Ardent strode down the main street of Mos Espa, barely feigning interests in the little shops arrayed before him. The town was known for it's dangerous pod racing, and, lining up with a place home to fringe racer-types, was quite scummy. Ardent detested it almost as much as he detested Mos Eisley.
He sighed. Were they truly doomed to this place forever? Would they have to hide out here the rest of their lives? Ardent could hardly stand the thought.
But no, they would not be there forever. They would hide out for a while, let the stir die down, gather some information on what was going on, then move on to some serene, backwater agricultural world, and start new lives.
Or so he told himself.
He looked around. Where would they start? He needed to make sure they found no trouble this time. That had been the reason they had left Mos Eisley, and the next town they had ventured into. That meant no cantinas for a while, at least until they got a feel for the place.
So where else? Ardent looked around. There wasn't much to the place, or the whole planet for that matter. Just sun-baked sand.
He shook his head. Might as well go to a local hardware store, or some place to get supplies they might eventually need for the ship. He could talk to the shop owner there, and maybe find some things out.
Motioning for Copler and Catu to follow, he changed direction, beginning to search for a store to make his next stop at.
