Yana was born into an extremely wealthy family and was raised on Naboo, he was a cautious child, but loved spending time with his family, around about the age of 12 he enrolledin law school, it was there he fell in love with Politics and, after 4 years at the school, he graduated with high honours, after that he joined the Royal Security Forces, and saw quite a bit of action, he spent 10 years in the Forces, the last 4 of these he spent training Recruits.
When he Finally left the Forces, he was given his Vibro-katana, by The Queen of Naboo herself, for Bravery and Loyalty whilst in the Forces.
Soon after this he emmigrated (i hope this is correct, can you emmigrate to planets??) to Balmorra, where he quickly became intrested in the local political and Military system.
He was soon enrolled into the Local Military, and rose quickly through the ranks over the course of 9 years, until he stood as the Supreme Commander of all of Balmorra's Fleet and Ground Forces, although he never uses the title officially as he does not want to appear pompus
Two years and seventeen assasination attempts later and he was extremely popular and respected by large amounts of the population, as the election day for Senator drew near he found that his opponent, Anetan Belisso, had payed for over half the assasinations, (the other half had been arranged by Various Siths who disliked his Political Ideas), not to be daunted, as Yana walked into the Elections Room, Anetan pulled a blaster from his sleeve and shot Yana, fortunaltly Yana had come prepared and the shot missed because Yana had used his own blaster to kill Anetan, not long after this he was appointed as the Senator of Balmorra, another title in his long list.
He has spent 3 Years in the Senate, Most of which he sat and observed rather than directly confronting or conflicting, he has also officially spent great periods of time locked away in his Penthouse Suite in the 500 Republica, writing and planing his Tactics, Unofficialy there are wispers that he has spent most of that time off-planet doing all-sorts.
Political Objectives: Equal Rights for Humans, Aliens and Machines, The abolishment of crime on Balmorra.

The Frigate and its two Escorts Shuttles glided silently through space, toward the distant White speck in the Distance, Naboo, Home and hopefully Peace.
But this peace did not soon last, there was a beeping on one of the monitors.
"Sir, there's an incoming call for you"
"I'll take"
The Pilot handed him a communicator
"this is Senator Yana Azrel speaking, who is this?"
"Sir, theres a problem in the reactor room theres somethin.. hey what are you doing, get away from those, ---"
"Hello?, Hello?"
The senator de-activated the communicator, tossing it to one side
"Luitenant, seal off the lower reactor rooms, staion guards at every exit and arm the security droids"
Leaving the Bridge, the Senator moved quickly to his Cabin, punching in his access code, the doors opened to reveal his cabin, everything was as it should be.
He walked over to his Consol and activated the loud speackers
"this is the senator calling all crew members, all non-combat crew-members are to prepare for immidiate evacuation, please report to the escape pods"
As soon as he had finished speaking there was an Huge Explosion that shook the ship from end to end, The engine Section had exploded, sending the foward half of the ship floating off into space, The Senator sat down in his chair, the chair was black, and contained several diffrent defence mechanisms, one of which was a personal escape pod, he activated it and watched as the front section of the foward part of the frigate de-tached,
