Faction: Republic Military
Department: Army
Rank: Sergeant
Specialty: Sniping, Melee
Name: Kamal Haoru [Pronounced: Kuh-Mall]
Species: Human
Age: 21
Height: 5'10
Weight: 146 lb.
Birth place: Coruscant
Appearance: Kamal stands at 5'10, the average height for someone of his age. He has a medium build. His eyes are crystal blue. He has short, light blond hair. He usually is seen carrying his sniper rifle, which is attached to a sling on his back. He usually wears camouflage for whatever terrain he is currently in, might that be forest, desert, swamp, etc. On a holster on his belt lies a standard sidearm. The back of his belt is decorated with thermal detonators, plasma grenades, and Flash Grenades [Specifically 2 of each]. His sniper has been modified, giving it two parts instead of one. There is the regular sniper which is an attachment. It is a removable part on the front of the gun. The gun is actually a repeating rifle with a chainsaw like thing on the bottom of the front of the gun [For melee]. It fires standard armor-piercing bullets. As for the sniper attachment, it fires long, straight, bullets. At the other side of his belt lies a small Knife. and next to it sits a small device used to translate languages.
This is a picture of his gun without the sniper attachment. Hope it is alright. If not, I will change it to bayonet O.o
Notice the part in the middle, which is an ammo cartridge. The cartridge is moved back a little bit so there are two of those handle things.

Biography: Kamal was born to an average family, a mother and a father. His mother worked countless businesses during her life and his father worked on holo-terminals and vehicles. He was the firstborn of 5 children. Throughout the years, his mother and father were loving to him, and gave him everything he needed. At age 1, his mother had another baby. It was a girl, and Kamal was an older brother. They had decided to name her "Talore". At age 2, he learned to get off the ground and walk. His parents were extremely proud of him. He, unfortunately, didn't learn to speak until a few years later. His parents didn't treat him any less than they did before. At age 4, he finally learned to speak. He talked a lot, though. Eventually, him and his sister began misbehaving to their parents. His mother and father had totally different ways of discipline. His father preferred using kitchen utensils, while his mother preferred using her hand. This is when the arguing began. They held it in though, for the sake of the children.
At age 6, his mother had another baby [Me!!], naming him Sean. Kamal and his sister were sort of jealous at first, until they figured out they received no less attention. Then, they began playing with the baby. Their parents let them, of course, and taught them to be gentle with him. Growing up, Kamal loved different sports, and to just run places. He also liked playing around with toy guns and swords, which he played with his brother when he learned to walk around and do regular activities. He got his brother into it as well, and when Kamal stopped playing with them, his brother continued. Kamal went outside a lot, just barley using his home except for sleep.
He grew up on things like drawing and writing. He always wanted to grow up to be an artist. He had planned on joining the army and use his earnings and life experience to survive as an adult. He played games with his groups of friends. Mainly games that involved wrestling, using toy guns, etc. Kamal was always the sniper for his team and he refused to let anyone else take his place. Eventually, he got bored of these games and went on to drawing in his spare time, and playing various sports with his friends. Eventually, his brother wouldn't leave him alone, begging Kamal to include him. He did, of course, since he didn't want to hear him complain.
At age 8, he began actually working, attempting to make his future real instead of pretending it had already been made real, as he used to think. He stopped playing with his friends so much and began doing things like help his mother work with her businesses [Had so much trouble alone] and working with his father on holo-terminals. He only did holo-terminals because when he tried vehicles, he was terrible at it. His brother went on to help his father with them, though. He actually loved it and understood every last thing. Kamal was happy for his brother, of course he was also sorta jealous that he had been so good at it, but he let his brother continue.
At age 10, his mother had yet another baby. This one cried a lot and practically annoyed all three of them. His mother had insisted on Lynne, and his father had nothing better so he just decided to go along with it. Talor, Kamal, and Sean had took turns caring for her, but Sean got the least amount of time with her since he was only a little kid and his mother didn't feel comfortable putting her in care of a 4 year old. They all loved her equally, though, and they occasionally just left her alone to go play their selves. Kamal had told his brother about wanting to join the army, and he was too small to understand it. He told his sister, though, and she knew what he had meant.
At age 12, his mother and his father couldn't hold it in anymore and separated. Everyone felt bad about it. Kamal had thought it was his own fault. He tried to make his mother feel better, but it usually didn't work. When he wasn't doing that, he had began playing outside with his friends once again. He, again, played games with toy guns, swords, and other different toys. He eventually got a bit bored, though. Him and his friends used to run around the streets of Coruscant, playing games like tag and hide-and-seek [Hehe, I don't think there are any other ways to say it xD]. They hid behind houses, in diners, in parked vehicles, pretty much everywhere.
At age 14, he had decided to go live with his father for a while to keep him company. He helped him work on holo-computers and vehicles like he did before, but for vehicles, Kamal got much better. He eventually told his father about wanting to join the military. His father really knew much about the army, and he asked his son if he really did. Kamal, of course, answered positively. His father reminded him about all of the things, such as behavior, staying away from home, real battle, etc. but Kamal didn't care. He was a responsible person and wanted to do it anyway. He knew the dangers and everything, but had yet to realize that he wouldn't be with his family. He thought it was a thing where you go and come back every day. He, though, was wrong.
At age 16, he finally decided to enlist in the army. It was a bit of a long process, and there was a lot of signing and talking. Eventually though, he finished all of that and went on to doing other things. He found much less time to spend with friends and family. He was stuck with his superiors. Filling out paperwork, talking with higher ranks, and just generally being alone. He was pretty stressed. He also knew that the next year would be the time to go to basic training, which he knew would suck for him. He knew much about it already, but didn't know everything.
At age 17, he finally went away to basic training. He had a hard time letting go of his family, but he managed to do it. His drill sergeants were jerks [As they were supposed to be xD]. A lot of people there were older than him, whether or not they were privates. Despite that, he made a lot of friends. He had plenty of different things to do there. He had to wake up early, he couldn't make any faces while they were in position. He ate in large buildings and ate really good food. It was like they were at a formal party. He got to practice with rifles, sidearms, grenades, and swords. Eventually, he managed to graduate and leave back home. His family was really happy to have him back.
At age 19, he was a Corporal. A year ago, his mother had her 5th and last baby and named her "Lynna". Kamal was happy to see her born, but unfortunately, didn't get to stay with her for long. He got to stay with his family for a little while, but eventually figured something out. He was going to be put out into war. After about 3 months, he was contacted by the military and was informed of the fact that he was going to be deployed. He knew this was going to happen, and so did his mother and father. He didn't want a long goodbyes [He hated those], so he had a simple one and left. He was deployed at a base to be trained first. He got to use a rifle, which he was pretty good at, he learned to melee, which he sucked at, and he learned how to use a sniper rifle, which took a long time. He eventually got the hang of it though.
At age 20, he was finally ready. He was loaded up along with his squadron to go into battle against the Sith. He almost died about 5 times, being that he wasn't really fond of the "Stay back and give us support" thing. He eventually got it and spent all of his time back, sniping his enemies. He was actually so good, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant after a while. After that, he stayed back in his bases, training more before going back. His training made him so good, he was near leading his own squadron. Eventually, he began going back and forth between battle and the bases.
He just turned 21 O.o
