Yes Master Dolvan, what did you need to speak to me for?
He had to show respect for the man in front of him as Adrian bowed. As the young knight raised his head he caught a glimpse of the passive eyes that Dolvan had. Now erect Adrian looked at the Council Member with uncertain eyes that sort of shuddered every couple seconds.
Yes I did call you...
The Council member let the suspense rise in the young Jedi as Adrian fidgeted almost as often as his eyes shuddered with uncertainty. Being pulled away from doing almost nothing wasn't a big deal, but Adrian was expecting to recieve a mission.
You seemed a little shaken when I saw you after your return from Subterrel. You haven't told me that something is troubling you so I thought I might ask.
Adrian let out a sigh as his shoulders lowered as the tension, while not an incredible amount, decreased. The Jedi blinked now after what seemed like an eternity.
Well Master Dolvan it is the same as my master Bey had surmised. My "ability" it is still not completely under my control. It jumped out of me for a second and took a Sith Trooper's life. It was on my mind all the way back and most of my time here.
I see, so you are still somewhat of a danger. I am not sure we should keep those of lesser control over the force around you.
I wouldn't go so far as to say I can't teach my young Padawan.
Ah, but he is not "your" Padawan, merely "a" Padawan. You were instructed to overlook his development, but you can not do this while you have this problem on your hands.
Dolvan's eyes remained passive as ever, something that told Adrian there was no getting out of the situation that he faced.
I will relieve you, of your burden and give it to someone who can bear it properly. Please do not take offense, but for someone who Bey called the "Legacy of the Exile", we can't let you have a Padawan yet. Continue to train yourself young Jedi, there is much that I see in your future. Perhaps even a possible seat amongst the Council.
But...
Adrian closed his mouth as his eyes looked over Master Dolvan once more. He gritted his teeth, but in an instant, before Dolvan could even sense anything, it was gone.
Your judgment is as wise as ever Master Dolvan...if you will excuse me.

The Council Member beckoned for a young boy to come over to him. Immediately the young boy jogged over and awaited eagerly for the Master's instructions.
Young one, go and bring Padawan Ckar to me presence here with due haste.
The boy nodded and darted out of the room just moments after Adrian closed the door. Dolvan's judgement had to be perfect for this particular trial, because there was no room for error. Not when the Council could all feel a looming presence that gave him much fright.
May the force be with us all...
Dolvan realized he was saying the term a lot, as if every waking moment could be his last...

Zul Ckar entered the council chamber with a small limp, The doctor which treated him thought it would be good practice for his padawan. Zul walked to the middle of the room and took a deep bow. I believe I was summoned here, am I correct?

The Council Member beckoned the person through the darkness. It was a bit ironic unbeknownst to Dolvan at shadiness of the action. He sighed briefly as he thought for a moment.
How should I put this...
I must be frank with you my young Padawan. When Adrian came to us and asked for permission to help guide your through the trials that would take you beyond the level of Padawan we thought he had changed completely. Unfortunately I must say that after the trials at Subterrel it has become obvious to me and the rest of the council that he can not serve as your Master any longer. For he still has his own "demons" to fight.
There was a short pause as the woman came out from the shadows and into the light. She was more of a plain woman that seemed to have nothing extraordinary about her, at least appearance wise. When it came to the force it swirled about her with a vivid tenacity that was most likely discernable by even a Non-Force sensitive. The force had a certain life around her though all she did was stand plainly for Zul to see.
Still, your actions on Subterrel were suspect, but from the report given to the Council I believe you, young Padawan, should be trained further in the ways of the force. Perhaps by an even more qualified Member of our Order.
Maybe a Padawan will help straighten out her curved path...
I would like to introduce you to Zeale Syn, a Jedi Master, and as of now your new Instructor.
He tried to refrain from the use of Master as it reminded him too much of the Sith teachings and the Master-apprentice relations that were intertwined with those teachings. Dolvan gave Zeale a firm pat on the shoulder pushing her in the greeting a little bit.
You can call me what you wish, it is nice to meet you Padawan.
She stretched out her feminine hand to properly introduce herself to her, as of this moment, Padawan learner. Things might get a tad interesting with a new face around.

Zul was not that surprised that he was losing his master, but he was still a bit shocked. He saw his new master, and he could feel that force flowing from her. Zul was a excited from the power coming from her, he wanted to see what she could do, but that would come another time.
Zul shook her while slightly bowing. I am Zul Ckar, it is nice to meet you Zeale Syn.

Dolvan nodded feeling his decision was a sound one. He continued to look at the two through his passive eyes and say nothing but potential in them. Then again his eyes never say anything but possible potential or reached potential when it came to Jedi. Dolvan took a couple steps towards the door, but remembering that the two would need some sort of guidance he offered up one final command.
Since young Zul is still not 100% we will let him recouperate until a more appropriate time for me to give you an assignment.
Of course Master Dolvan...
Zeale said the all too common response while still eying Zul, her new Padawan learner. She couldn't stop the slight smirk that came to her face as she admired the force about the young boy. Dolvan let Zeale continue with her intrigue as he left closing the door behind him.
So Zul, what type of Jedi do you want to become?

Zul thought about what he would like to become and thought that Consular's was too passive for him, and a Jedi Sentinal did not have enough knowledge of lightsaber combat to defend itself if attacked by a Sith, but a guardian was perfect for him.
I want to become a Guardian to protect the republic against any foe, But i must insist I believe I am capable to fulfill any assignment that Master Dolvan has.

Master Syn smiled as the young Padawan made the claim. He had a certain determination that the Jedi Master found exciting. There were some things though that she needed to sort out before she could tell him anything about the mission they would be going on.
I hope you're sure about this Zul, but first I want you to relay to me your perspective of the recent turn of events on Subterrel.
The course of action that the Order would take could vary depending on the answer given.

Zul thought about Subterrel for a good 5 seconds before even saying anything.
Yes.. Subterrel. Not my favorite thing to think about, but were should I start at. Well we were waiting for anything to happen on Subterrel. The Dark eye platoon managed to sneak past all of the defenses and were already in the core setting up their plans. When me and Adrian arrived we found the Dark eye platoon in the core. Adrian fought against the Dark eye leader, who was exceptionally skilled against fighting Jedis. While Adrian fought the leader, I tried to take on the soldiers thinking that they were not that skilled. They were way to skillful for me to take on as a group, so I lost, and hurt in the process. I had to retreat, so I left to the hanger where I found Vex and his padawan plus 30 other Sith soldiers. Adrian caught up with me, and we all left the planet. In the end the battle was over before it even started.

Well Master Dolvan has told me that I am to go to Mon Calamari. I want to bring you along with me. I believe we will be negotiating some differences between the Quarrens and Mon Calamarians that inhabit the planet.
She had an undeniable smile on her face as she addressed the boy that had just been given into her charge. Master Syn's face bespoke nothing but calm serenity, but her mind shuddered at the ominous feeling that she was receiving. It was most likely the reason Master Dolvan sent her there. She scoffed at Master Dolvan because little did anyone outside of the Council Members know that this particular Council Member delved into the practices of gazing into the future through the force. It was something that Zeale believed would send Dolvan spiraling towards the darkside one day.

Zul smiled deeply, because even though the Jedi temple was comforting and relaxing, Zul did not care for it. When do we leave? Zul was a bit concerned for his diplomatic skills are lacking, but lucky he has a master and he will observe how Zeale handles diplomacy.

Zeale only emulated Zul's smile as she looked at him. In truth she wouldn't be heading the mission at all. Council Member Master Caliger would no doubt be the head of the operations on Mon Calamori. Also Zeale had a feeling that the planet was past diplomacy, but still she had no choice other than to try and bring a safe end to any conflicts on the planet.
I've already gotten clearance from Master Dolvan to use two Jedi Scout Fighters. I bet it will be a lot different than sitting down on a Setinal Shuttle. I hope you at least pilot a fighter on a basic level.
The last part that Master Syn had said was merely a playful exchange of words. Still using the Scout fighters would allow them to have familiar mechanisms on hand if they were needed to head into space. She had an instinctive reaction to want to put her hand on his head and ruffle it, but she remembered that not all Padawans were mere children like her former Padawan was.
So what do you say to leaving right now?

Zul got instantly excited about being able to pilot his own Jedi Scout Fighter, so a huge smile started to spread across his face. O I believe I am capable enough. Zul grew impatient and wanted to run out to the scout fighter, but managed to fight that urge so he could at least seem like a ok person to his new master.
Leaving right now sounds perfectly fine to me. Zul headed to the door and opened for his new master, and raised his arm, as to welcome her going first

He's definitely more excited than I was at his age...
As the thought ran through her mind she still smiled and took the courtesy given to her by Zul. She hoped at that moment that there would be a strong bond between her and her Padawan. A bond like that would definitely help him develop up to a strong point where he would become a full fledged Jedi.
Just as she passed Zul a freeze frame button seemed to be pressed because that moment lasted. In that moment Zeale caught Zul's exuberant eyes, and she could see nothing but potential for the boy.
And it was raw potential that she feared the most; because potential in itself means only growth. There is no law dictating which way potential was molded only that it must be molded. Finally the moment ended and she passed the young Padawan.
I'll just have to train him to be a Jedi...
She said that part aloud unknowingly as she made her way for the hangar.

Zul started to leave, but stopped abruptly. Zul turned around and bow to the council members, almost competely forgetting they were there. Zul then got back up and retreated out of the room and jogged to catch up with Zeale.
