The dank and rotted smell of a decrepit space station- out of date and slowly out of use, all but the most basic maintenance workers mingle about, refueling the few passerby's that come through the area. A slow drip sounds from the empty halls, the pipes leaking terribly in their old age, making the air humid and stuffy and the walls damp and rusted. Only those desperate for fuel dock at this cadaver of a station- or those looking for an empty place to meet in the shadows... Shandari vs Visari Future Sith Initiate vs Fellow Future Sith Initiate- Both MastersFive rounds it is! 3 2 1 GO! Challenger Starts!

Shandari felt drawn to this area station for some reason. Some dark power rivaling her own seemed to emanate from it, and she just had to investigate. It was only by chance that she had sensed it, that she had even come to this station at all. But now that she had, she just had to find it. Shandari made sure her hood hid her features, and slid the ends of her saber hilts together under her robe. Her wings were folded against her back within her robe, hidden until she needed them.
She walked through the crowd of people as if to them she wasnt even there. It just seemed to part for her. One unlucky man happened to notice her. He was one of the security guards. The man came up to her. "Please present identification miss." She ignored him and kept walking. He followed her. "Miss, I asked for you to present identification. If you refuse I will have to put you under arrest." He began to draw his blaster pistol from his hip, but before he could raise it, there was a hiss, and a teal beam was sticking out his back. He managed a scream before he slumped over. Shandari deactivated it, letting his body fall to the ground.
There was mass panic now. People were running and screaming. Shandari blew whoever got in her way away with force lightning, leaving charred corpses of innocent people in her wake. Only one figure could she sense was not panicked like the others. She could sense this one was near, the source of what she had been looking for. Shandari held her saber ready, prepared to ignite it at a moments notice should whoever it was proved hostile. And then she waited.

Amused might be the best word to describe Visari as he watched the Rilan tear through the people in the space station. But, before we can get to that, we must know how he arrived, yes?
He had stopped to make a deal, and not one of the normal business deals he made. Here, he had met with the leader of a group of pirates, and come to an a agreement to employ their services. They would raid and pillage the holdings of a competitor company, and once the income for that company dropped sufficiently, they'd get their payment. The pirate leader was long gone, but Visari had lingered on for a moment.
There was a presence in the Force - a dark, powerful presence - and that intrigued him. Visari had decided not to hide his connection, an unusual move more the CEO, because he almost always had Force Concealment in effect when out in public places. But he wanted to draw this person, whoever they may have been, out. So, he took a seat on a small bench by one of the walls and waited.
And, oh, how that waiting had paid off. The woman had felt him, that much was for sure, but she was apparently having trouble finding him, much to Visari's delight. First, she stabbed a man with her lightsaber, and then she just indiscriminately started tearing through the crowd, seemingly without regard for any sort of finesse or care. And so there he sat, his sleek metal cane laid across his lap, and the smile of a man who was more than a little entertained on his face.
People fled as the panic continued to spread out, and after a few more minutes, the large room was empty, save Shandari and Visari. Visari started to clap slowly, as a hearty laugh burst from his throat. "Bravo! Bravo!" he said as he stood to his feet, the bottom of his long coat swaying about his legs. He was the very image of a businessman, with his double-breasted vest and gold work on the sleeves of his coat. His trousers and the shirt under his vest were very fine, as were the black Rancor leather boots on his feet. He set his cane on the ground and leaned on it a bit, though that was a ruse; the cane's only purpose was to conceal his lightsaber, though only he knew how to open it, and he could walk just fine without it.
"Quite a performance, my friend," Visari said in his rich baritone voice. "It would appear that I was right in hoping that my presence would draw you out." His emerald green eyes shined with mirth as he looked at her, and he started walking slowly towards her, his steps punctuated by the soft ring of the cane as it hit the floor. "But, I have to ask, are you always so... reckless? I can feel the Dark Side in you, but surely you know that doing... whatever you just did is no way to operate." He stopped a few paces away from her. "Such recklessness is the work of fools, and I would like to think that you were not such a fool." He smiled at that. "So, you've found me. Now what in the world could be so important to make you just go crazy in such a way?" Visari turned his gaze to the bodies of the slain on the floor. "Or was I wrong? Perhaps you are one of those fools, crazed with power, and thinking that nothing can stop you, when you are nothing more than a petty brute." Visari's striking green eyes locked with hers, and he smiled again. "So which are you, and what is it you seek here?"

(OOC note, know this is not necessarily how she would actually think or act, just wanting to actually get to the duel part)
The last of the people in the station out of her way, Shandari walked towards the only man left. This was the man emanating the power she had sensed. The man leaned on a simple looking cane. Her eyes lingered on his form, taking in everything from his white hair, to his suit, even right down to his Rancor boots. She could tell this man was wealthy, but what did she care for wealth. Money did not matter to her. And the way this man tried to flaunt that he had soo much of it did not matter either. She continued to walk towards him, keeping her saber hilts together to not give away the true threat they held seperatly.
The man seemed to aplaud her for her audacity. He seemed to think she had done in on a pure whim. Had he not seen the security guard questioning her? Did he not see the mobs of people running around after she had killed the man? It was simply a matter of eliminating the things that had gotten in her way, easy as that. She had not done it for fun. Shandari eyed the corpses of the fallen civilians around her. They had payed for their weakness and foolishness. Like frightened animals they had gone mad when faced with a threat, only making themselves a nuisance to said threat. They got what they deserved.
The man continued to speak to her, even walk towards her. Who did he think he was? He seemed to think himself better then her, scolding her, calling her reckless. She was not a child. She had kept the situation under control, at least from how she saw it. She knew the exits and entrances to the spaceport. She could be gone before anyone had a chance to show up, and no one had properly seen her, and if they had, who would have believed them. Still, she could sense he was strong, but his arrogance was making her angry.
Her, a fool? She was no fool. She also did not like being used. Apparently the man had known she had sensed him, and allowed her to find him. Perhaps he had lured her here just so he could capture her. Well she would not be a fool. The Rilan raised her hand, aiming it at the ceiling as bolts of force lightning shot forth, crashing into the roof above them, bringing down steel beams and light fixtures onto where they were standing. Almost the moment she had done it, Shandari jumped back, twin beams of teal and pink igniting on her dual saber, one hand holding the middle of the conjoined hilts, waiting for the cloud of dust to settle and see what had become of the man.

{No worries, I think we both have to act a bit OOC in order for the fight to work}
Visari grinned as he felt the Rilan's ire grow. Somebody's getting a bit irritated... He settled into a relaxed stance, with both hands resting on the head of his cane, with the cane itself set right in front of him. And then, he felt the irritation flash into something more. Anger, then. His sharp green eyes locked with hers and then it began.
Shandari's hand shot up toward the ceiling, and lighting burst from her fingertips. Visari didn't move, though; he simply lifted an eyebrow. The girl jumped back, teal and pink blades flaring to life from the lightsaber in her hands. He drew on the Force as dust and debris fell in towards him and lazily lifted up a hand. Suddenly, it rushed out of him, and the beams and fixtures that were falling toward him stopped, as the rest of the debris crashed onto the ground. They were tossed to the side with a casual wave of his hand, and he resumed his stance, as if nothing had happened.
"Perhaps I was wrong about you, then," he said, his voice carrying through the thick clouds of dust. "I had hoped that one of your power would not be so brash, so careless." He sighed heavily, as if personally insulted. Behind him, a weakened beam groaned as it strained to support itself, but it couldn't; it if fell to the ground, taking a few more with it. Visari waited for the noise to clear before continuing. "But, I have to say, if this is the way you normally handle such situations, then you may be the fool I feared you would not be." Once again he pulled on the Force, and the clouds of dust began to swirl around him slowly, as he reached out at them with his power, and pushed them around.
"But, if it is a battle you seek, then it is a battle you shall have. Far be it from me to keep you from your wishes, girl." As he spoke, the dust spun faster. Round and round it went, even kicking up a light wind that made the bottom of Visari's coat flap around his legs. And then, suddenly, he made the dust fly out in all directions, dissipating as it did so that the room was clear once more. And there he stood, in the same place he had been standing, with his hands still resting on top of his cane. He still wore that same grin, and his clothes looked to be untouched by the dust.
He glanced around the room quickly. It was strewn with rubble from Shandari's strike, and, other than a small circle around him, the ground was coated in bits of metal and broken glass from the lights. It was much darker than it had been, though he could still see well enough. And there, a short distance away from him was Shandari. Visari eyed the strange two-colored saber she held and grunted. How odd... A double-bladed saber with two different colors? Another though suddenly went through his head. Could it perhaps be two joined together? It certainly wouldn't be unheard of... He shrugged mentally. Whatever the case, this one is dangerous. A glance at the rubble about him was all he needed to see to know that. I would be wise to not take her too lightly.
He sighed, and held his cane up in front of him. He could see his reflection in the smooth, polished silver surface of it. The top pooped open with a some moving of some components inside of the cane with the Force, revealing the hilt of his lightsaber. He took it and let the cane fall onto the ground by his side, and squared himself in Shandari's direction. His silver blade exploded to life in his hand, and he stood loosely, ready to spring into action to respond to whatever Shandari did.

Shandari watched as the dust settled. Like she had thought, the man had come out unharmed. The ceiling had not been a true attack, merely a distracting to create distance between them, and to gague his strength. He did not disappoint. Her eyes fell on the silver beam that shot up from the hilt in his hand. Only one saber? She knew he would have trouble with her if she disconnected her blades, but she would wait to judge his skill with the blade first.
Shandari rose the dust and dirt around her, sending it it at the man in an attempt to blind him, mixing it with a bolt of force lightning. Not even waiting to see the results of her attack, she took off, charging at him, bringing the teal blade in an upward slash towards the form she could just make out in the dust. Quickly she brought the other end slashing down to follow up after the first strike. To her her movements seemed slow, she was not using her full potential of quickness for a reason, though still she was rather fast. Shandari was one to wait to reveal her full strength against an opponent, and wait she would.
Jumping back after he quick strikes, not even positive if they had landed. Electricity begin to spark at her fingertips once more as she unleashed another bolt, this wide spread. The wild energy collided with a nearby fuel tank, causing an explosion. The flames that shot out towards the Rilan were quickly tamed, and sent towards the man, circling him. Shandari knew she could not control the fire much longer, nor could she even tell if the man was in the center of the roaring inferno. Before she lost control of it, the ring blazed into one solid wall of fire. Shandari's control over the fire was lost now, and it began to spread throughout the whole station. Sprinklers from the undamaged parts of the ceiling sprung to life, dousing the flames. Shandari waited only a second, then charged once more, saber swinging.

And so the battle began. Visari grunted softly as he watched debris and dust rise off of the ground around Shandari, before hurtling at him. But the Epicanthix only put his hand up in front of him. The Force surged through him, and he made it do his bidding. The Jedi believed that the Force was supposed to guide them, and that they were to do its bidding. But not Visari. The Force was a tool, and what tool commanded the master? And so Visari ordered it to do as he wished, and it did.
Visari would use one of his three areas of specialty in the Force: Protection. His first teacher, a former Jedi had been almost unrivaled in it, and he was quite skilled in it, though it was not his strongest area. As the debris and dust closed in on him, he worked, creating a cruved wall of the Force that sent the debris flying around to either side of him without so much as scratching him. And then an unexpected surprise hit his wall. A wave of lightning slammed into it, and the energy from the two powers colliding created a fierce wind, one that blew his coat back around him and kicked up small clouds of dust on the floor around their feet. Visari grunted from the effort of holding of the lightning; it had caught him off guard, and he had not mentally prepared for it. But even so, he was able to shrug it off, and none too soon, because Shandari was on him almost immediately, the blades of her lightsaber a blur of colors in her hands.
Visari immediately sank into Soresu. The Force flowed through him as he did, and he knocked Shandari's first strike aside with a flick of his wrist, and immediately had to use the end of his blade to stop her second blow. He moved with the small, precise movements of a master of Soresu, and good thing for him that he did, because Shandari was quick. She's rather nimble, he thought. Interesting... Shandari suddenly hopped away, and Visari prepared himself for whatever would come next.
Another wave of lightning exploded from Shandari's hand, but Visari was more mentally prepared this time. He caught it in his own and shoved it back at her, but didn't get to see if it hit or not. Some of Shandari's lightning hit a fuel tank, and it exploded with a terrible roar. This girl will be the death of both of us! Visari thought in surprise. He threw his hands out to either side of him, once more creating a wall of the Force around him to keep the flames off him. The sprinklers came on and the fire was put out, though Visari kept a small wall of the Force up to keep himself from getting soaked. To Shandari, it would look like the water from the sprinklers just parted in the air around him.
Through all of this, the girl hasn't said a thing, Visari mused. I wonder... Suddenly, Shadari charged again, and Visari slipped back into the Soresu stance. He caught her blade and held it on his silver one, so that they formed cross in between them. Steam from water droplets hissed off of the two humming weapons as the two stood there, blades locked together. Suddenly, Visari reached out to Shandari's mind. Telepathy was what he specialized in more than anything else, and he needed to know something.
Girl, you'd best learn some control or you will be the end of both of us, his voice suddenly boomed in her head. If you rupture the wall of this space station, we're both dead. Me. And you. He doubted that she'd be too upset if he died-she was trying to kill him, after all-but he hoped that the threat of her killing herself would be enough to get the point across.
He suddenly disengaged from the lock and made a quick cut at her legs with his silver blade. He jumped back immediately, to a longer distance and faced her. Then, he reached out with the Force, ripping up one of the ruined fuel tanks from floor and hurled it at her. He followed by throwing beams, bits of concrete, whatever he could pick up. Manipulating objects in the environment was Visari's third area of expertise in the Force, and he was quite fond of it. He suddenly stopped throwing things and unleashed a volley of lightning on Shandari, and once that was done, he moved in, to make an attack of his own with his lightsaber.

Shandari met the man's blade with her own. He spoke out to her, but she did not respond. Shandari knew he was right, which meaned she needed to end this quickly. No more fooling around. Before she could bring the other end of her saber slashing up, he disengaged, it it caught the blade he was swinging at her legs. The man backed up. Shandari stood her ground, moving into a crouching stance. Soon she would strike.
Visare threw the tank that had blown at her, as well as many other things. Shandari lashed out with a strong bolt of Force Lightning, aiming it directly at the tank, sending it rebounding into the man's own Force Lightning, the wet metal now sparking with the engergy of both their attacks. And still it flew towards Visari from the strength of her own bolt. But Shandari had no time to watch to see if it connected.
Her blade raised, she hacked and slashed at the debri tossed at her, wincing ever soo slightly as she missed a large piece of glass, it slicing through her robe and cutting a small gash in her arm. Great. It was time to drop the act. Shandari crouched. It was time to unleash her full speed. She sped at Visari, even faster then before, swinging her saber in a move she knew he could block, even with her speed, but it was a feint. While she struck out with the teal end, Shandari disconnected the pink blade, swinging the second saber at his abdomin. Not waiting to see the damage, Shandari jumped back, doing a flip as she did, landing ontop of the command platform for the station. It was now the woman shed her robes.
Great black wings stretched from her back and she flapped them a few times. Then the Rilan concentrated, moving the force through every inch of her body. Then she dived at him. Shandari was faster then the eye now, her skill with force speed amazing. Combining it with Jar'Kai and the rarely used Trispzest was a deadly combination. Her sabers were a blur as they swung at Visari with each dive.
The Rilan took to the air once more, spiraling as she dove this time, launching force lightning from her fingertips, that spiraled with her. She continued the assault until she was close enough, then swung both sabers, deactivating her teal blade as she did and reactivating it not even a second later. She only prayed that it was the teal one he had tried to block, knowing that if he had, her saber would have deactivated before he could, and reactivated on the other side.

Visari shoved the fuel tank aside as it hurled at him, and it slammed into the metal wall, leaving a deep dent. And I was just calling her careless, he thought in agitation. He watched as the girl slashed at the things he had hurled at her, and saw her wince when a piece of glass she missed cut into her arm. But he did not let his guard down; such a minor injury wouldn't mean much against one of Shandari's level, at least not initially.
The girl crouched down, and Visari could sense a resolve growing in her. And now the fight really begins, he thought, his emerald eyes watching for any sign of motion. Then she was in motion, speeding toward him, blades at the ready. Visari went into his Soresu stance once more and let the Force flow through him as he waited for her to reach him. Her teal blade lashed out at him, and he started to go for it, but spotted her starting to disconnect the two blades and swing out with the pink one. With the small, precise motions that Soresu was revered for, he flicked his blade down, stopping her attack just inches shy of his stomach; but that was as he intended-Soresu parries were kept close to the body, but as long as the parry was good, the foe's blade would not hit.
Shandari leapt away, and Visari lowered his blade to see what she'd do next. It would be a bit of an understatement to say that he was surprised when she shed her robes and great black wings sprouted from her back, but he quickly regained his composure. "Well, I stand corrected," he said, referencing his earlier frame of mind. "Now the battle truly begins. But do not think those wings will save you, girl." Shandari moved, and Visari immediately noticed one thing: she was moving much faster than before. He could feel her pulling on the Force, and nodded. She's using it to augment her natural ability, then. It shan't last for long.
The Force surged through Visari as he prepared to meet her assault, and he used it to strengthen his perception, to help keep track of her. He fought off her dives, keeping away her blades with his skill with Soresu, but he had to struggle a bit to do it. The girl wasn't playing any more, that much was for sure. He knocked one of her strikes aside just a tad too late, and took a very light hit from the edge of her blade on his left side-a shiim touch. Visari gritted his teeth-it still hurt quite a bit, even though it was just a nick-and kept fighting, focusing on the Force to keep the pain out of his mind.
She launched out at him again, lighting flying from her fingertips. Visari's shield of the Force appeared in front of him, and once again, the clash between their powers set his coat to flapping about him and kicked dust into the air. His saber was at the ready immediately, as she closed in on him, and he took a quick hop back as she swung both of her blades at him. That may have been the only thing that saved him, because as he went for the teal blade, it suddenly vanished, and activated on the other side of his lightsaber. Fortunately for Visari, he was just barely out of range, though the tip of her blade did cut through the edge of his coat as he moved back. Ah ha! I can't be so careless with this one... That very well could have been the end of me, he thought, reprimanding himself a bit.
He immediately launched a powerful push through the Force at her, putting almost all of his might behind it. He had noticed something about Shandari during the fight so far: though her skill with a blade was undeniable, other than launching lightning and using it to speed herself up, she didn't seem to be as strong in her skill with the Force. Visari on the other hand, was better at using the Force than his lightsaber, so his strategy was formed. Keep the hell away from her and overload her with more attacks in the Force than she can handle, he thought, with a hint of a grin touching his face.
So he moved away from her again, and picked up the debris around him once more. He flung it at her, though they were merely distractions. His real attacks came intermittently, as he launched one powerful push after another at her, seeking to keep her off balance. Then he unleashed a devastating barrage of lightning at her, the strongest he had done so far, before ripping a huge panel off of the floor in front of her and hurling that with all his might.
But he knew this fight could not go on forever. Despite his strength in the Force, he was starting to tire, and he suspected she would be as well. One of them would have to end this battle, and soon.
{OOC: I'm not sure if I can explain like this or not, but I'll take whatever point penalty may come from it for the sake of clarity. The tiring line doesn't mean he's about to keel over and die or anything like that. Far from it, actually. But I put it there to reflect that throwing out so much Force power so quickly would have an effect on him. He's still quite able to fight.}

Shandari's eyes widened as her attack missed, just severing the edge of his coat. It took her a moment to realize she had misjudged the distance of her strike and her opponent. She quickly took to the air again to avoid any counter. Visari began to throw random things at her, making sure to keep her at a distance. The Rilan began to spin in midair, her sabers arcing throung the air and forming a barrier of sorts, slashing through anything that came at her.
Soon the force pushes were ramming into her, but with her momentum of the spins, they would catch her wings and spin her even faster, though forcing her back slowly. Soon her wings slapped against the wall, and her body stalled for just a moment. But a moment was all it took.
Shandari had not been expecting the lightning. It struck her in her right wing. Could she scream in pain she would have. Shandari began to plummet towards the ground, the only thing saving her from smashing into it was her quick thinking to use the Force to cushon her landing. Still, she landed rather unceremoniously, laying on her damaged wing. The Rilan was lucky though. That lightning strike might have very well saved her life. Had she not been hit, the panel of the floor would most likely have crushed her, as she would have still been in the way. As it was, the lightning knocked her out of it's path. Slowly she rose, gripping both sabers tightly, bloody feathers falling from her damaged wing.
She knew she could not keep her force speed up any longer. She used too much energy the first time, and combining that with her wound, she would need to recover before she could use it again. Shandari closed her eyes, using a Rilan technique to seal the wound in her wing, sapping herself of some of her own energy to do so. She did not completely heal the wing, for that would render her unable to fight any longer due to weakness, but used just enough to seal the wound. The wing still remained useless for the fight, but at least she would not continue to bleed.
She then turned back to the man, raising her sabers once more. Skill alone would decide the rest of the battle. Her art with the sabers and her speed versus the mans seemingly impenetrable defense and his skill with teleknesis. She knew that one way or another, this would be her last assault in this fight. The Rilan just prayed she would come out the victor.
Shandari charged, back to her fastest without the force. She weaved and dodged the broken tanks and machinery, winding her way around the warped and splintered support beams and wall rubble, making her way to her opponent. In and out she weaved through the destruction the two had created in the spaceport. She made sure that whenever she could, she was behind a large enough piece of rubble to protect her from any impending attacks. Shandari never went in a straight line, always moving from one spot to the next, her moves unpredictable, hoping to confuse her opponent enough to get past his defenses.
As she neared him, Shandari pulled what force she could around her, using what little technique she knew in protection to create a barrier around herself, hoping it would stand long enough to allow her to get him within reach of her sabers. Soon he was almost within range. The Rilan woman channeld all the destructive energy she could into one condensed bolt of Force Lightning, aiming it at Visari, hoping that it would at least distract him enough for her to get close, if not damage him in the process. She moved both sabers to strike at different areas at the same time in preparation for when he was within reach. If only her barrier would last a moment longer to protect her for anything the man might use to toss her back.

Visari smiled a bit to himself when he saw the Rilan girl fall to the ground after his lightning hit home. That would keep her on the ground, something he much preferred over her zipping around through the air. She turned around to face him, and he could sense that her heart was as resolute as her expression as she raised her sabers in preparation for one final assault. Though Visari was not a Makashi practitioner, his first master had been, and he knew the fabled Makashi salute. He brought his silver blade up in front of his face and swept it down, signaling his respect for the girl; she had put up one hell of a fight, and a more intense one than he had been in in a long while.
Then the girl was in motion, and Visari tensed, waiting for the distance to close. It all comes down to this, he thought. One final exchange. He set to work as she ran, trying to get at her. He ripped whatever cover she had away, but she was out of the way by the time he moved it out of the way. A rough growl escaped his throat in his irritation. "Why won't you just fall over and die, girl?!" When he said 'die' a small bolt of lightning burst from his fingertips and raced toward her, and for a moment, he thought the fight was over. But a small shield of the Force was before her, and his lightning crashed crashed against it and failed.
She retaliated, firing off a single, concentrated bolt of her own, Visari started to get his own shield up, but it was too late. The lightning slammed into his left shoulder and wracked him with pain. Visari yelled out from the pain, but didn't let himself slip up. The Force flooded through him, filling him with the sickly sweet power of the Dark Side. As the girl closed on him, he did what he could to ease the pain, and ignored the smell of his burning coat and shirt. But Visari did not stop there; the Epicanthix continued to pull on the Force, and it filled him almost to the point of pain, and it threatened to sweep him away in its raging torrent.
And then she was on him. Their sabers wove a three-colored tapestry in the air between them, as she assaulted him with more ferocity than he had seen from her so far in the duel. Visari's silver blade darted back and forth, as he struggled to keep her two blades away from him. Even so, he took some hits- a nick on his right shoulder and another on his side, near where her first hit had fallen. The pain was extraordinary, but he ignored it, continuing to draw on the Force, to the point where he thought his body would be burned to ash from the power coursing through it.
This has to end, Visari thought as he took another shiim touch, this one to his left forearm. He threw a light push at her, hoping to throw her off for just a moment, and jumped away, behind some rubble. Visari turned around and roared, releasing a wave of lighting, filled with all of the pent up power within him. It would be his final attack; he threw almost everything he had left in him at her.
If it failed, he was done for.

{I might have to control Shandari just a wee bit for this post to work}
Visari's blast of lightning slammed into Shandari, sending the Rilan flying back into the wall behind her. The smell of burning feathers assaulted his nose as he watched the electricity arc across her body, and she fell to the ground with a thud when it stopped. The fight was over.
He had won.
"Is this what winning feels like?" Visari asked himself gruffly as he let the flow of the Force through him ease to a stop, reigniting the pain from the hits he had taken from Shandari's blade. "Heh... It bloody sucks." He gritted his teeth as he searched around for his cane amongst the rubble that the two had left in their wake. He spotted its slender form after a moment of searching, and pulled it to him with the Force. He put the top back on, though he left his lightsaber out of it, and set it on the ground; for once, he actually needed it, and leaned on it heavily as he started to take slow, weary steps to Shandari.
He let the shield in the Force that had kept the rain off of him fall, and paused a few feet away from Shandari's crumpled form. She wasn't moving, though she yet lived; he could sense that much. Visari's eyes swept over her wings, and saw the damage that had been done during the fight. A glint of light caught his attention, and he looked to see her lightsabers, laying by the wall where they must have fallen when she had slammed into it. Visari pulled them to him through teeth that were ground together; even light touches such as the one he had taken were very painful, and it was almost all he could do to just stand, and that didn't even take the hit he took from her lightning into account. Visari turned the two sabers over in his hand, nodding a bit as he did. They were well constructed.
Visari sighed and put them into one of the pockets on his coat before returning his attention to Shandari. The Epicanthix shook his head at the sight of her laying on the floor. "So much wasted potential," he said slowly, almost sadly. "I told you that you were reckless, girl, and this is the result." Visari's silver blade flashed to life in his hand, and he stepped toward her. But he knew he would not kill her; he had no reason to. She has started the fight, not him, and he had fended her off. But even so, a price would have to be paid.
Visari dropped his cane for a moment and stood over Shandari. He reached out and took one of her wings in his hand. He reached around his his lightsaber and severed from the rest of her body at the base. The wing fell to the ground and he moved to the next one, repeating the process. When he was done, he stepped away from her and called his cane to him once more. "Perhaps in the future you will not be so rash to act when you can not what what the consequences may be. You've a lot of potential, girl. Don't waste it being foolish." With that he turned to leave and pulled a small comm device out of one of his coat pockets.
"Yes sir?" asked the voice of the captain of The Ballestra.
"Make ready to leave," Visari said, and he winced as he stepped wrong, and the wound on his leg screamed in protest. "And have the medical wing of the ship prepared. I've some wounds that need treatment."
With that, Visari disappeared into the dock that lead to The Ballestra, leaving Shandari in whatever state she was in on the floor.
