~ The Early Years ~
It was but twenty-four short years ago that a middle-to-lower-class couple gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. Due to birth complications, however, the mother, sadly, did not make it through the birthing process. The father, clueless as to what he would do, took Koaiur into his own care, promising to do whatever he had to to keep him happy and healthy. Koaiur was treated like gold by his father, Kiranu, but in the eyes of other Coruscantian residents, he was but a small lower-class piece of junk. Kiranu worked a total of three jobs every day and was rarely at home, and so Koaiur was placed in the care of a seemingly nice young Twi'kek woman, Rianna.
He was the age of two when he began speaking, and Kiranu was amazed. Shortly thereafter, he began standing and then walking. Kiranu assumed that this was the work of Rianna [considering how unbelievably clueless he was about kids] and asked her to move in. She agreed under the terms of more payment and other things we need not get into. Koaiur spoke very much, and annoyed the hell out of very many residents of the apartment the Murune family resided in.
At the age of three, Kiranu took it upon himself to propose to Rianna, his nanny. The woman agreed, and they were betrothed. Koaiur, too young to understand the idea of marriage, told his parent that he agreed to the idea. In the same year, Koaiur's parents, Kiranu and Rianna, gave birth to another young boy whom they called Tahroun. Koaiur, used to all of the attention, developed a strong hate for Tahroun over the years, but currently did not understand. In the beginning, he enjoyed Tahroun and his company, but grew to hate him.
At the age of six, when Koaiur's parents put him through schooling, he made loads of friends very quickly and was very smart for his age. He developed a good relationship with nearly everyone, including the residents that previously hated him. His parents were very impressed and so were all of the adults he knew. Near the end of this year, armed robbers broke into the Murunes' apartment. One, carrying a gun, freaked out when he was caught by Rianna, fired crazily at her. As she fell to the ground surrounded by a puddle of blood, the robbers booked. The father was put into a sorrowful emotional state in which he never actually came out of.
The next few years were very tough. Kiranu had to hire a new woman to take care of Koaiur while he worked. One rainy night at age ten, the same robbers that had brutally murdered Rianna returned. However, this time it was Tahroun that fell victim to the one trigger-happy robber. The year Rianna was killed, Kiranu took it upon himself to purchase a small pistol for protection against the same robbers. Managing to get one within range of his pistol, he fired at the head, and the robber fell through the window and down the fifteen stories between them and the ground. Koairu blamed himself for the murder, and became depressed. He quickly recovered, however, as did the father.
~ The Young Teen Years ~
At age fourteen, the boy was loved by everyone. All of the kids at his school, all of the locals, everyone. His love and desire was always writing and reporting for his school and for fun around his dad. That was his passion, and his future job. At this age, all of the girls fell all over him and all of the boys envied him. His father constantly pointed out his good looks, which Koaiur disliked. Koaiur wasn't the sort of person to enjoy lots of attention, and he was pretty annoyed at the fact he was getting it. He only actually longed for the attention of his father, and hated the attention he got from other kids. At this age, Koaiur hated crowds and people falling all over him
