Description:
The MPD-15 Modular Combat Rifle was designed by Balmorra Rifle Industries for use by the Corporate Alliance. Despite the the customizable design, a slugthrower was seen as too archaic by the Corporate Alliance to use and sell.
Only five-hundred MPD-15's were every known to exist. One hundred of these were sold to Republic Special Forces, so the Corporate Alliance could make back what they saw as profit loss. Seventy-five went missing on a frigate called The Black Marauder. The frigate was on route to Zeltros, but never made it there. No one ever found out what happened.
The last 325 MPD-15's went to private owners. They are rare sites, usually only owned by professionals or collectors. The MPD-15 also comes in three various colors. The tan shown, olive green, and black.
The MPD-15 was designed to meet any mission. With countless attachments, a tactical rail system that can fit most modifications, and multiple ways to fold and unfold the weapon for comfort and mobility it's safe to say Balmorra Rifle Industries met their goal.
