Character of the Month - May 2010

This is your chance to recognize whichever character you believe was epitomizing SWU the past month. A character who seemed to be everywhere at once. Or a character who was especially influential.

[For now, this is just for characters in general, but if this new thread goes well, it may be expanded to male and female character of the month, Force user and non-Force user of the month or something similar to that.]



REMEMBER: This is just for active characters who went above and beyond in the month of MAY, so think back!
PS: You cannot vote for whoever won the previous month (April's winner = Kvothe Algaterra).


BRIEF RULES:

- Since this is for characters, not members, and is also for a specific time period, the character you are voting for has to have been active during the month of voting. And by active, I would say at least FOUR (4) posts within that month.

- Also, along with your reason, if you would like to link to a specific thread or post, you may do so.

- No NPCs can be voted for.

Reason for voting/example of why this character is awesome: I've had a fun time rping with Rhissai during our current thread, and Jake writes her superbly. She's a very dynamic character with a lot of personal conflict to overcome, and it seems as if she just gets better the more I read of her. So, I want to nominate her for MotM.

Reason for voting/example of why this character is awesome: I think him and Locke have made an epic pair, and for a pair to be epic, both of the individuals gotta be. Jazen plays the role of a padawan terrifically, especially considering how....unorthodox his master is XD So all in all, good stuff

Reason for voting/example of why this character is awesome: Well, I've been paying attention to her threads this month; the one she's got with my Jedi as well as the one with Dire and Ryn. And she's growing on me. Not only does Talau play her well, the character just proves herself with every move she makes. You know your epic when you can sneak into the other person's brain and mess with their actions, as well as evade a lightsaber rather than block it. So yea, my vote goes to Talau.

Reason for voting/example of why this character is awesome: Alright, so, though I'm sure Locke will disagree, Jazen really is a lot of fun. He's quite different than most of the other paddies I see running around on the site, and that's a refreshing thing to see. And FZ actually does things to develop his character, which is always a good thing.
