He was done tapping his fingers on the chair and stood up. Looking around he saw Mandalorians walking around on patrol while others practiced their techniques. Cay's numbers swelled as more and more Mandalorians that heard of Cay's efforts ran to join him in his cause. It was a quick change in momentum as the base that they had currently would soon be unable to handle the Mandalorians that were arriving in escape from the persecution of the Republic.
What had happened was once news of the Base take over reached the rest of the planet in its entirety the Republic Soldiers tightened its grip on the people forcing them to suffer. In response to that the Mandalorians started coming to this base for a shelter away from the Republic's hands.
Where do we stand?
We have about 250 fully trained Mandalorians by the training methods that we are employing. Another 100 of them by my estimations are ready to see combat.
Good, we can make a move on another large base very soon.
Mandalore, it's my opinion that these people are nothing more than trained elite soldiers not Mandalorians. I am not so sure that our cause is being reached...
Felis had become close to Cay which became his reason for being able to speak frankly with the figurehead so often.
You're right, these aren't true Mandalorians before us, but what am I to do Felis? Do you wish for us to sit around for a decade while we ingrain our ways, our culture, into their very core?
To that statement Felis had no reply. Looking over his shoulder Cay's green eyes seemed to be lost in something. It wasn't really thought, but his whole face seemed saddened.
For now, we must strike them and give our brothers a chance for honor. Mandalore will be returned to us very soon...I can feel it.

Solus'ad had been directed from one area to the next. In fact he'd gotten quite a tour of the facilities in the area. A training center. A dry dock for repairing ships. A command center, bristling with armed guards, some wearing mandalorian armor, some piece-meal. Finally he was re-directed back to the training center, and pulled aside a kid, who told him where he needed to go.
He chuckled to himself grimly, how ironic it was that administrative types usually did more harm than good.
Up ahead of him stood two men, the one looking in his direction had distant green eyes, almost like a daydreamer, but his face seemed... sad. This couldn't be Mandalore. All the stories he'd heard painted Mandalore as a heroic, unrelenting soldier, a warrior, a feared ruthless, and unstoppable enemy, and here was this sad looking man...
Solus'ad stopped a meter from him and crossed his arms. He widenned his stance, and observed the man people were calling Mandalore. Solus'ad's old eyes watched him as he stood their stareing off into nothing.
Needless to say Solus'ad wasn't impressed.

(Hate to say this, but you can't just walk into a dead thread. You have to check with Axelpro first. He's in charge of the Mandalorians. In fact, I shouldn't even have accepted you. That's his job, really.)

What is it?
His voice was calm as his helmet was removed. He looked at the helmet that the person in front of him was wearing. What he saw before him was a shell; there wasn't too much character emanating from this person. It wasn't like staring at Kiriin who seemed to have a great deal of potential in just one glance. Cay simply looked at the person, not yet identifying him as anything but a suit of Armor that was fashioned in a Mandalorian style.
Cay really didn't have time for much as he was beginning his large scale assault of Mandalore. It would take a skilled commander, and Felis would be needed as the rear guard that would stay back at this base with the more elite Mandalorians. So with all this on his mind "Mandalore" waited patiently but anxiously for the person's response.

((Not in a Mandalorian Suit of armor, Solus'ad has yet to get a suit. He does have a Beskad still, but the suckery thing of it was is Cyber suggested I remove the part involving the Mandalorian clans, so this is the first time Solus'ad had been in their company. He is currently wearing a black flightsuit, boots, and impact armor, he wears the Beskad tied to his back and a Carbine is slung over his shoulder. Sorry about that I bombed on the description))
"What is it?"
The ageing man of 41 raised an eyebrow slowly.
"Very brief," He said loud enough for the man called Mandalore to hear. "Pehaps your more than you look."
Solus'ad took one step forward and lifted a closed fist to his chest with a hard thump. His next words, he wanted only for Mandalore. Honor first.
In a low voice, with a rusty Mando'a accent, Solus'ad spoke. "Ni'ika Solus'ad. Ni'ika te'ad be Vhiona Atiniir teh Dantooina." He stared cooly into the mans green eyes and continued. "Ni ganar olaror at'Gar, at hibir Mandalore. Ke'gyce ni, par naasad'ashi may." Solus'ad stood stifly, not an eyelash blinking. His message was clear. He was here to bring glory to Mandalore.
In absolute silence, he waited the mans response.

Well we have a good number of trained Mandalorians in our fold and a decent number of Republic Capital ships that are being paintet with our Symbol.
Cay looked to his left where Mandalorians were training in hand to hand combat. Then the Mandalorian shifted his head to the right where the Duel Ring was currently having a competition. Finally his gaze shifted upon Solus'ad. Cay's gaze was absent of his presence as his mind continued to wander inside his person.
Concord Dawn, it will be our first off world endeavor. I have reports that a band of Mandalorians calling themselves Karatos have begun causing problems for the Republic. Using their stirring and their power we can take the planet with relative ease.
Cay found himself speaking to himself while Solus'ad simply looked on. Finally Cay's eyes sprung to life as if they had finally settled on the man in front of him. He tilted his head as he examined the man in front of him. His hand rose off of the arm rest it was sitting on and his hand shifted position until it was pointing its index finger at Solus'ad.
Follow me...prove your worth to my eyes and my eyes alone. You are to be at my side for the entire battle of Concord Dawn. Leave my side and think yourself banished from my eyes!
His command was sharp and held the voice of not Cay, but Mandalore. Cay no longer had to beg people to side with him while trying to remain tough. Cay had a force at his disposal, and for someone to approach him in such an outlandish manner rather than try and gain his honor through the proper method wasn't something to be forgiven easily. Cay wanted to see what this Solus'ad would do when eyes were upon him. Still with his command he stood up and cleared his throat.
We are leaving for Concord Dawn tomorrow, rest today and gather you equipment. We will take that planet, secure our foothold in this galaxy, and that will begin the rise of the Mandalorians once more!
At the end of his command there was a unified shout of agreement. With that Mandalorians left and right began leaving their training regiments to go and prepare their things. Cay sighed, most of the Mandalorians in his charge still had their own armor and weapons befitting simple house life. It would only be when Cay managed to get his hands on Nar Shadaa would he have armor and military grade weapons to issue his brothers.

Cay had just reached the pinnacle of his resoration efforts with a cap of 1000 soldiers dispersed across the cities and bases on Mandalore while another 250 stood ready and in seclusion on Mygeeto. It didn't seem like much, but these were all Mandalorians. He would draw about 300 of the elite Mandalorians in order to put this particular plan into action. He stuffed these three hundred Mandalorians onto Two Corellian Cruisers that now bore the symbol of Clan Tyran and the Justice II. The next day came and the attack was underway as the three vessels took off from the docks and shot into space.
