Justice II along with the Capital class vessel Brotherhood loomed over Mandalore with mere second to spare seeing as how both ships had just dropped out of lightspeed.
Orders Mandalore?
They still don't know of our presence so we should be able to land fairly close to one of their bases. We are going to land and then infiltrate the base thereby taking over the nearby city and we can continue our moves from that stronghold.
It was cut and dry, Cay didn't want any tactics for this one. The element of surprise was already something that could be used against him in the eyes of his brothers on Mandalore, but right now he needed to liberate these people. Cay had donned his helmet and was looking out the command deck glass.
Yes Mandalore...
The nearby screen that had Felis' helmet on it turned off.
We'll be using the Brotherhood's Two Drop Ships to get onto the facility. I don't know what the Republic has to offer us in terms of resistance, but 50 Mandalorians should suffice to overrun them.
Descending on Mandalore
Cay continued to drum out a beat with his fingers as the Justice II slowly descended on the Mandalorian homeworld. The spot chosen for the initial attack happened to be on a desert portion of the planet. Cay at least knew there would be a dock for Capital ships since there weren't many trees getting the way out there.

(I can run the NPCS here or you might want Captain Tarn to run this. I'd check with him on that)

Kiriin flexed his hands in and out of fists as he stood near Cay. He wish he had the Mastiff's Claw here with him. It had the speed, armor and weapons to do any kind of infiltration method. He grimaced though at the thought of sending these so-called Mandalorians into battle to liberate real kin of his. These men were but ghosts compared to true Mando'a warriors. He shifted in his armor as the thought of these men's lives being wasted for the greater good; especially since they seemed to not have the proper training for such an assault.
The veteran bounty hunter shook his head. These men had just been recruited and never had worked together as a team before. This was going to be a disaster for sure if someone who knew what they were doing didn't lead them. He took a step forward and turned towards Cay with a serious look on his face hidden by his helmet. He had yet to take his helmet off around the other crew, except for when in private with Cay and Italia.
Will you be overseeing and conducting this orchestra from the safety of your ship here Cay? A true Mando'a leader would lead from the front, as I expect of you and I will do so myself. I have concern about these men you have recruited. They do not have the proper training for an assault such as this, nor have they ever worked in combat together either. There will be great loss in this hastily planned assault.
I do not mean you disrespect in your status as leader of the Mando'ade, but as a veteran of my heritage and of combat, I must speak my concern. Fifty may make the difference in numbers for this rash attack, but you will lose many of them. I understand our numbers will grow if those of my home world band with us, but though they do not truly need weapons to fight back, their spirit I dread may be broken.
Cay I request to take a small team as the vanguard to this assault. Comprising of myself, Italia, and three of your best men that will do what they are told. Trust in me, I will bring them back. If but one shall fall, I personally will avenge his death a tenfold. What say you ner vod?

Cay looked at Kiriin through his mask. It wasn't going to be long before they would be thrust into battle. He merely beckoned for Italia and Kiriin to follow him as 10 Mandalorians from the Justice II made their way to a small shuttle that would take them to the Brotherhood.
You judge me harshly ner vod, of course I will be at the head of our force.
Cay made a short detour through the rather small armor on board the ship. When he opened the door the Mandalorian was quick to pick up his repeater that was customized to his liking.
As for the clan, your eyes I must say must be misleading. Only half of the Mandalorians in this clan are of mecenary background. One portion of the other half has been with me for over half a decade. The other portion continued their Mandalorian ways with my father's successor. 35 of the Mandalorians in this clan are veterans so do not count them out so quickly.
Cay turned the corner, his strides were quick and decisive. After years of combat and fighting of all kinds Cay knew how bad a wasteful motion was. Every move was precise and just enough to get the desired action done.
And finally the plan...I am afraid I can't accept your offer ner vod, for exactly the same reasons you said. We can't expect to just hand blasters our brother's hands and expect them to immediately relive their old days, days that some of them may not have even been alive for. The reason we must strike the Republic in such a blatant fashion is fairly simple...
Hopefully having Kiriin following as he made these statements Cay stepped onto the hangar and looked at the shuttle which was prepped for launch. His green eyes darted about inside of his mask making sure all the preparations were being readied.
We have to show our brothers and sisters below that we are still fighting for them. Show them a glimpse of hope that is close enough for them to latch onto. This must be an overt operation because we have to show our spirit in hopes of revitalizing our home.
Cay slowly walked up the ramp. As the Mandalorian passed through the two different shades of light it was almost clear that Cay Severn had been left on the Justice II. Only "Mandalore the Unificator" stood on the shuttle now.
This is battle is much more than just who is better...
It wasn't something that could be described by words. Mandalore's voice was just colder now, more definite than before.

Kiriin followed silently and ran through his subroutines in his visor as they made their way through the ship. The armory was rather well stocked, since carrying his own weaponry, he had not been through it yet. He listened in silent attention as once again, Cay impressed the man. He blinked over to the persoanl frequency that Cay had set up with his armor. During this preparation, Kiriin had stayed by the man's side.
Once again you have impressed me ner vod. Lead and I will follow Cay Sevren.
He cut the link before any type of reply and stood to the right of the ramp of the shuttle as the others boarded. Kiriin planned on being one of the very first people off of the shuttle. He would show those that stayed in imprisonment on their homeworld and those that fought at his side that he upheld the true Mando'a heritage.

(for sake of time we will skip the transition to the Brotherhood and begin our descent onto Mandalore)
The dropship lifted off and lurched out of the larger ship. Mandalore stood, inside his helmet his mind raced with the possibilities. These possibilities though were only of success. The greatest honor for a Mandalorian right now would be to die fighting for the renewal of his race. In Mandalore's mind there was a great darkness on the other side of success. In truth Mandalore was afraid of that darkness, but every Mandalorian must know fear in order to cope with it and best it.
The dropship sped up as in entered the planets orbit heading right for the Republic base. It would be a swift operation in theory, the two dropships would unload a total 50 Mandalorians on the base, 25 on the east and west wings. They would from there press towards the center where the controls were conveniently placed. They would then hold that place until they could shut down most of the bases functions including whatever communications that weren't being jammed as soon as Mandalore made the command to Felis who was still aboard the Brotherhood. It would then be a matter of sending out squads of four in order to imprison the remianing Republic forces.
Entering orbit, I suggest you take a seat Mandalorians...
It was Kain's piloting expertise that was guiding Mandalore's ship into the West Wing of this Military facility. Taking Kain's suggestion he sat down on one of the sides of the vessel. Mandalore's muscles tensed as he thought to himself.
As Mandalore he would have to make sure that now that the Mandalorian race has tasted fear of its destruction it would be able to cope with that fear and cheat it forever more.
(that's your base by the way Tarn)
