Hey all, was pokin' round the internet when I found this site:

some really great stuff there if you're not too confident or pleased with the face you're trying to make. Mind you, this seems to be PC oriented, but the code for the faces should be the same. I think. Anywho, here's some codes of ones I liked, including a couple celebrities!

Just wanted to edit- they DO work for XBOX- but you have to do it with the sliders and make the face manually, it's when you just punch in the code that it acts funky.
