M'kay, so, as a combination of hard work on my part, and a really generous grandmother, and entirely fitting of a SW geek, I am going to...
Space Camp!

Anyway, I've been before, summer before last, and so I know I'm going to have a total blast doing all sorts of things, including two hours in a microgravity similar that -- oh, did I mention? -- achieves neutral buoyancy through the use of SCUBA. Okay, now I'm done bragging.
The purpose for me saying this is that for the duration of this six-day camp, I will not have my iPod, or a laptop, or any possible means of connecting to the internet. In fact, my only links to the outside world will be post cards -- yes, those crazy old-fashioned things with the pictures on the front -- and my crudzilla cell phone whose only use is to amuse me for hours upon end with the spring-loaded mechanism on its clam-shell hinge, AND *takes deep breath* calling my mother to gloat and so that she might be certain I have not skewered myself on the 1/6th chair.
The short of it: I will be effectively dead to the world from December the 27th, to January 1st. Note that the first half of the 27th, and the second half of the 1st will be travel days, so I might be able to pop in if we randomly stop at a wi-fi hotspot (only thing McDonalds is ever good for -- well, that and Redbox), at which point I'll only be around for, like, two seconds. xD So, if you have some dying question, I will answer PMs as soon as I am able.
Which, of course, means that I shall not be posting, as depressing as it is, but I wouldn't have time anyway, since the day is go-go-go, and sleep is imperative. X) I might leave some of you hanging for a bit, but know that I love you all dearly, and will still miss SWU. I cannot, however, honestly say that I will be depressed, simply due to the sheer awesome of Space Camp. I hope the Space Shot is open in the winter.
ANYWAY, Normally, I would entrust Mrs. Meira's section back to her, But she's gone indeterminately-hopefully-not-too-long. So, if she's back before I'm back, and she has the time, then that shall be taken care of. If not, however, I ask that my NGT keep a close eye on the Jedi section. Here's what we're gonna do:
Three people must go over a bio and say its Kosher. At least two must be NGT or above, though the third may be a member. They ALL must say that the app is fine. At this point, one of the NGT or higher may give the app a temporary seal of approval, though they shall leave the app in the pending section.
When I return, I will go through all these apps and make sure they're judged to the usual standard, just for consistency. OR, I will simply trust you all and just stamp them anyway. xD MRS. Meira, of course, may approve/move any apps she pleases. And JACE, I love you dearly, but if you approve, pleasepleaseplease update the active list? Thankkaverrehmuch. ^^
And because I have rambled awfully, I will summarize:
THE CRUCIAL INFORMATION:
When I shall be gone: December 27th through January 1st.
Can you reach me? Will I be posting? Will I be reviewing?: No, no, and no.
Temporary Jedi Section Rules (To be quoted as needed, will be tossed up in the pending section:)
3 People Must give a bio the green-light, with at least 2 NGT or higher.
The app will be temporarily approved, but left in the pending section. (Any NGT or higher may post to temporarily approve)
A temporary approval grants all the privileges of a full approval, as long as the member agrees to cooperate with further requested changes.
Upon returning, I will tie up all these loose ends.
I hereby grant Mrs. Meira full authority in the Jedi section, following her return and pending my Arrival.
