Name: Aim Jakosik
Race: Human
Age: 25
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 180 lbs
Appearance:
Aim is, for a Guardian, a bit scrawny. Like a Bookworm, one might say. With brown-blond hair, blue eyes, and the light, lazy stubble he has, combined with his slightly skinny physique, one could consider him to be handsome. He wears the usual grey and leather attire of a Jedi tunic, pants, and boots. His belt has more tools on it than what is standard because he prefers to be prepared rather than be ill-equipped for a situation. On his left wrist, he holds a wide wrist-chrono that holds a number of files, usually books he's scanned from the Archives.
On his right side, he carries a holster for a heavy blaster he had acquired on a mission to Kashyyyk on his first mission as a Jedi Knight, where he had previously lost his lightsaber to the slaver leader he was supposed to talk to. He got his lightsaber back, but his extensive use of the blaster pistol was enough for him to add it to his extremely limited arsenal. He keeps his lightsaber on his left side, as to not get it and his blaster mixed up when he reaches for one or the other.
It's happened before.
Personality:
Aim is, outside of missions, very relaxed. Tired, but relaxed. One can usually see him smoking a cigarra outside the Temple, or drinking a cup of Caf or Coffee, even the occasional Stimcaf. Much of the time, he's seen in the Archives looking for books to read, or in the training rooms perfecting his understanding of Soresu, maybe even practicing Ataru. If he isn't in the training rooms or the Archives, he's probably sleeping, watching the Younglings, or with the Council to get another mission.
Aim is fluent in a numerous amount of languages, mostly from the planets he's visited, and he's known to have standing friendships with at least one person he's met on a mission, preferring friends than enemies.
On a mission, or in combat, Aim has been said to be creative, but impatient. He often rushes in, preferring to "wing it" in the face of battle, trying to be unpredictable through his use of Tràkata, unarmed combat, Soresu, and his environment in order to defeat his opponent.
While many other Jedi held some kind of contempt or indifference to the Mandalorian people, Aim, in a way, respected them, and their resolve in things ranging from battle to family, along with much of their culture, most notably the Resol'nare, or the "Six Actions". These daily tenants of daily life is something that Aim admires for the sole purpose of the preservation of the Mandalorian culture because of these actions.

The story of how Aim became part of the Jedi Order isn't much of a tale to tell. He was born to a pair of Corellian bankers, who had retired from mercenary work to start a family. Of course, their plans for a family were delayed when Aim was born. He showed a high enough midichlorian count to be considered Force-Sensitive, and was given to the Order. The reason was so that Aim would be more happy as a Jedi than as a banker.
So, subsequently, Aim was taken to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant at the tender age of nine months to be raised in the nursery of the Jedi. As Aim grew, he often stuck to playing alone, as his attempts to play with the other children resulted in rejection. But as he grew, he started to become more and more accepted among the other younglings, especially if they needed help with one thing or another. It was usually classwork, but he was eager to help with what he had.
Of course, he had made one friend that shared his studious nature. A Wookie Youngling named Tarnosk, or just Tarn. Throughout Aim's childhood, he and Tarn were often found in the Archives whenever they could, studying. But soon, their focus turned towards lightsaber combat, and they actively participated in spars to perfect their Shii-Cho, though Tarn was better at it than Aim.
Tarn, when he hit ten, had impressed a Master enough to become an apprentice, though Aim had yet to impress anyone. And, he admitted, he didn't really have anything to offer to a Master other than his knowledge. He wasn't outstanding in anything else. He had been studying Soresu, seeing a perfect defense. If one had a perfect defense, then they could outlast their enemy.
So, whenever Aim could, he would leave the Archives to practice the very basics of Soresu. At first, he kind of rushed into it, trying speeds that would be dizzying. The only thing he succeeded through that way was giving himself several welts before learning to take it slow.
