This Jedi Praxeum was founded by a group of Jedi Knights who sought refuge from the horrors of the Jedi Purge. Post Purge the Praxeum was expanded and built up into a true Praxeum. Its location in the castle lands used as a place for calm reflection when members of the Order needed silence and rest from the sorrows that their jobs often caused them.
It was a place of simple amenity and silence. Many Knights that passed through the gates there, would often find peace within themselves, and attain a higher sense of their place in the Galaxy.
Come children of the force. Come to this place, and be enlightened.

Jedi Praxeum, western side, Ground Floor. Araon An'mar sat cross legged on an Ottoman just right for his size. His eyes were shut to the drawn curtains, of the small room he was in. In the center a small wooden table rested on a carpet. On its rounded top rested a repulser box. Caught within the repulser field the crystalline object that Araon recovered from The Redeemer rotated serenely. His mind, focused sharply on the simple task of communicating with the object. Slowly a vision formed in his mind like the swirling of a pool. A Jedi Knight, strong in the force, collapsing against an explosive device. He seemed familiar somehow. He felt compassion for him, he didnt look too good. Suddenly the vision was of blinding light, and the sound of rushing water. Araon twitched unconciously, yet kept his eyes closed, focussing his mind to watch, to swallow his fear of death. He focussed on the Mineral Based creature floating serenely in front of him. The pool swirled gently, like the stirring of wind over water, and the vision before him was one of grasslands, filled with marching troops bearing the silver Armor of the Sith Forces. It was Dantooine. You know this place? Araon almost jumpped. A voice had formed in his mind, loud and reverberating. The way it rippled through his conciousness, reminded him of a disturbed lake. What are you?Araon shook the strangeness from his thoughts, and attempted to calm them. Please, can you, communicate less invasively? Araon thought. He felt, understanding from the creature. Like this? The voice rippled softly. It came across to him as being female for some reason. Yes that is better. Araon thought clearly. I am a human. Human? The voice questionned. A carbon based life form. Araon focussed his mind on the chemical composition of Carbon, and showed the way humans came together and worked. You are strange. the voice rippled. As you are to me, He thought clearly. and yes, I do know that place. Do you understand what it is? Araon asked the creature. Yes, a planet. Filled with strange life forms. And suddenly Araons head was flooded with images. He felt dizzy, and sickenned. Please slow down. My mind is fragile, and diffucult at processing things as quickly as that. Araon thought as he suppressed a gag reflex. What are you? if I may ask The Vision within Araon's head swirled into a that of a cold place, but bright. The surface of a world. Lit by a star. Yet it seemed refracted, and broken apart. Fragmented. Is this how you see things? Araon thought. Yes the creature thought. After a moment of pause the creature created an image in his head, of how it was made. Its composition and growth. Which was extremely slow. Araon had only heard of a few types of silicon based lifeforms, like the Mynock. However, a crystalline object such as this was unheard of. Being so close to the crystal Araon could feel it through the force pulsing with life. He clenched his lightsaber in his fist, focusing his thoughts partly on the focusing crystal in his lightsaber. The creature seemed wounded for a moment. Forgive me, what is wrong? Araon thought to himself. You use, it, like a tool? It thought back, its strange voice wracked with sorrow. I do not understand Araon thought back. Suddenly the vision changed to that of a very dark place. A crystal, illuminateing a cylindrical room, yet it was strange. It was the inside of his lightsaber. It was showing him the crystal in his lightsaber. What is a lightsaber? The voice asked, still pained. Araon tried to form thoughts that the creature might understand. Energy, security, stability. I do not understand why you need it The creature thought. I am sorry, I cannot explain it better to you. I suppose it is a part of me, yet, it is not. It is cold, and hard. It provides me with security, and I use it to provide others with security. Araon thought across to the creature. Yet, you have destroyed the life spark of many of your kind useing this energy! it exclaimed. Yes, I am afraid it was necessary. Not a day goes by that I do not contemplate the path I have chosen to walk. Araon thought, and he openned his memories to the creature. Araon barely had a moment to recognize what was happenning before he realized he could feel the creature there, in his head.

Araon felt it, like a great black hole, tugging on his thoughts, and memories. Like a starved child, or ravenous beast it swallowed everything within his mind. Memories of his mother, training at the temple, the death of his master, his escape from Roon. Until everything within his head was spent. A complete numbness over took him. Then just as quickly, his mind was restored. Everything, bit by bit, even things long forgotten, or intentionaly left out.
It was almost as if the creature had reorganized his memories. Araon twitched his neck convulsively. What have you done? he thought anxiously.
You were moveing too slowly. When you openned the door, I found it easier just to snoop around a bit. I must admit, you creatures are very alien to me. Though I have seen you do many great things, you and your... Jedi. is the right word is it not? The voice spoke, in an eloquent fasion. Which struck Araon as being very strange, as just moments ago the creature was less than complete in its responses. Yes, I learned how to communicate with you a little more clearly. I do apologize if my methods were a bit uncomfortable for you. Araon quickly surmised that his thoughts were no longer private. Indeed they arent. The voice rippled.
Could you not do that please? It's extremely unsettling. Araon thought nervously.
Forgive me. But consider for a moment that this is comfortable for me. I was very lonely for a short moment there. It was frightenning to me. Not knowing what you were, or what you would do with me. The voice rippled.
Araon thought for a moment. About the way of life for one of these mineralistic creatures would lead. Always still, always motionless.
That is untrue, fleshly creature. We grow. The voice came again, a slight denotion of hurt in its liquidous commentary. Araon focussed his self concentration on controlling his thoughts and emotions. He was not being objective enough. Do what you like human, I actually prefer you open with your feelings with me. It reminds me of home. Home? Araon thought curiously.
Yes, we lack the mobility many of your kind enjoy. If we wanted to "touch" one another, we do what we are doing now. The voice almost cooed.
Thats, fascinateing. Araon thought back cooly. It is strange though, from my memories you may have noticed that not many of my kind touch me. This one did. The voice rippled, and the image within Araon's head took shape once more. Before him smiled a friendly face. Janis stood in a field of green grass, bear foot, grinning at him.
But that never happenned, I don't remember that at all! Besides her contact was impersonal. Araon thought back confused. He was growing frustrated with the games this creature was playing with him. He openned his eyes, yet the image remained. Almost, like a thin screen, of weakenned opacity.
The voice laughed melodically. Did you think it would end when you openned your eyes human? It asked amused. We are linked now. The only thing that could seperate us now would either be distance, or death.
Araon contemplated this a moment before responding. I apologize, but I can't have this. I travel alot, and I can't be connected to you like this. It is important for me not to have distractions. Araon thought at the creature.
Then perhaps I can help you? The voice said simply. The note of seriousness in its tone made Araon stop and consider what the creature was suggesting.
I must give you fair warning. It may be a difficulty for me. Where would I put you? Araon thought back curiously.
Place me within your energy weapon. I can help you rebuild it more efficiently, and I am sure I am much better than one of the "Crystals" You currently have within it. The voice echoed within his head.
Araon did not need to say it, or think it. But the Creature knew he had agreed.

Araon sat quietly on the ottoman meditating on the crystaline creature that now rested silently in its cradle. His lightsaber rested next to it on the circular table, its houseing shined a dull metalic silver. Reflecting the room around him in oblonge unfamilair shapes. He had used the force to break away the rock surrounding the creature. It now seemed naked before him, yet somehow, more beautiful. More serene.
I believe I am beginning to understand your philosophies Araon. The voice rippled in his head like a mountain brook. Strange, though.
What is? Araon thought cohesively back.
Your strange practice of identification. The crystals voice in his mind seemed to reverberate slightly.
Araon could sense it was considering something. Weighing, and thinking. He focussed through the force and slowly began to undo internal parts within his lightsaber. Delicately moveing them, so as not to break them.
Will you give me a name? The crystals voice echoed back through his mind and Araon halted what he was doing for a moment. His thoughts seemed to vault forward, running through all the names he had known, or come across in his travels, or training in the temple. Then something stood out to him. A word in Mandalorian that Spart had taught him when he was very very young. Aay'haan. I will name you Aay'han. After the way in which we met. His mind returned to concentrating on undoing the safety catches in his saber. Something snapped softly within his saber houseing and it slid apart at the center revealing the components within. All still held fast by the force.

Useing Force Levitate Araon gently focussed on moveing the parts of his saber to different locations on the table so that he could recall what went where and how it all fit. It wasnt hard. His Padawan Saber was very simple. Now was an excellent time to improve upon it.
My thoughts exactly! Reverberated Aay'haan's voice in his head. Araon sighed lightly. It was now only slightly irritateing haveing her voice popping into his head now and again. So these are the components?
Yes. Araon thought as he looked at each piece. These are all the parts that go into the lightsaber. This is the power source, or power cell. Its made of Diatium. Araon's thought, imagineing the Power cell in his mind. The intricacies of it. How power flowed through it. It is surrounded by a conductor that focusses the energy of the power cell. Araon imagined the conductor and how it excited electrons in the diatium.

The Diatium cell is focussed through a ferrous crystal, which causes the energy in the Diatium to arc through an energy Gate. The Energy is focussed further through a focussing Crystal or artificial lens, which usually gives a blade its color and properties. The energy is focussed further through the use of Cyclical fields that cause the blade channel through the blade arc tip. The blade Ultimitly arcing out of the Emitter and back along itself, causing an energy loop. Araon showed Aay'haan the various catches and curcuit breaks that occurred within a lightsaber. How the parts fit, and how the energy travelled. He showed Aay'haan The Lightsabers workings inside out.
That is how it works... He thought Cohesively.
I can see many problems. Let me observe it for a short while. Aay'haans voice rippled through Araon's head.
Araon bowed his head and Meditated upon the lightsaber, and Aay'haan's progress, amongst other aspects of the force. He found a peacefullness in it. It was like, his mind floated upon the force. Silent, yet energetic.

Araon sat comfortably on the Ottoman. His breatheing was subdued. He slumbered, lightly. Yet even their he could see things through the force. Even in his dream he sat upon the Ottoman. Yet he knew he was asleep. Where the crystal was sat not the small table, or the lightsaber, but a person. Devoid of form, or feature. Yet somehow familiar.
I'm impressed Araon An'mar. It seems that while your body recycles itself, your mind is actually more active than when you are moveing about. The crystals voice echoed through his mind like a cave. Though it seemed far more clear here, in his vaapad state. I have come to a number of conclusions about the design of your Lightsaber.
So you've come to understand my terminology a bit more?Araon thought.
Yes.Came Aay'han's rippling voice. I beleive we can improve many aspects of your weapon. Beginning with the power cell. The vision in Araon's head gently altered to bring things into perspective. He was looking at a chemical compound. By the looks of it, it seemed vety complex, yet orderly.
This is Quatradium Tetraline. Its not stable enough for use as a power source. Araon watched as the chemical compound began to break apart, and break down into its more basic compounds.
Use 'this', Another chemical compound formed in front of him. It will stabalize the Quatradium Tetra.
Araon made a mental note, and continued to listen carefully. He had not expected an education on Lightsaber craft.

A few days later...
Araon placed Aay'han into the facet that he had made for her to sit in, and smiled. Useing the force he slid the saber sheathing over the internal components and twisted them until he heard a soft clicking sound indicating that the two parts had locked in place.
He slid his finger gently over the pressure plate, and the saber ignited with an air ripping hiss. It reminded him of a Sith lightsaber in the sound it made. Yet it was the most efficient Saber he could have imagined. He hit the ignition stud again and the blade retreated into the emitter.
Araon hung his Jedi robe about his shoulders and strode off to his quarters, he had some catching up to do. The galaxy had been turning since he had isolated himself from the republics difficulties.
