A few brief pointers so far:

For a Jedi that's a Sentinel and more focused toward the Consular path than being wholy neutral I think it would make sense to lower some of the saber stats. I'd suggest lowering Soresu to 1 and Ataru to 3.

For the Force powers, 8 is too high for a Knight at this age, seven is the limit but it will have to be well explained. Also, a five in destruction at this age/level is extremely uncommon and I'd expect this character's past to be rooted quite fully in the dark side, I suggest you check out the character bios of Jace Beleran (destruction of 4), Rhissai'arckan (destruction of 5) and Vreem Took (destruction of 5). All of the aforementioned are on the High Council and have a long and deep past explaining how their characters got to such a stage. I'd probably only consider a maximum of 3 at this age, even with some major event.

Specialized skills, remove 'Force Telekenesis' and 'Force Pull', these are under the Telekinesis category and are determined by the rating give there. Force Wave and Repulse are the same thing so simply join it up as 'Force Wave/Repulse', how they came to acquire and train this skill to their current level will also need to be explained in the bio.

Attributes, the eight in speed and seven in leadership will have to be explained in the bio (we tend to say that anything seven or above requires more description than usual in the bio). And finally, the 8 in Melee Weapons will more than likely need changing. This covers things such as vibroblades and not lightsabers, Jedi are not taught how to really use these weapons so unless your character takes the time out to learn how to use this different kind of weapon (the application of a vibroblade is different from a lightsaber because unlike the typical Jedi weapon, it is has a weighted blade). So, unless your character does take the time to learn how to use other weapons then I'd probably say no more than a maximum of 3, and given the character's Sentinel/Consular specialisation I doubt they would do such a thing.
