Raised on the planet of Naboo as a farmer’s son, Zach spent most of his young childhood working in the fields and helping his father run the farm. His mother was a spacer trading goods between planets but after a raid on her cargo freighter, she decided to get out, stay on Naboo, help with the farm and take care of Zach who was 4 at the time.
A few weeks after his 6th birthday, he was violently attacked by a wild tusk cat and sent to the nearest medical facility, where his left arm was amputated and replaced with a prosthetic one. After he woke up on the hospital bed, the doctor told him about the operation and that he would be bed ridden for the next couple weeks.
While sleeping in the hospital, he began to have what appeared to be “out of body experiences”. He could “feel” everything that was happening within the room. Electronic devises, droids, and when medics entered and left. A few days later his senses increased from just his room to the entire hospital. Along with this new learned power he found out that he was able to move objects telekinetically a few centimeters at a time. By the time he left the hospital he was able to move small objects no larger than a pencil, however his unharnessed abbility restricted him from having any control so he could only make them skitter or shake, nothing major like launching it across the room. He kept it all secret from his parents, unsure of how they would react.
After leaving the hospital, he became more and more interested in all things mechanical. He started working on his arm, updating it to be more efficient. He began repairing all types of vehicles and building new equipment for the local community, improving their productivity and way of life.
At times, when he and his parents went to sell their produce in town, he would come across people wearing robes and other similar attire. He approached one of them one day and they talked for hours discussing coruscant, the council, and their travels to other planets. From that moment he knew he wanted to go to coruscant and learn from the jedi.
After listening to his stories, Zach showed the jedi what he could do after his incident with the tusk cat. The jedi, who could sense his growing power from the time they first met, asked Zach if he would be interested in joining the order. With great excitement he said yes but was concerned about how his parents would react. Understanding his problem, the jedi told Zach that he would speak with his parents and explain everything. After meeting Zach’s parents, and having Zach showing them what he could do, they said that as long as this was what he wanted, he could go. The next day, after saying his goodbyes, Zach and the jedi left for coruscant in a republic freighter.
After landing on coruscant and meeting with the council, he was accepted into the order and was to train as a youngling. His time as a youngling however was not as long as the others and by the time he was 10 years old, Avira Lisossa, a Jedi Master had selected him as a padawan. For the next five years, he was dedicated to his jedi training and the order. He spent a good amount of his time in the library learning of past jedi and their impact on history. He became interested in the mandalorian wars and the jedi Revan, not only because of his abilities with a light saber but also because of his strategic and charismatic abilities. He became to think of him as a role model even though he would not be able to meet him personally.
At the age of fifteen he met another Padawan on his walk back to the temple after a day filled with city exploration. A tall tan colored person with Sapphire blue eyes. A twilek called Siren Reed. They became good friends and often sparred together along with the usual studies in the library. Avira Lisossa saw that they were often seen together and warned them that close relationships can lead to feelings that would send them to the dark side. Although being warned they continued to remain good friends, sparring and studying.
He excelled in his combat training with every other padawan beside him, but what set him apart from the others was his ability to fix or build just about anything. All of the equipment he wore or used, Zach made on his own. He believes that in order to grow stronger, he has to create his own equipment, making it unique. One of his most prized possessions is his custom armored robes
Soon after his sixteenth birthday Zach and Avira left and settled on Yanibar, by the wishes of the council, to seek solitude and a place where he can train his skills without consequence and in an attempt to re-establish contact with the Zeishon Sha. The natives were originally skeptical about this and a few were even violent towards the two, but eventually through peaceful negotiations, they agreed after Avira and Zach rid the forests of a group of bandits who had burned their homes and raped their women. Zach thought why they couldnt to it themselves but simply decided to do it. They agreed to it and successfully convinced the bandits to leave Yanibar and stop troubling the Zeishon Sha
After forming this 'treaty' he met the locals who helped him in learning the finer points of telekinesis and force abilities. In taking in their culture they taught him a great deal about independence and self-reliance turning him more into a hunter. He was also taught that there was great honor in defending his family and to aid others who could not defend themselves. During his four years of constantly testing his telekinetic ability by everyday living with the settlers on the hostile world his abilities increased dramatically.
One Zeishon Sha, a man by the name of Rick Hollister, took a personal interest in the apprentice. Ricky reminded Zach of his father, being a hard working, modest and self reliant man. Not the kind that purposely draws attention to themselves. He was proud of that.
Ricky however chose not to use the traditional Disc Blade, using his fathers liightsaber(Who had been a Jedi that rebelled against the order and became a Gray Jedi) He was always differant from the others, but the others never ridiculing him for using the weapon of those who they had exiled themselves from. and requested that he be able to train Zach personally in the ways of a lightsaber, Avira accepted the idea of this and allowed the training to begin, but only under tight supervision to assure herself that Zach was not being improperly taught. Ricky taught Zach that most Jedi masters will attempt to stop younglings from using a totally differant style like shien. However, it is exactly that quality of unpredictabilty and diferance that can doom nearly any enemy not experianced in defending against it, to failure. Along with just a tad of Double Bladed Combat. And so again with Avira's permission, Ricky instructed Zachary in shien and double bladed combat. His training was strict and tedious and Rick would not give up on him until he had every aspect of it mastered. And he didn't.
Another man he met, Jareth Calria, taught him to hone his force pottential in an extremely violent ripple of chaos, but also to be extremely careful of this newfound abbility, Force Repulse.
Their training of this abbility was a bit unorthodox. What he would do is bring Zach into an open field, stand about 9 feet away, and hurl stones and other objects at him. All zach had to do is hurl the objects in the other direction using this abbility. It took awhile but eventually he could effortlessly repel them.
He has now turned twenty-two years old and has returned to Coruscant where he was promoted to Jedi Sentinel by the council after completing the trials of Courage, Flesh, Skill, and Spirit.
The council had a long debate over if he should be promoted or not because he had detached himself from the order for so long, but the debate soon came to an end and they decided that he should.
His Jedi trials were extremely difficault, although he had already completed two: Flesh and Skill by taking such a beating in his repulse training and mastering a Shii-Cho respectively. His other two, Spirit and courage were much more of a challenge for him and on his Spirit trial...he did not like what he saw, envisioning great pain and suffering.

Zachary gritted his teeth in pain as the cloake figure before him yet again hurled a rock at him, this time hitting him in the tail bone. Again a rock came flying this time Zach was just barely able to slow it, but it still came a a ferocious velocity, hitting him in the ribs. For a moment, time seemed to slow, he could feel the shockwave of energy flung throughout his torso and feel the cracks it sent into the bones themselves. He knew he had only seconds before the next volley of rocks would be thrown at him and so he calmed him self, took a deep breath, and prepared himself.
One by one, a total of 7 rocks were thrown at him at an even faster speed than before. He lashed out in an angry roar, expelling a massive ammount of energy from his body and sending the battalion of Rocks back in all directions. He fell to his knees covered in blood and sweat as his master approached, Well done padawan, well done. She said as she helped him to his feet. Thank you master.
