This RP is set roughly 350 years after the event of Star Wars, Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords.

Darths Revan, Malak, Traya, Sion, and Nihilus are all dead; remembered only in the history books. Maybe not even there.

We have conveniently placed this RP in a period of Star Wars history that has yet to be written, so there can't be any Canon characters and anything can happen without coming up against a brick wall of 'sh*t that's already been written.'

My Activation code will not send. It says it does, but I don't recieve it. Why. I have also resent it many times and still nothing!

Yeah, this happens. But Activation doesn't actually really do anything in my opinion. All it does is enable you to receive mass emails. This has happened before. There is probably something up with your email settings. Turn off all blockers and spam filters and try again.

As Iota (my master) has been inactive for some time now, and is showing little sign of returning, should I:

a/ Continue to wait?
b/ Find a new master and post as though Iota has mysteriously disappeared?
c/ Find a new master and post as though Iota was never my master in the first place?

I would suggest trying 2/3, although the preference is yours, I would probably go with the second.

How many civilians are we allowed?

if you mean civilians as a character..its 4 characters per account..so you can have 1-4 civilian characters depending how many charactersyou already have. looking at your sig.i would say your not allowed any hehe

Actually, you are allowed four characters but you are not allowed more than one in a section/faction.

These are the groups you can have characters in.

Civilian
Sith Military
Republic Military
Mandalorian Military
Fringe
Jedi
Dark Jedi / Sith

So you can not have 2 or more civilian characters, just as you are not allowed 2 or more Jedi/Dark Jedi characters. However, you can have a character in each of the separate military factions, so your four characters could be in the following:

Jedi
Sith Military
Republic Military
Fringe

And that would be acceptable. But if you have four characters then you can not have any more.

Nice to know... But then what if I decide to mark a character inactive, and then play another one meanwhile?
As in, I already have 4 characters with 4 different factions. I don't have a fringe, but I do have a mandalorian military. If I then render my mandalorian inactive, will I be allowed to create a fringe character?

Yes, but you will not be able to constantly swap between them saying 'now this one is inactive' and then when you want to use the other again just going 'and now I want to make this one active' otherwise it's basically just having 5 characters.

Hey all, im curious. I like the Shien stance but also wonder if theres a duel wielding verison of it? Jar-kai and Shien im aware are two different styles but is their one that combines the two? Im unsure, wondering if yall could tell me or not! Much appreciated.

not that i know of, no. however, many jedi/darkjedi know more than one saber style, so you can know both and use them interchangeably.

Here's a Question...


Whassay... A certain Padawan is willing to learn the established styles, however also wants to Start Developing something on his own, like....say a style that Revolves around Minimizing non-combatant injury. How would one go about making this?

Something I was wondering--and if this has been posted elsewhere and I missed it, I apologized.

But I noticed that sometimes in posts, some of you will use another color to indicate dialogue, either from your character or an NPC/other character. But some do not.

Is there an established rule for this?

I generally will only use color if it's something from another minor character, not my own main character, to just distinguish between. But I will just use the regular font if I stay in my own character.

[Plus, I do italics for thoughts, and :: around something that may be spoken through the Force, and << around another language I don't want to translate].
