((And it begins... These are NPC's just so you know.))
"No Mr. Lorsis. My employer is interested in buying your services." The man said, his leg crossed comfortably across the other in the business chair. He had the look of a litigator. Tight suit, pants and long jacket. His hair was slicked back and imaculate. His nails pristine. His voice had a soft droneing quality to it. Almost whiney.
"I already told you last week, Mr. Joric." The exec said, his hands calmly resting on his desk. "We have an exclusive contract with the republic and we are not interested in your "business"." Mr. Lorsis said with a disgusted tone in his voice.
"Well then." Mr. Joric said, an icyness on his breath. "I will not bring this offer to your attention again." With that he stood up and straightenned his coat, which barely rode just above the surface of the carpetted office. "Good bye, Mr. Lorsis."
With a slow twist the man turned and made his way out of the execs office and down the hall.
Mr. Lorsis didn't like the man. He was a bully. He never appreciated that. His eyes narrowed as something weighed heavily on his mind. With a slight movement of his arm, he pressed one of his call buttons. "Agness?" He spoke into it.
"Yes sir?" Came the melodic voice of Mr. Lorsis' buxxom twilek secretary.
"I want officer Michaels to double security, and have him change all the passkeys, and codes in section 8."
"Very good sir!" She said.
Mr. Lorsis hadn't been a partner of the company for long. But he'd sat on the board long enough to know something was very bad about this last meeting. It ate at him. He had a bad feeling about this.
