid of them, and thus avoids them. This could be caused by a rumor or prejudice from a family member. So when Jedi come into the town, your character purposely avoids them or hides them or gets away before her ability is sensed. Or, when they approach yoru character, he/she runs away from them. That brings up more questions though- would the Jedi pursue her, and if so what are the chances of her successfully hiding?
In the end, however, that would leave a pretty plausible way for your character to later be trained by the Will. While he/she may dislike Jedi, this group of Force users does not frighten her, and he/she can then be trained by them. That would leave her position as trainee of sorts.
Just an idea- it may be out there- but its something.
By the way, I know I mentioned it earlier, but my character is also somewhat of a trainee, and is a little clingy. I mentioned that I may need a master of sorts, and I kind of want to officialize one before I start RPing, so is there anyone that can definetly fill that role?

Hmm... that is indeed a possibility. Thanks, SWG. I was having a bit of a trial thinking about this character, especially since I wasn't planning on him being a 'formal' gray Jedi or anything of that nature. Also.. I was thinking of changing his species (not sure I want Barabel anymore). Do you think Aing-Tii is too "far out there"? I mean, with their view of the Force and their philosophy, I think it could be interesting.

Its very interesting, actually...
SWG, Raught Haulthe has had the best of both worlds, to put it in really gay terms, and has been trained in light and dark views. He is accomplished in some areas, but has much to learn, as most masters do. I believe he would make an excellent mentor for a budding jedi, temporarily. After a while, she'd have to move on to others teachers.
I also think we should make it a thing in The Will where trainee's can choose their masters, so long as the masters accept the burden of teaching. This way they get a broader understanding of some of the various arts, as most Force Users almost certainly focus on certain aspects and abilities. Plus, the trainee's, under multiple teachers, would be exposed to a broader philosophical world, apart from the very fact they are in The Will ( Which already has a broad range of that ), but they would be actively learning and experiencing these different points of view, thus when they create their own philosophy, which I think is ( In some way ) the point of this faction, ( Other than harboring and helping others. ) it can be with some inside knowledge, right?
In short, Raugh Haulthe would be honored to teach your character what he knows.

I will consider your offer Deceit- although I am not sure your character is the perfect one for mine. Lilli is more of a clingy type, needs someone to be there for her at all times, and pretty much wants a master she can rely on forever. She is somewhat easily manipulated, and in reality one touch of the dark side would have her going heals over head in a path of destruction and evil- and I am sure that is not what Jace is looking to create with this faction.
I really want to find someone my character can lean on at all times and always be around. She has a lot of potential, and I want her to advance to great heights. I am looking for somewhat of a storyline in which a wise, and light sided Force user, with some, if not a lot, of power in the faction finds her, realizes her abilities, and puts her under their wing. While I am sure your character can provide this much, for reasons mentioned above, I don't think it will work out with your character and mine. However, I am tempted to learn from your character, so I will meet you half way: I will search for another "official" master that Lilli can learn some skills, as well as some self control, and when that occurs, I will move onto other masters. I kind of see this faction as a somewhat open enviroment- not as strict as the Jedi, but with certian limits, and I don't see anything wrong with one character learning from multiple masters at a time. Sound good?

Sounds reasonable. Raugh wouldn't really like the whole Clingy thing much anyways. He believes in self reliance. And yeah, I think the freedom would be the main reason Raugh stayed here, too strict with the Jedi. That, and the whole government after him thing.

Marvelous, all, simply marvelous...
Now, I have an idea that expounds upon Deceit's... So, let us say this powerful force-user is freed and runs away again, or goes into hiding as soon as they escape. Ruusan is a nice, out-of-the-way sort of planet, and the escapee would assume it to be a good hiding place. To avoid the Bouncers and their telepathic ways, he'd probably try to hide in the mountains. Rembrant's mountains. Rembrant isn't exactly the hospitable type, and so there'd probably be a confrontation. If this person proved themself, then Rembrant would probably let them stick around. If not, they the Will would probably come across them right about as things get sticky. Darigaaz, and the others would no doubt be able to find this force-user, regardless of how well Rembrant has hid is own presence. And then, they'd find both Dark Jedi, a bit of persuasive talking, and Rembrant decides to come along.
Mostly just freewriting, brainstorming, and such, so I am, as always, open to other, better ideas. And that was a lot of commas for once sentence. X) But anyway, this is going to be awesome! Can't wait to get started.

Sounds great. I like Kella's idea. Raugh's talents, I believe, would fit in with this mission greatly. Plus, I don't believe Rembrant would be stupid enough to take on that many Force Users, and would not cause any serious damage. The fact that The Will would be willing to go all the way just for him and take on Rembrant might also be enough to persuade the NPC DJ to be good or somefing like that!
Seems to be falling together nicely. What do you think, Jace?
