Bio:
Being born into war was hell for Chyresh, he never understood the point. When Chyresh was born his father, the leader of his tribe, was proud. He was ready to sculpt Chyresh into the ultimate leader, and he believed his son would lead the tribe to the top. Gaining control over this specific area was almost in their grasps, to them Wayland was the only world out there. Their generation of species had never seen anyone from another planet, they were oblivious to the outside world.
When Chyresh first learned how to walk was when he began his training. It was very difficult for him at first, war was shoved down his throat. He never did actually go to battle, because of his age, but he did train. At the age of three he was taught very basic ways of fighting. War was never in his blood though. He would rather be out playing in the vast forest that covered the planet. Their species was incredibly stealthy in the woods, they were drilled with different techniques when the first learned how to climb a tree.
Three days after becoming five years old Chyresh's curiosity took over. He wanted to explore the forest. Sneaking out of the tribe was hard however, he had a bodyguard. One who would give his life for Chyresh and would never leave him outside of his sight. Chyresh was able to get away. He had waited till the dead of night before he snuck out. He was only a five year old so he wasn't very stealthy, luckily for him he had something on his side. The force. He didn't know how, but he was able to leave his tribe and make it into the forest. Giggling to himself as he walked through the forest, exploring unknown sections to him, he knew he was well outside the safe zone. He heard a loud commotion in the forest.
Chyresh was scared, he didn't know what to do. He wanted to go home but he was now lost in the forest. He began screaming, unfortunately for him someone heard him. A bright light flashed from the sky, and down flew a ship. It looked like a giant piece of junk, but it still was a magnificent sight for Chyresh. He watched as different animals ran away from the site where the ship landed, taking some trees down with it. As distracted as he was Chyresh noticed something odd. The jungle had grown dead quiet now. He turned, ready to run away from this ship, but he saw eyes watching over him. After a few moments in his leg-locked position he turned to his right to run, more eyes. He turned to his left, more eyes. There was no where to go but behind him, which was where the ship was. The lights of it were gone. Chyresh turned and began to run toward it, he was scared now, he would have to face a ship. Being only a five year old made it so he couldn't sneak around the forest, he was lucky that the Pasadn were slow or he would be dead by now.
Chyresh stopped, trying to catch his breath. A ship was now in front of him, a few unknown species were standing in front of it. Chyresh was once again stuck in position. His eyes glued on the species. They were the same size as many from his tribe, they had tan colored skin. The rest Chyresh couldn't see because of the pitch black night, the only light was a dim one that was emitting from the ship. Chyresh sighed as the sounds from behind him grew more and more distant. He was now alone, or so he thought. He turned to try and find his way back home, only to be staring at another odd species. He looked exactly like the others in front of the ship.
"No ya' don't," the man said as he grabbed Chyresh who had attempted to run away. Chyresh began to scream and try to wiggle his way away from the man. "Guys, get over here," he yelled. The next thing Chyresh remembered was waking up in an odd room, with excruciating pain in his head. He began to cry, the pain had taken it's full effect. He was silenced as the door slide open. The pain in his head stopped, he was quiet now. A man wearing a mysterious suit of shinny metal walked in. Chyresh was scared of the man. He could only see the man's face. A scar resided on the man's cheek, and he wore a patch over his left eye. "What the hell are ya'," he asked as if Chyresh could speak back.
Chyresh's baby instincts kicked in and he crawled for the door, the human grabbed him by his leg. He was then pulled into the air, now looking at the man upside down. Another pain, this time it was in his arm, and he fell unconscious once more. It didn't occur to him what was going on. He woke once more, the pain in his head was now gone, but he was still in the same room. The sound of a dull hum surrounded him. He stood up and walked toward the door that the man had come in before. He tried anything to get out, he pulled, pushed and even kicked at the door, but it would not budge. He was stuck, and he began to realize it.
The minutes turned to hours before anything happened. The ship now landed and a dull thud was heard in the room Chyresh was in. He stood, waiting for anything. The door slid open once more and the same man entered, he was wearing the same amour, and eye patch. This time however, Chyresh noticed the syringe he held. He looked at the ground he would normally try to escape once more, but he felt as if there was no point. He was ready to just give up. The man was stunned as the creature didn't try anything, but nevertheless he injected Chyresh with the drug, sending him into a deep sleep.
Chyresh woke to the sound of people talking. He blinked a few times so his eyes could adjust to the new light. His mind had cleared and he was able to see now. As he rose he scanned the room. Many different species surrounded him. However, there was one that he was attracted to. A man in a dark brown robe stood in the middle of the room, Chyresh stared at the man. He watched as he stood, motionless. He was drawn to him. As the minutes passed Chyresh noticed everyone grew silent, his attention was now diverted by another man speaking. His language was unique, Chyresh had never heard of it before, so he could not understand what the man said.
Chyresh looked up, he was surrounded by metal, he was in a sort of cage. He looked back down as the man walked to another cage, inside stood a Psadan. Filled with anger Chyresh rattled the cage only to be shocked, he stopped as his mind registered the pain. It was worse than the headache he had prior to this event. He watched as the man turned his attention back to the Psadan. A few words were spoken, and the cage was opened, the Psadan did not move though. Chyresh noticed that the Psadan was chained up, just like himself. As it was being dragged away a scream was heard, a shot fired across the room, and the man in the robe now stood standing over a body. The man in the robe held some sort of sword that let out a blue light.
More shots were heard from around the room and the cage that Chyresh was in now opened. Species were running around the room, only one stood still, the man with the robe. Chyresh stood and watched as the battle went on, only to be confronted by the Psadan. Chyresh watched as he expected the Psadan to attack him. He did no such thing. The Psadan beckoned for Chyresh to come, but Chyresh refused to go. He stood, still watching the man, still drawn toward him. Soon the room was filled with bodies, all live was empty except the man and Chyresh. After pushing a button on his 'sword', which made the blue blade disapper, the man walked over to Chyresh.
He also beckoned for Chyresh to follow him, this time Chyresh obliged. The Psadan was now gone along with everyone else. Soldiers began to fill the room, and the man in the robe quickly explained what had happened. Chyresh was pointed at several times, still oblivious to what was going on. Not even knowing whether the man was good or not Chyresh still followed him. He had an aura about him that attracted Chyresh to him. As they exited the building a large amount of things began to filter through his mind. Ships were flying above, people was staring at the building, at the man and at Chyresh, and the planet was filled with various noises.
The next thing that Chyresh remembered was standing in front of a group of people, they were all staring at him. Again, he noticed that some of them were different species, and others were same as the man that captured him. The room was filled with conversation, and then it all went silent. They all stood watching Chyresh now. The man in the robe was standing beside Chyresh, speaking to all the others. Those that were sitting nodded to the man, and Chyresh was brought away once more. Chyresh had been accepted into the Jedi Academy.
Chyresh spent many years learning Galactic basic, it was even harder because the one teaching him knew nothing of his language. Chyresh was a quick learner however. At the age of ten Chyresh was able to uphold a conversation. He was lucky that he learned the language at such a young age, any longer and he wouldn't be able to handle it. He had discovered that he would become a 'Jedi', just like tha man who saved him. At the age of ten Chyresh was accepted as the Jason's apprentice.
After many years spent in the academy, learning how to use a lightsaber, how to learn the Jedi ways and even learn Galactic Basic, Chyresh was sent on his first mission. He was sixteen now, and he understood everything he needed and the council deemed him read to leave with Jason on a mission. They were sent to the planet Tatooine to deal with a crime lord who had murdered many to get where he was now. The mission would be a challenge. Chyresh was equipped with two lightsabers now, he favored the weapons, however he still felt he was ready for more. Luckily for him his master also used two lightsabers. They both used the same type of lightsaber as well, with a few modifications to the hilt, they were not exactly the same, but very similar. As Chyresh and Jason infiltrated the base of the crime lord, with the help of a human named Seth Danton, they were attacked by a group of guards. Jason, and Chyresh made quick work of the guards, either killing or knocking them all out. As they were about to de-activate their lightsabers a dark aura filled the room. In front of them stood someone wearing a jet black robe. The species looked like a human, however he had horns on his head.
He was the same skin color, the horns were the only different thing about him. Jason turned to Seth, "Go!" Seth stood still. Chyresh turned his attention to the man as he drew his own lightsaber, he was a Dark Jedi. Chyresh re-entered his stance. Jason and Chyresh began the assault on the man, he was very proficient with his weapon. Chyresh feared that he was even greater than Jason.
Chyresh grew quickly drained as the man continued blocking each of their attacks. The man noticed the weakness in the apprentice and sent his leg flying at the side of Chyresh. He accepted the blow and was sent flying into the wall beside him, Jason continued the battle. Chyresh quickly jumped to his feet, trying to run back to the battle to help his master, he was to late however. The man parried an attack by Jason and sent his blade flying into the air. Jason tried to jump away, but he was to slow, and he caught the man's blade in his hip, and it came out the other side. Falling to the ground dead, Chyresh used to force to jump forward and attack the man.
Anger filled Chyresh, he had to restrain from using it though. He continued the battle with the man for a few moments until he noticed the man left his right side unprotected. Chyresh's blade in his right hand was sent flying toward the man, and it sent the Dark Jedi falling to the ground in pieces a few seconds later. Chyresh ran back to his master who was dead now. He screamed out in agony. Chyresh gathered the remains of his master, and brought him back to the council. After speaking with them Chyresh was sent into the trials the very next day. His master's death could not interfere with his training, and the council didn't want Chyresh to dwell on his loss.
Chyresh was given a new master following the death of his former master. His new master learned quickly that there was not much to teach Chyresh, Jason had done a good job. Instead of spending time in the academy Chyresh and Avaron, who was a Rodian, went on various missions. Over the course of five years Chyresh and Avaron were able to successfully dismantle a crime organization named Endless Moon. This Crime organization had been the cause of over three hundred deaths and a massive amount of slave trades on planets where slaves were illegeal. Though the two never found the Crime Lord, they were able to successfully capture many of his underlings that without Endless Moon would be un-operational. This organization was never heard of again.
After passing the trials, at the age of twenty-two, Chyresh was granted his knighthood. The day of the ceremony was the day Chyresh finally let go of his master, and would continue on with his life. He was now a Jedi Knight and he would now have to act like one. Chyresh grinned as he was knighted, he bowed his head and whispered the words "Thank you master," it was directed toward Jason. Chyresh spent the next few days wandering around the academy, he now had a greater deal of respect. He was now greeted much more by those around him, and the padawan's looked up to him. He was not ready to take on an apprentice however. He spent a few weeks crafting his two new lightsabers, he was ready to learn how to use four.
After the completion of his new lightsabers, he spent the next three years doing solo missions for the council. They were all usually very bland, and would result in Chyresh being forced to use his lightsabers. When Chyresh was 26, after completing a mission on the planet Geonosis he decided to re-visit Tatooine. He would go back to the site of his Master's death, not to mourn but to seek advice, if Jason's spirit still lingered here. After landing Chyresh made his way to the now abandoned base. Once inside he made his way past the rubble and to the site where his master had died. He quickly dropped to the floor and began to meditate.
The image of his master entered his mind as soon as he began the meditation. "Chyresh, you are ready. Take on an apprentice and train him, you are ready. Don't doubt yourself. You have become a far greater Jedi than I had imagined. You will teach an apprentice great things." Chyresh rose from his meditation, he spent hours back on the ship dwelling over the days events. He would now take on an apprentice, he had decided. After returning to the council Jason informed them of his change of heart and would now spend the next few months scoping out an apprentice.
After setting his eyes on one after the annual competitions the masters hold, throwing in the younglings to show off their skills so a master may choose one. He chose a young boy, a human named Kel Fisher. Chyresh wasn't able to see the troubles ahead. After the boy turned eleven, Chyresh became his master, he told the council they were ready for a mission. The two were sent to Naboo to settle a feud between a rival family. They were fighting over land, and the local officials were not able to deal with it. Chyresh thought it would be an excellent mission to train the now twelve year old boy. As they landed they were informed of the sudden arrival of a Dark Jedi. Chyresh informed the Jedi Council who instructed him to hunt out the Dark Jedi and engage him, they could not let him get away.
After a few hours of hunting Chyresh and Kel learned the whereabouts of the Dark Jedi. They now went to engage him. The Dark Jedi was suspected to be in a cave not to far from the town they were in, he was looking for lightsaber crystals. Curious to why a Dark Jedi needed lightsaber crystals Chyresh sped off with Kel to find him. As they were in the middle of a vast field, Chyresh felt the presence of the Dark Jedi. He was speeding toward them. The Dark Jedi jumped from his speeder and landed on the ground drawing his double bladed lightsaber. He to was proficient with a blade.
Chyresh and Kel engaged in battle, the Dark Jedi quickly gaining ground on the two. Chyresh was distracted as the Dark Jedi kicked his apprentice off to the side. The Dark Jedi capitalized on the situation and sent lightning blasting into Chyresh. He was sent flying twenty yards away, falling unconscious. Chyresh woke in a medical bay, he was back on Coruscant. He quickly rose from his bed, looking over at a Jedi Master who was watching over Chyresh, the master shook his head. Chyresh rose from his bed and went to his ship, he did not speak a word to the council. After he cooled down he talked to the council through a holocron, they allowed him to search for his padawan. The Dark Jedi had taken him.
Chyresh spent the next thirteen years looking for his padawan, and practicing his lightsaber skills in space. He had training robots that would allow him to practice different techniques. For him he was better at using a blade than using the force to aid him. Chyresh needed to be ready for the battle with the Dark Jedi, this time he would not fail. It seemed as if the Dark Jedi had vanished from the galaxy. He was curious, he wanted to know why he was left alive. After hunting for the long period of time Chyresh was ready to give up. He had been sent all across the galaxy, on false leads and even some actual true leads. When he arrived on each planet he discovered he had either been to late or he had been mis-informed. He was heading back to Coruscant when the council sent him a transmission. They were sure that the Dark Jedi was on the planet Agamar, a Republic owned planet. Chyresh sped away in his ship, one last time looking for his padawan.
Chyresh landed on the planet, he was pleased to discover that the Dark Jedihad been sighted. He quickly was sent looking for him. Chyresh found a Dark Jedi, waiting for him. It was not the Dark Jedi that he had fought thirteen years ago, it was Kel. His former apprentice. Chyresh tried persuading him that the path of the Dark side would lead to his own death, and tried to convince him to return to the light. It was to late though, Kel had been completely changed he was now a slave of the Darkside. The battle between the two began. Kel was exceptional with a lightsaber due to the fact that Chyresh was his teacher. However Chyresh had learned a lot over that course of thirteen years as well.
As the battle raged on the two had made their way fighting through a crowd of people, however the streets now was empty. Republic soldiers were not even around, they knew not to interfere with this. As the battle raged on Kel gained the upper hand, but there was still a flaw, he was fighting aggressively. He didn't notice that Chyresh was wearing himeach strike Chyresh switched to Ataru form. He down, so all Chyresh had to do was wait. After he noticed the lack of energy in quickly gained the upper hand and forced Kel to go to a defensive stance.
Rain started to pour down on the two, making battling even harder for the two, they had to worry about keeping the grasp on their lightsabers, and another other factors that could come into play. Chyresh had a clear mind throughout the whole fight though. As Kel saw his death was eminent he waited for Chyresh to swing his blade, just as he was able to attack he dropped his saber. The blade of Chyresh went through him, Chyresh just stood there stunned. He did not want to kill Kel, he wanted to turn him, but being a sith Kel would not allow that. Chyresh shook his pain as he turned to leave the planet. He was disappointed about the outcome of the day. After Chyresh returned to Coruscant, and after he told the Council what happened he was granted the rank of Jedi Master. He was able to get rid of yet another Dark Jedi, and showed that he did not allow his emotions to get in the way. Chyresh had requested that instead of taking on another apprentice that he would stay at the academy and teach the padawans how to use a lightsaber. He felt that his advanced experience in the field would benefit the padawans greatly, and he felt he would be more effective that way.

"You are a weak fool! You were never good enough to be my teacher, you wasted my time. You are as pathetic as that planet you came from, the only reason the Jedi accepted you is because you are as weak as the rest of them." Kel was yelling at Chyresh, his red blade in his hand. Chyresh just stood in awe as he saw his former apprentice alive once more.
Chyresh spun around at the sound of another. "If you weren't so weak I would have lived. You got me killed Chyresh, I thought you could handle it but I guess not." Jason stood his body looked as if he were burned alive.
"No get out of my head!" Chyresh yelled. "You are no longer here, you are one with the Force now, you will leave me in peace!"
The sweat drenched Chyresh's body. He sat, his legs were crossed and he was floating in the air. As he opened his eyes, his body fell to the floor, he could himself before his head would smack the ground. He stood up, he felt much better now. The haunting presence of Jason and Kel were clear from his mind, he had finally been able to let go. His life had been very eventful, full of loss, pain and suffering. He never let it get to him, the Force did everything for a reason, he knew that. He would never let his emotions affect them as they had Kel.
A bang had been heard from the door, as it slid open Chyresh knew why the man was standing in the doorway. "You missed your class today Chyresh," the man stood in the same robes that Chyresh was wearing, he was a fellow master. "No, don't worry I took over. The class ran smoothly."
Chyresh bowed his head, "I thank you, I will not miss another class." He smiled at the man as he turned and walked away. Chyresh smacked his head with the palm of his hand, "Never again." He would constantly talk to himself, it made him remember easier. Chyresh quickly cleaned himself of the sweat, and changed clothes. He could not waste his entire day in his room. As he left he let the door close behind him, and he now realized he had nothing to do. Now most of the padawans were going to their own rooms, as some passed Chyresh they bowed, "Evening Master Chyresh," many would say. He bowed in return and would frequently mutter the words, "evening."
Two years had passed since the battle between his former apprentice and himself. He knew he had to choose a padawan soon, if he continued to just teach at the academy then he would have failed as a Master. He could not let this one mistake ruin his entire future. Chyresh began his hunt for a new apprentice.
