Reason For Roleplay: I want Vance to learn some more defensive fighting techniques, but his current master is not great at them. I'm looking for someone to part-time spar with him and help him in his education of Shien and Soresu.

Other: Not much. Please understand this is not an apprenticeship. It is merely a little tutoring, and should be expected as really a sort of friendship.

Rune has mastered Soresu and has training in Shien and Djem So. Name a time and place. Perhaps they already scheduled something, that way I'm still not randomly walking into people?

Yes, arranged is good. I'm up for anything. Soresu though, as I've recently found out, is hard to teach since it's defense. There may be homework involved. Jking

Anyhow, I'd like to get at least an inital lesson in before Righteous Defenders; Vance'll have a little more skill in defending himself that way. After that, maybe a little tutoring every IC month or so? Rune and Vance are both Jedi, so it's not like they're sitting on their hands 24/7.

Hmm. I need to get Lamilia a little more out there, and she is a Soresu master, it's what I've had as her favored form from martial prowess to philosophically. IC Months are hard to do. We change years so irregularly here. We could do one a month OOC, but we would need to spice things up a bit every once and awhile.

The only problem is that once me and Juzt finish The Blind Leading the Blind, we're planning on moving to Tython or Mustafar. We can put it off for awhile, do missions and threads and stuff, but I'm not putting it off forever.

Perhaps we could bring Lamilia in as well? That will give us the not-boringness we need, and then I can move with Juzt to wherever we finally decide.

Hmm. Truth be told, Vance would take any sort of education he could get, and Master Lamilia seems to be a fine teacher (not to mention she seems on the mellower side as well). That said, how about I just throw up an open post and you guys can join or not?

Vex is well versed in Soresu. Depending on when, he can, technically be interned at the Temple as a "permanent guest" after turning himself in.
