When in combat, Wolf is exclusively found in his heavy duty armour known as the T-004 ‘Totality’ Armour. Made as an experimental armour design, and issued to an elite unit of the Republican Army, its wearers are expected to take over frontline duties in heavy combat. Although it’s fairly light when compared with other heavy armour setups, it’s extremely durable and capable of stopping all blaster rounds, and most slugthrowers aside from rounds heavier than a .44. Lightsabers cut through like butter, which is countered by the soldiers being taught proficiency in vibroblade combat.
Aesthetically, its drab colour scheme is best utilized in foliage conditions, and/or night operations. Mostly a dark green, some pieces of it (like the helmet) are completely black and blend nicely with the rest of the outfit. Its composition is a closely guarded secret, however it obviously has a few spaces between parts, most notably the armpits and half of the biceps. There are also spacers right between the calf and thigh plates, but is exceptionally small and hard to hit. Users of the armour are trained to keep their arms at their sides to minimize the spacer that is present.
Hard points for mounting equipment are located along the waistband, the forearms, shoulders, back, and chest, all of which are capable of mounting compatible equipment. These include pouches, holsters, and a variety of other tools including electronics which can be linked to the small onboard computer of the suit, which is located on the back just above the waist and to the left of the spine. This computer allows weapons to be electronically linked with the suit as to maximize accuracy, and for the ammunition count to be listed on the HUD along with a copious amount of other information. It also allows the user to communicate with their CO’s directly, and for the CO’s to see exactly what the soldier sees through a mounted camera on the face of the helmet.
Geared Down
When not putting beams down range with his blasters, the young Major is normally found in modest clothing. Usually this incorporates some sort of normal shirt ranging from long-sleeves to short sleeve, button ups to zip-ups and everything between. Pants are normally some sort of jean construction, and on warm days he can be found in long pairs of shorts which normally extend just past his knees.
Physically Wolf is a robust individual, priding himself in his physical fitness and personal hygiene among all else. It is here that Wolf feels pangs of pride, as it has taken years of hard work to achieve this level of ‘fit’, and he never misses an opportunity to showcase it. His hair is generally kept rather short and un-styled, similar in mess to his facial hair which he normally shaves but after prolonged time in the field can be found with a slight stubble.
Tattoos adorn his body, most of it intricately joining each and every piece of art to form a massive collage of body ink. Most notably are his full sleeves of tattoos, the name ‘Skye’ on his right hand (running from the bottom of his index finger to just past his thumb), and ‘Justice’ across the left side of his neck, just above the shoulder.
Personality:
To his men, Wolf has a commanding personality, drawing attention from all who listen during briefings and demanding an aura of aptitude around him when in the field. More often then not, this usually has the desired affect of raising morale and causing the soldiers under him to take the initiative and get the job done, no matter what obstacles they must overcome. He’s not one to lead from the back however, and has even taken point on numerous occasions, usually because his armour is much stronger than the armour of his men.
As a civilian, Wolf has much the same affect what with the commanding personality and drawing attention. His confidence shines through his demeanour like a lighthouse beam, and is visible to all those in his presence. However, he’s not cocky or pretentious, and is in fact the opposite, being a down to earth individual who can sympathize with most others and shares his knowledge with those who need it.

Bio:
Born on Coruscant, the birthplace of humanity, Wolf constantly found himself between a rock and a hard place. His mother didn’t have many credits to her name, and his father had run away after his birth, so the child simply found other things to do that didn’t require credits. Hanging out with friends at a young age turned into petty crime, and by the time he was twelve Wolf was running around with a mini gang he’d assembled, stealing from other kids and generally running amuck.
His crimes were small in contrast to the problems of the galaxy however, and by the time he was fifteen he’d straightened out with help from his mother, who by being a gold digger (something she’d never admit) and bagging a rich merchant, he was given a good education and taken off the streets. Time passed slowly for Wolf, who viewed the education system as a boring, and unrealistic past time. Compared to his earlier years, these were a drag and involved constant work and effort which Wolf rarely showed. He scrapped by for most of his years by putting in the minimal amount of effort and passing, however in his last year of education he put in a startling amount of effort and came out with excellent grades.
These grades earned him the privilege of an even higher education, which Wolf wasn’t too keen on, and instead enlisted himself in the Republican Army. Distraught and dismayed at her only son’s decision, his mother fought him tooth and nail in his choice until he finally was shipped off for boot camp. During training Wolf showed an aptitude that set him apart from the rest of the recruits, earning him a team leader duty. Due to this exceptional performance, he was instantly selected for advanced training to become a Recon Commando, and again performed in the top of his class during his time in training.
Graduation was a proud day for Wolf, given that his mother had finally come to the conclusion that the Army was a fine choice, and that although Wolf wouldn’t make them both rich, he’d be able to look after himself and that was really all that mattered to her. Following graduation, Wolf was deployed to Mandalore, where he’s been stationed ever since.
He participated in frequent excursions into the wilderness to find Mandalorian tribes, and fought in numerous engagements across the planet. One in particular was his third deployment, at the age of nineteen, when his scouting party was ambushed by a tribe of Mandalorians not far from their base camp. The group had only gone out to try and scout out possible Mandalorians, and hadn’t expected such resistance, but found themselves overwhelmed.
The first lieutenant was struck dead in the initial attack, rendering the squad basically useless until Wolf took charge. He setup a defensive perimeter, dragged the LT to it, and took up the officers vibroblade, having learned how to use it during his training to become a recon commando. For a half hour the group fought off the attacks, until finally the nearby base camp sent out a shock and awe force, which pushed back the Mandalorians. When they arrived at the makeshift defensive fortification, they found two of the seven recon commandos dead on arrival, with a third in critical condition and took them back to base with a detachment of soldiers. All the commandos were allowed to return to base as well, but none accepted the offer and joined the push against the Mandalorians.
The firefight continued for a good four hours, with the Mandos gradually falling back until finally the Republicans launched a final assault and found that the Mandos had fallen right back to their village, which after the battle was personally burned down by the recon commandos themselves. Wolf had sustained several hits, which ripped through his armour but none were life threatening and he black out upon return to the base camp.
Awakening in the infirmary, he learned that the wounded soldier he’d been protecting earlier had died on the operating table, and that Wolf himself was up for promotion. Two days later, while he was still healing in the infirmary, Wolf was present with the promotion to the rank of Corporal, and he spent the next few months healing his wounds and watching reports of battles fought from the sidelines.
During this time however, an off-base officer visited Wolf with an offer. He asked the soldier if he’d be interested in joining an experimental division of the army that would operate much like the Recon Commandos but with a few more perks to the job than Wolf currently had. Very few details were given, but Shaasa decided it was the real deal and signed on later that day.
Training started as soon as Wolf was out of the infirmary, and surprisingly he found that he was the only soldier present. The officer he’d met before, he learned, was the operator of the new unit, and specialized the training to single out all of the unit’s participants in an effort to maximize their total potential. PT was easy, the rest was a bit of a challenge for Wolf and by the time he’d reached the in-class lessons regarding the special suit they were testing, and the tactics they were looking to employ his passing was on the fence.
But in the class Wolf showed his proficiency and performed exceptionally well, learned all of the suit’s technical aspects in a matter of weeks, and the tactics in only a few days (as they were very simple). In total the training lasted a good three standard months, and in the last week Wolf was introduced to the rest of the squad. Captain Ragnos (the officer who’d recruited Wolf) explained that they were so tight because they did everything together, something the new recruit would learn quickly.
Within a month the rest of the squad was assembled, and labelled ‘Alpha Squad’, and were deployed to Mandalore to begin their field tests to show the Army that they were worth the money that had been spent. Mandalorian numbers, and raids against cities and bases dropped by an astonishing 65% by 3610 BBY, the end of the year the trial for the squad was given.
These numbers amazed the Army, and the squad was provided with full support from the senate, however they couldn’t spare enough credits to form another squad, so instead Alpha was beefed up with more soldiers, and put into full time duty, being deployed across the galaxy to quell rebellions and to enforce laws alike. He achieved the rank of First Sergeant by the time of the following.
One battle in particular was on the planet Tatooine, where a local Hutt had amassed a startlingly large mercenary army that was harassing locals and generally wrecking havoc amongst the planets populace. Alpha squad was sent in to annihilate the Hutt’s army, along with the Hutt itself, and backed by a Jedi Master from the Academy; they began a massive battle against the Hutt’s personal army.
Utilizing their effective armour, and the brutal tactics they employed, Alpha Squad performed well in the eyes of the Jedi Master, and within a few weeks they had mopped up most of the Hutt’s army and were prepared to move in on the crime bosses home turf. The final operation was slated for the middle of the night, and when their boots hit the dirt on the Hutt’s massive compound, they came immediately under fire. Fire support from fighters above, knocked out massive amounts of soldiers that fired on the squad from higher spots above, whilst the Jedi Master led the way as they pushed into the main building.
Bodies dropped like leaves from a tree, and within a half hour they had worked their way through most of the building. A fourth of the squad had split off from the main contingent to work through the building with the Jedi, whilst the rest worked in the opposite direction. Wolf found himself with the Jedi.
They tracked down the Hutt using the Jedi’s telekinesis, and when they were finally outside the Hutt’s main area of operation, they took a second to catch their breath and mounted up on the door. Using a blast of force, the Jedi took the door right off it’s hinges, hitting one of the fourteen guards inside with it before being blasted back by the push of a Dark Jedi within, something none of them had foreseen.
A fierce battle ensued with one of the Alpha Squad Commandos being cut down by the Dark Jedi, before he and the Master locked themselves into a duel. Minutes later the rest of Alpha Squad stormed in through a second door into the large room, and took control of the battle. By the time the guards were all dead, the Jedi Master was still battling the Dark Jedi, and the Commandos were left to detain the Hutt as best they could and watch the battle from the sidelines.
Of course the Master gained the upper hand, and slaughtered the Dark Jedi, but the battle took longer than anyone had anticipated and the sun was beginning to rise on the horizon. The exfil came later on, and went without a hitch, resulting in the prosecution of the Hutt and the fallen Alpha Squad soldier being awarded a medal for the bravery he’d showed in the line of duty.
The first loss the squad had ever taken. The year was 3603 BBY. And Wolf was awarded the rank of Sergeant Major.
