Having just concluded his business with that odd Noghri, Jarzec was open to any kind of conversation that would shake off the concepts and emotions of that last encounter. He wasn't throuroughly wrong, he thought, just a little... off base...Certainly though, there were many perspectives out there, and Jarzec wasn't so ignorant to think otherwise. Surely though there had to be one, fully (or at least extremely) sensible and somewhat universal philosophy that held these Dark Siders together. After all, there was a blatent unity here. It was unmistakable. The leadership must have been doing excellent. There hadn't been a gathering of this magnitude of... would Sith be the correct term? He had been taught that the Sith race had died off, but the name still lingered. In the not-so-distant past, many of the Dark Side took up the title Sith. Or so he had heard. These were the days of Revan and Malak. Many knew the stories. Jarzec's late master told him much about these things, he was after all, once a Jedi Master. The past was moot, however, and Jarzec still needed some kind of explaination for all of this. He resolved to simply ask whoever he could find to explain just what all of this is...
He noticed several people milling about, clad in their typical black robes, but none of them seemed to hold any rank or position worthy of his time. He needed someone who looked high up or intelligent. These were just simpleton students. Though, he hoped somewhere within himself that he could be a student at this place as well, but that he knew he could rise through the ranks, obtaining the knowledge he needed, and one day become a master himself. This would be his real motive, to show just how much greater he was than these students here. They had no real drive, no motivation. They just wanted to drift through the system mindlessly and autonomously onward to wherever they were instructed, and the worst part was that they didn't even know it.
Then, a certain individual caught Jarzec's eye. He was walking toward the exit, so Jarzec hurried to catch up with him. He was garbed in eccentric and expensive clothing from head to toe. A good tip to his wealth and position was the Rancor-leather boots he wore. Here was someone Jarzec could hope to get answers from.
He ran up to this man, his hopes high, now we're getting somewhere, he thought.
Excuse me, I know you don't know me and I don't know you, but I've been living here on Korriban for the past two years and I don't know what this place is. Would you mind explaining to me... just what this Temple's full purpose is?

Visari had been walking through the halls on his way to the place where his duel with Raeg Vashin would occur, at the behest of the Dark Lady Novus. He hadn't planned on wasting time, but he had an hour until he needed to be at the assigned place, so he wasn't in too much of a rush. Seemingly out of the blue, he was interrupted by another initiate, and a young one from the looks of it. The man was a human, and Visari guessed he was in his early twenties. He was average looking, with brown hair and eyes and of a fair build; he wore the typical black robes one would expect a user of the Dark Side to.
Visari lifted an eyebrow as the mysterious person man suddenly asked about the purpose of the Temple. His first instinct was to be irritated with the boy, but he smiled slightly after a moment; there was something amusing about the the boy not knowing what the purpose of the Temple was. The Epicanthix laughed a bit at that and tapped his metal cane on the ground, making a soft ringing noise.
"What purpose does it serve?" Visari chuckled again, and made wide, grand motions with his arm as he swept it around. "My friend, surely you know! This Temple is the gathering place of the new Sith Order!" Visri chuckled again. "What purpose are you here for, going into strange buildings you don't know the purpose of, hmm? That's a dangerous thing to do, you know." Thoughts of the confrontation with Raeg Vashin a little earlier ran through Visari's mind, and he grumbled something incoherent under his breath.
Visari suddenly set off, motioning for Jarzec to follow him. The bottom of his long coat swayed about his legs gently, and the ring of his cane on the stone floor punctuated his steps. It was odd, having a Force sensitive in the Temple that didn't know what it was for. The man had the spark, Visari could feel it, along with a dark taint. That was to be expected from one who had been on Korriban for so long, though. Visari turned his head to look at Jarzec out of the corner of his eye; he was suddenly interested in this young man. "So who are you, anyway?"

The first response this stranger had to Jarzec was that of a laugh. This was perfectly acceptable though. In his being over-come by curiousity, Jarzec had a approached a stranger in a dangerous Temple heavy in the dark side and proceeded to question him on such a Temple. Therefore Jarzec found the laugh easily justified. He then recieved his answer on the topic at hand.
"What purpose does it serve?" The man laughed, and used large and grand gestures to emphasize his point, "My friend, surely you know! This Temple is the gathering place of the new Sith Order! What purpose are you here for, going into strange buildings you don't know the purpose of, hmm? That's a dangerous thing to do, you know."
The Sith Order, eh? The rumors were then true. It made perfect sense, but Jarzec wasn't one to jump to conclusions or make assessments based on rumors and sights. He needed facts to set his mind toward. Assuming, he had learned from a career of deception and killing, essentially the successful criminal life, could easily get you killed or worse. Making such an assumption in a place of such great evil, now that was something Jarzec wouldn't dream of. The man had a point however, how could one not see it? There were students, masters, and warriors from all over the galaxy gathered here for the purpose of uniting the will of the Dark Side. It was painfully obvious. Jarzec then came back to reality. He was about to respond when the stranger took off, and motioned for Jarzec to follow suit.
What's this guy getting at? Jarzec was thouroughly interested with him. There was just... something about him that piqued Jarzec's interest. He had an air of confidence about him, and a mark of power. The aura that flowed around him also felt as if it hadn't had the chance to do so in a long time, it felt like one being in a box for a long time and had finally gotten free. Cramped and released. It was a curious feeling, and Jarzec wondered as to what situation would cause one to have to cramp their aura. But that wasn't what attracted Jarzec to this man. It was the confidence mixed with flair. This guy had a particular flair about him, a kind that attracted Jarzec. There was also something about him that resonated within Jarzec. It was certainly of the Force, though Jar did not want to admit it. Such things skirted around the philosophy of Jedi. It was remarkable though. As he followed, the stranger turned his head and looked at Jarzec from the corner of his eye and asked:
So who are you anyway?
Quite the open invitation thought Jar. A broad one at that. So Jar thought about his answer before giving one.
My name is Jarzec Taelstrom. I was trained under the direction of an ex-Jedi Master by the name of Rexmex Tevec. He was also the murderer of my parents. It was under his direction that I grew up, however, I form my own opinions as not all are to be trusted, I learned this lesson easily and quickly outside the instruction of my Master. That is why when I give trust, I expect it to be returned, no matter the person, as I do not give it freely.
Ghosts of the past aside, I am a Dark Jedi unashamedly infatuated with power. I shall not be overcome and clouded by it. Such is a path to death, and death is not condusive to the aquisition of power.
This introduction may seem a bit heavy to you, but I assure you that this is merely out of fascination. I am thouroughly fascinated with what I've discovered here. It is what I have searched for for a long time now.
So, enough about me, you sir are the one I approached, and I am much more interested in you and what you have to say. So, please-please, proceed.
He didn't say it in a begging manner, rather out of a reserved eagerness. He truely wanted to know more about this place. This revival of the Sith ways. It was great news to him, as he had reveled in the secrets and power found in the other Sith Temples on Korriban. The stories of Revan fascinated him. If the Sith were forming an Order, this was the greatest development of their time. Needless to say, Jarzec was completely excited for this news and for this character who was indulging him. The nature of his excitement was of the most maniacal degree. Things were really looking up for him.

Visari nodded as Jarzec told him his story. Visari turned into a side room as he spoke, so that they could be alone, away from those that had no business listening to their conversation. There, he turned around to face Jarzec as the young man finished talking, and chuckled lightly when Jarzec asked Visari about himself. An interesting fellow, this one...
"Very well then," Visari said. If you wish to know my story, then here it is. I, like you, was trained by a former Jedi. She was a Miraluka, and though she could be a hard teacher at times, she was a good one, and I did learn many things from her. She was killed on a mission we both went on by a Dark Jedi, one that would cause trouble for me for the bulk of my life, but that's another story." Visari suddenly paused. Intriguing the man before him may have been, but Visari barely knew him, and some things were not the business of strangers. "Well, needless to say, I came into the darkness after a certain point, and through some other events, I've found myself here, at the Sith Temple."
Visari looked at Jarzec, as if sizing him up. He could feel power coming from the young man-it wasn't as great as his own, of course, but Jarzec was not weak. "So tell me something, Jarzec..." he said slowly. "You called yourself a Dark Jedi... But this place is the home of the Sith. Have you not considered joining our newly formed Order?" Visari grinned lightly. "We are a union of dark souls, and together we can accomplish much more than we could separated, as we were before Iniquitous gathered us. Of course, at this point we are all quite low in the hierarchy, save Iniquitous and his Inner Sanctum, but with time, the Order will grow, and masters will take students and train them in the ways of the dark arts." Visari tapped his cane on the ground lightly. "So what say you? Will you join us under Iniquitous' banner?"

As he was finishing his story, this new acquaintance nodded in understanding, and led Jarzec aside into a small room aside in the Temple. It was then that Jarzec realized how careless he had been, that he had been revealing such important information on himself, fully in public. In a place so dangerous, it was crucial to avoid such things, and would have to be on his guard with his words and actions as he was once in Nar Shaddaa. As he realized this, the man proceeded to respond to Jar’s prompt.
"Very well then," said the man, as he proceeded to tell his own story. It lacked in detail, though it was to be expected, he was too cautious and more than likely in need of higher security than Jar was of his life’s details. Within good reason, as he appeared to be a man in a position of power, based merely on appearance. The way the man carried himself and acted and spoke just connected with Jarzec in an inexplicable way. It wasn’t some bond or some other thing, he just found the man to be interesting and as if there was more to him than most. He just had a uniqueness about him, that is, in Jarzec’s eyes at least. Jarzec was surprised to hear that he too had a Jedi Master train him, though under different circumstances. He ended his story with the mention of the Temple. It was as if he ended his story at Jar’s beginning. The next thing he said would be something that would change Jar’s life more than he would ever understand.
"So tell me something, Jarzec... You called yourself a Dark Jedi... But this place is the home of the Sith. Have you not considered joining our newly formed Order? We are a union of dark souls, and together we can accomplish much more than we could separated, as we were before Iniquitous gathered us. Of course, at this point we are all quite low in the hierarchy, save Iniquitous and his Inner Sanctum, but with time, the Order will grow, and masters will take students and train them in the ways of the dark arts. So what say you? Will you join us under Iniquitous' banner?"
Join the Sith Order? It was a miraculous offer. One Jarzec would not hesitate to accept. He hardly thought his words through, after all, he had already pondered them many times over in the past, and his conclusion remained unchanged.
It would be a dream come true to me. It would be an honor to serve under this Iniquitous. I shall join your Order, this Order that shall train masters with students. This Order which will undoubtedly grow and grow. A union of dark souls you say? Sounds like home to me. You see, in my mind I am serving no goals, no purpose now, I am not driven by anything but to further myself, and quite frankly, that just won’t do.
This concept of Masters and Students however, this plan the Temple has that seems as if it one day intends to rival that of the Jedi Temple, it is extremely intriguing. You see, the Master I did have was indeed an effective Master, as I have come to learn all that is needed to learn to be a successful Dark Jedi, but that was all there was. He was in no way unique, he had no more power than a Master, no secrets, no influence, no… power. He was nothing but the fallen Jedi shell of a man. That you mention Masters and Students is a thing that piques my interest more than you know. Do you know any of these Masters? Have any arrived here yet? And – Oh! - Where are my manners? It appears I have yet to receive your name, that is if you wish to grant me the honor of knowing it.
Jarzec concluded with a smile. It was a genuine one, a rare occasion for him. It must have been in light of the news he had received from this man. This and the thought that he had been conversing for so long with what would seem a nameless stranger, and with such personal information at that, it was an amusing thought. The thing was, that though the two of these men had but just finished their respective stories, there was a heavy and understanding in the room that he knew they both could feel, that both their stories had hardly yet to have begun.

{Short post. Visari isn't getting along with me at the moment D:}
Visari let just the hint of a smile touch his mouth. "Why, you can call me Visari," he said. "Visari Netellus." Visari cleared his throat before he went on. "And yes, this Order will soon rival that of the Jedi, but we are young yet. Now, is the time for building, and growing." That smile grew a bit as he spoke. "But our time will come, Jarzec. As for the matter of masters... I am one myself, and I know of at least one other for ceertain that is here." The image of Shard flashed up in his mind. That Miraluka was the one who had told Visari of the meeting in the first place, and Visari had spotted him during the ceremony when he first arrived. "But I'm sure there are at least a few others that walk among us."
The Epicanthix continued to look over the young Human that stood before him, reached out into the Force, feeling out Jarzec's ability. He was strong enough, and with some culturing, Visari thought he might be able to be crafted into a rather formidable force. Wait, Visari thought suddenly. I've only just met this man. It is too early for such thoughts. And that much was true enough. Picking someone to train under your wing in the ways of the Force was not a decision to be made lightly, especially for one in a position such as Visari's.
With a sigh, Visari turned to walk to one of the chairs in the small room, and motioned for Jarzec to do the same in one across from him. "So tell me something, Jarzec," he said once the two were seated. "When you think of the Sith Order, what is it that you see yourself doing?" Visari's brow furrowed just a bit, and he hoped the question had made sense. "Perhaps I should say, what role is it you see yourself playing to further us, and help the Order grow?"

The man introduced himself as Visari Netellus with a bit of amusement. He proceeded to elaborate on the fact that this Temple was indeed still growing and that there were a few masters about, one of which he was certain of. It sounded like an amazing concept. Maybe he could find a way to train under them all at some point, to cultivate and fine tune himself into the being he desired to be. He had the discipline and determination, what could stand in his way?
Visari sighed, walked over to some chairs and sat down, directing Jar to do the same, to which he obliged.
"So tell me something"Jarzec," Visari started, "When you think of the Sith Order, what is it that you see yourself doing?" he noticed Visari furrow his brow at this, "Perhaps I should say, what role is it you see yourself playing to further us, and help the Order grow?"
It struck Jarzec that he hadn't thouroughly thought out the answer to that question. He had generalized concepts and plans and ideas, but he hadn't really thought about it. He also realized he was way overdue for some meditation. His previous master had stressed the importance of such things as meditation, and Jarzec personally somewhat liked to meditate. To center himself and draw the darkness inward to his body. To feel the dark side and respond to it. It was on that thought that Jarzec considered his answer.
Hmm... I see myself working in any area of the Sith really. At first under the training and direction of one or more Masters as I know that I have yet to reach my potential, and find that to be my ultimate goal for myself. Yet, I also see myself fighting alongside the Sith in their endeavors of all kinds. If I be needed in battle, I shall fight. If needed to guard the temple, I shall defend. If needed to mop floors, I shall do custodial work. The way I see it, Mr. Netellus, working to meet the needs of the Sith Order would be condusive to a galaxy united in the hands of powerful people. People who have the right to rule. Not so much that the powerful defeat the weak, rather, those who have power have gained it through means of grit and determination, as well as other factors, to be sure. Which makes them leaders. Those who have the power to obtain followers are those who deserve them. It is common sense to me really. I wonder if you think the same?
In the long run though, I intend to become a Master here, to train the rising generations in the way of the unified Sith. It would be a dream come true really. To have the vast wealth of knowledge, and therefore power. To be able to use it constructivly in a manner that emboldens the Sith Order's cause. This would, of course, be after having honed my abilities and knowledge in battle with the Jedi, which I have been informed by word of mouth and rumor are on the Sith Order's hit list very soon.
So you see, really, I have quite humble plans for myself, but the journey towards them, no so much so. I still do not know of any means of reaching these goals. As I have yet met you, I am uncertain as to whether or not requesting your assistance in the next steps I should take would be wise. Yet I get this unordinarily trusting aura when I am around you. Whether it is or the Force's prompting or not I am uncertain.
Jarzec realized that he'd been going on for quite some time on an actually simple question. Which led him to remark to Visari.
My apologies for such a long winded answer. It's been a while since I've centered my thoughts and with this planet it's quite the difficult thing to accomplish. You understand. I hope this answers your question.
Jarzec concluded with a smile, this time it was a polite one, half-genuine. He felt he had explained Visari's questions quite well, which led him to wonder why it was that Visari was asking questions for. Did he have some sort of interest in Jarzec? Jarzec continued to mull this over in the back of his mind as the conversation continued.

Visari nodded at Jarzec's answer. It was sound enough, and there was only one part that Visari was a bit wary of. "Hmmm... I would not say that all of those that can gather a group of followers are the most deserving," he said as he looked almost absentmindedly at his cane. He could see his own reflection, along with some of the rest of the room, though it was all distorted by the curve of the slender cane. "It is entirely possible for one to gather a following, large or small, and be completely, utterly, unashamedly incompetent." He set the cane down across his lap and smiled wryly it the young man across from him. "Leadership is not about the number of people that you have under you, but how you can bind them together under your flag, and, well... lead them, inspire them to actually do what it is you need them to do, and to do it well." Visari chuckled a bit at that; he knew more than most about leading others, and while what he had said was true the corniness of it usually amused him a bit. "But, it as you said, through grit, determination, and the sweat of our backs that this Order will grow. I'm glad that you can recognize that much."
"But it is good to know that you have some long term goals," he continued. "We should always strive for something, no matter our level or position. After all, stagnation leads to death... Trust me on that."
Visari leaned back in his chair, and pondered another question to ask Jarzec. Suddenly, he slammed on his Force Concealment abilty, and to Jarzec it would seem as if Visari had just died in the Force. "So tell me, Jarzec," he said, and gave no outward indication that he had just done anything out of the ordinary. "What is the Force to you?"

Hmm... Visari's point on the right to rule contrasted with that of Jarzec's. It wasn't too far a difference, though to Jarzec if an incompetent were to rise to power, he would surely soon lose it. This, however, was a moot point, and wouldn't do to discuss as the two began to grow accusomed to one another.
Jarzec proceeded to ponder what Visari's past may hold that he would warn against stagnation, which was something that Jarzec didn't particularly have to worry about. Though it would be a good thought to keep in mind. Jarzec knew he would always be striving for something, and if he ever ended up striving for nothing but survival, he would sooner die. There should always be something to stand for, to fight for. To build up his ideals and philosophies that many others as of now shared. He would create progress in the cause that he'd been born and bred for. His meditations and experience led it all to be true. Bringing his thoughts to a conclusion he decided that he must surround himself with others of like minds if he ever hoped to succeed in this.
He was shocked out of this thought process as Visari left the room. That is to say, he did not physically leave, but his presence had disappeared, it was gone. Curious, Jarzec listened as Visari spoke once more:
So tell me, Jarzec, what is the Force to you?
Jarzec was somewhat taken aback by this question. Just what was the Force for Jarzec? He began to consider the complexities of the Force, and what the definition of the Force might be. To see what it was the Force was comprised of and how it worked. It then struck him that that was really not the question at hand, rather it was what is it that he, Jarzec, knew the Force to be.
The Force is, to all people, a power. It grants those who can use it control over an enviornment that others cannot. It bends and shapes reality to the liking of the user and grants them control over things otherwise uncontrollable. It can tame, it can make wild. It had two sides as well. That of the light and the dark side.
As he spoke, he held up both his hands into fists, as if to symobolize the two sides he spoke of.
The way we percieve things can almost always be categorized by these two sides. The light and the dark. The dark side, of which you and I are adhere to, sees things in a sense of power. They see that their emotions can grant them control over things moreso than the light can. The dark side sees life and death as crucial to its endeavors, that death is but a side effect of its campaign.
He shook one fist as the dark side he when he spoke.
The Light sees to aid others, to build up unities and love. Yet, it is an emotionless love, a sort of love that leads you protect and defend those around you. The Jedi have turned this into a cold, hard logic, as emotion can lead to the path of hate and anger and lust and pain. The Light side seeks to avoid these things and further itself through others in a symbiosis. It also, slows them down.
He had shaken the other fist when he spoke of the light side.
They shed the power held in their emotions and thus weaken themselves. There can be unity with emotion, with passion. The Jedi fail to see this. It is something that must be revealed to people. It must be this philosophy that rules over people, even if it means the death of the Jedi. If they continue to live under a people who scorn emotions, who scorn the right of the powerful and place the weak in the positions of the strong, they deserve to have the truth revealed to them. If they do not surrender their ways, they deserve to have them destroyed.
He brought both fists together as he spoke this, and then opened one hand and brought the other down to a resting position. The hand he held up was clearly his symbol for the dark side. As he continued he lowered his hand.
You asked me, Mr. Netellus, what the Force is to me, the Force is exactly that: the Force. It is two opposing forces, vying for the right to the galaxy. The only difference is, that one side neglects the power that can be found within the other. The emotions that can embolden us. The fire within us that can burn away all obstacals within its path. The resilience we have is the very one they reject. You and I, we both know who this greater power is, which side it is that should truely claim the mantle of force. The side that can indeed Force its will is the true Force. And that, my friend, is what the Force is to Jarzec Taelstrom.
He sat back in his chair, quite content with his outlook on the Force. It would be his mantra, he decided. It would be his filter through which he saw things. With enough evidence, sure he would revise it potentially, but as of now, Jarzec Taelstrom saw the galaxy in this very light. And now he eagerly awaited the epicanthix's response.

Visari allowed himself to smile at Jarzec answer. It sufficed. Sure, Visari could argue some of the finer points of it, but for the time being, he was satisfied. "Good, good. It is a tool for us to use at our bidding, always remember that. But while your passions are good, and what give you your zeal and fire, I would advise you to keep them in check. Left to run wild without guidance, they can lead you to ruin."
Visari sighed, and set his cane on the ground. So far, he had been impressed with Jarzec. Perhaps I will train him for a little while... That was certainly an interesting thought. Visari knew that he'd get an apprentice at some point during his stay at the Sith Temple, but he had not expected it to happen so quickly. But it felt like it was the way it was meant to be. The will of the Force? Visari was one to believe that fate was in the individual's hands, not the other way around, but he was at least open to the idea that the Force was willing this, for better or for worse.
Visari sighed and stood up. His mind returned to the meeting he had with a Miraluka that went by the name of Shard a few days prior, grunted softly to himself. If Jarzec was going to learn under him, he'd have to be willing to join in the endeavors of the Dominion, what Shard called the group that he was gathering for his plans. "Earlier you said that you would be willing to fight in battle if needed. That opportunity may come for you sooner than you know. There is a man-one of the masters here-that is gathering those that are willing to help in him in his plans to aid the Sith Empire. I have already agreed to lend my aid." Visari smiled, and turned a bit, so that he was regarding Jarzec out of the corner of one of his striking green eyes. "But, would you be interested, I wonder?"

Visari noted that there were some differences in Jarzec's logic and his own, though he agreed with the majority of what he spoke of. It was a good thing, that they shared similar beliefs. And though Visari held these differing views, Jarzec felt compelled to still trust him. It wasn't as if Visari completely disagreed, rather there were just small spots where they saw things differently. Jarzec could handle that.
It was then that Jarzec recieved the offer to join a militant-sounding group affiliated with the Sith Order. A very interesting offer. Jar had not been involved with combat in a very long time. And certainly not killed in a long time. The details of which, this man, Visari, need not know, but he had indeed killed. Was he willing to do so again?
I would, in fact be interested in this gathering that this particular master is assembling. It would be very beneficial to my combat expereince. After all, all blades will get rusty without use...
Can you explain to me about this group in more detail? I feel I need a better understanding of what I could possibly be getting myself into.
On the subject matter of battle, a thought struck Jarzec he hadn't really condsidered in a while. It was really something quite important, but he'd been putting it off unknowingly. He added to his question previously.
Also, Mr. Netellus, if it wouldn't be too much to ask... I have yet to construct a lightsaber of my own. Could you... possibly, have the resources nessisary for me to assemble such a weapon?
Jarzec hoped he hadn't caught the man off-guard with his question, but he needed his own 'saber, and now was as good as any a time to find the parts he needed to do so. It was with his thoughts on battle and the ever-intriguing individual who sat across from him that led Jarzec to act as he did. To ponder what he had on his mind, and to hope, yes hope, that he had finally found the place where his aspirations of power could be sated...

Visari's eyebrows went up in surprise when Jarzec said that he had not yet constructed a lightsaber of his own. "Truly? Of course, that will be one of the first things we work on once the initial business here on Korriban is done, though I fear it may take some time before that point comes. Surely you at least have one you can use until then, right?" Visari lifted an eyebrow on that question, and chuckled lightly to himself.
Visari's mind returned to the meeting with Shard on Balmorra, as he recalled the details of what the Miraluka had told him of his plans.
----------------------
"There are, of course, various designs at work within the new Empire, all of which will benefit everyone in time. My own included; it is my plan to move upon certain neutral or criminally-aligned planets and systems, subvert the rule of their leaders through force or subterfuge, and claim them in my name, and that of the Sith." The words echoed in Visari's head, clear as if the meeting had happened yesterday.
"I will admit, I am something of a narcissist; Shard's Dominion, it will be called!" Shard had said. "The wealth and resources of the richest planets on the Rim, captured and put to work for the Empire!"
----------------------
"The Master," Visari said as his mind returned to the present, "is a Miraluka that calls himself Shard. You may have heard of him already, or if you haven't you soon will. He's rather hard to miss. His plan is to strike out at those planets on the outer rim that owe allegiance to no one and to brink them under the flag of the Sith Empire. There will, of course be more than likely be a great deal of fighting, so it won't be for the fearful, or the faint of heart." Visari grinned at Jarzec. "But something leads me to believe that you are neither."
Visari started to walk toward the door, once again motioning for Jarzec to follow. "So that is what you would be getting into." Visari paused at the door and waited as it slid open. A heavy sigh came from the Epicanthix Master, and he turned his head so that he could see Jarzec behind him from the corner of his eye. The time for his confrontation with Raeg Vashin was drawing near, and he needed to make his way to the assigned area. "Now, I have business to attend to with a certain interloper... Though you are welcome to come if you wish it. I doubt you'll be the only observer there." With that, he started to walk out into the hallway, not waiting to see if Jarzec would follow.

It was to be expected that Visari would find it amusing that he had yet to construct a lightsaber of his own. As it stood, it was quite a disadvantage. Though he still posessed his master's, and informed Visari to this. Though he wasn't sure he heard or not, as it seemed he was caught up in some thoughts for a minute there.
It was then that the Epicanthix proceeded to tell him just what this group was that was to make such an impact on the events of the future. He also told him of a man named Shard, who he did not know, though from the sounds of things, it wouldn't be long before he did. Jarzec grew more and more interested with each word. To leave a mark on history. To leave an etching of dark presence there, regardless of how many others did also. It was a chance to use his power and exercise it, and not piddle it away in idle situations. The sound of it was just... exciting.
Then came the interesting news of an interloper of sorts. Jarzec had yet to be involved in much news or awareness at all within the Temple. This was a chance to meet some faces and get aquainted with those he would be joining in purpose, battle and desires. He quickly accepted the offer to see what this hub-bub would be about. He was also interested in meeting this Shard fellow as well. Whenever it may be. Perhaps he would meet him soon, as things had been going quite fast as it was. It didn't matter to him though. The "when" wasn't as much a concern to him as the "who, what, and why's." As Visari departed the room, Jarzec reflected for a moment on what had just been discussed, finding it to be quite a sizeable discussion to swallow. He stood for a good few seconds, just soaking it in. Then ran to catch up with Visari. As he ran towards him, he asked:
So... who is this interloper?

{Bleh, Visari's mad at me again D:}
Visari snorted at Jarzec's question. "He is a Falleen with a head and an ego that are larger than his body. He calls himself, Raeg, and in a short while, he will face me in battle to try and prove that he is worthy of joining our Order." Visari shook his head, remembering the whole fiasco with the little Falleen that had happened earlier in the day.
"Earlier this day, he tried to gain access to our Temple, which is not a bad thing in and of itself, but the way he went about it..." Visari shook his head again as he walked. "One of our guards is dead, and another is in medical care after being put into a seizure by the little creature. I confronted him in one of the entrance rooms, and he claimed that he wished to join us to gain access to our archives." Archives that didn't exist. "Anyway, that went on for a little while before the interloper was summoned to the Dark Lady Novus' office. She tried to give him a chance to make his case, and to even pledge fealty to her, but his arrogance knows no bounds, and the Dark Lady decreed that we would meet in battle to determine his worthiness, before herself and Shard."
Visari chuckled ruefully, and turned to look at Jarzec. "So that's where we are heading, because the fool could not control himself. I'm not one to get worked up over getting into a fight, but I'm rather looking forward to putting him in his place. Someone needs to knock him down a peg or two."

This was rather shocking news indeed to Jarzec. This new aquiantence of his was about to do battle with a Dark Jedi, and an arrogant one at that. It was something he had to see, and was glad he'd followed Visari to do so. An actual battle between two Dark Jedi, thought Jarzec, it should prove to be an experience he won't soon forget. He had to admit also, that he had been somewhat itching to see what Visari was capable of. Now was his chance.
As they proceeded down the hall, Visari continued by telling him about how this interloper by the name of Raeg had killed a guard and put another in medical care. This was troubling indeed. What kind of person had the insolence to essentially attack the Sith Temple? They must be either impossibly powerful, or absolutly foolish. Such news was quite disturbing. He also mentioned a "Dark Lady Novus" which meant that there was some authority in place and he would soon be greeting them. Also mentioned, was this interesting Shard character. The one who organized the Dominion previously spoken of. This should prove to be even more interesting than Jarzec had thought.
As he dwelled on it, Jarzec came to the realization that he had given up one conversation with an exceedingly odd character, for a rather interesting one, and now he was returning to meet yet another odd character and a few interesting ones. Today was going to be quite the full day for him. It made him glad that he'd been brought to this planet by his late Master.
Well, Mr. Netellus, you're probably the best person for me to have run into, and it seems the best is yet to come. I'm looking at the most fun day I've had in a very long time.
