Are the folks in his family feudal lords or rich merchants? You seem to flip-flop between the two.

As for the droid, as long as it's still in your bio, and the character hasn't been approved, then I can't approve this bio. I see two main options right now (though if you have another idea go ahead and use it). Either write the droid out of the current bio and have him do something else during those years, or make him younger and simply cut those years out.

Cut out those years, as it also made sure that he was not about to die of old age...

All I can say really is, when Liero was getting accepted. It took two pages aswell before the Mods decided it was time for him to be allowed in the "Universe." And all I can say is, Tagwa is also a Dark Jedi I am currently working on, and I think it would be awesome if we had a Master/Apprentice thing going on. Or they could just be pals. But we'll decide that when they get accepted, if you'd like?

You've described him training his telepathic abilities, which is good, but what about his telekinesis? Put some of that into his training in order to justify having Force Crush and Wave.

One more minor note. You mention that he encountered Jedi and Sith during his travels in the galaxy. Be aware that the Sith that he would have met are not the Force-using Darths we would normally associate with Sith, but a government of non-Force users opposed to the Republic. So for purposes of describing what he saw in the galaxy, it would make more sense in context to mention the Sith compared with the Republic instead of the Jedi, as in that time there would be no major dark-side Order opposed to the Jedi. I bring this up because it would be very easy for someone reading your bio to get confused as to which Sith you mean.

Once you do this I think you'll be good to go.
