Alright, so let us say Glem was making a delivery to this corporate dude... she would probably end up needing a way out, and grab a ride with the Jewel. Then again, being smugglers, I doubt they'd be keen on visitors... Perhaps, then, there would be some show of skill, or something like that... I could certainly see Glem showing the crew the way out of the city, and ask for a ride as payment, or help the crew escape a displeased client, in which case she'd similarly demand payment.
I was thinking that perhaps once she has a ride, she (less than kindly) corrects Lash on his choice of route, proposing an out-of-the-way shortcut. Lash might reluctantly agree, find the shortcut was quite valuable, and perhaps Glem might be seen as an asset.
That work?

Still not exactly certain what to do, because it wouldn't be hard to have Magdalena show up to-- or as a stowaway aboard the ship. It might wind up somewhat as a long post why she's there wherever the ship is docked and her sneaking aboard, but wouldn't be that hard to write creatively. It's just can do so damn near anywhere. ;D So, the conundrum being where exactly.

Methinks the crew in the first post needs to be updated.
Anyway, what is our plan after getting off Tatooine?

Well, as far as I'm aware, after the Tatooine thread's done there will be Tal, Meria, Mara and me who are technically part of the crew. Then CK and Sentoyo's characters are both on Kuras IV I believe although I'm not sure what situation both of them are actually in, buth then we'd pick up those two and then the final three Elav, Aphillis and Ash's characters on the mission after that.
The mission we still don't have any real plan for, I might add.
And I'll edit it soon.

Well, in my case, Viktor is in a crashed pirate fighter he borrowed. It has an emergency beacon, so that can assist with the entrance of Vik. Beyond that, I'm open on how to get involved, whether its quiet or with a bang. Don't know how usefull that is, but I'm just throwing it out there.

Well, that would make him pretty easy to discover. CK, what situation is your guy in on Kuras IV?
Also, anyone any suggestions for planets for the mission?

Well I just had him crash land on Kuras IV so he is pretty flexible in terms of his conditions, whatever is easiest to get him on board.

For the mission... ummm... How about Farrfin? No one has posted in that channel, yet. And it's a smuggler's haven.

Well, if we use the similar event as Sentoyo we could have the crew pick up the homing beacons of both crashed ships and go and check them out.
Or, we stick to Viktor having an emergency beacon and Tessun's could have been knocked out in the crash and therefore he'd have to wander in an attempt to find anyone. It could be that he then stumbles upon the base. Not entirely sure how that might play out but it's an idea that I thought would be good to voice.
As for Apillis' suggestion I personally think Farrfin is a great suggestion, would give good reason for some corporate guy to want the spice, it's neutral and would also be on the Mid Rim, which is what Ash wanted I believe. So, if other folks think it's a good idea then we can start looking at how things are more likely to go.

The stumbling upon the base idea is pretty good, it would leave Tessun feeling indebted to the group in some way.

Alright, sounds like a plan then, no argument here. As for state, a bit groggy, understandable from crashing a fighter, but overall unharmed, gonna have a few bruises from the not so gentle landing. Still strapped into the fighter and all, so Viktor is good to go. As for Farrfin, sounds like a excellent place to head out to.

Oh, Sentoyo, question. This fighter, it in a good enough condition to be repaired so that it's useable (might be able to put it to use at a later date), if not then no biggie. Also, if it is in a condition that it could be repaired, what kind of fighter is it?
My character's kind of got a thing for fighters you see.

Well, the engine system will need to be completely overhauled, other than that its in decent shape. The engines, and some hull work and a new coat of paint, it should be space worthy. As what kind of fighter, I would say something close to an heavy interceptor, quick and having some sort of missile to compliment the main weapons. Wouldn't be as fast as a true interceptor, but it carries better weapons. That answer your question, or do you want an actual fighter model?

The K-s14 is a bit heavy handed for what I had envisioned, although it could serve if need be. The Razorback looks the best choice, although the plasma bombs throw things slightly, can go with Viktor hadn't noticed those, and the I-Defier is actually closest, minus one or two concussion missile tubes. I'd say the Razorback though, it would make the most sense and realistically handle the landing the best, while the K-s14 would handle too, but, like I said before, its too heavy for what I had in mind for a pirate fighter. I'd say the Razorback would be the best fit.
As for showing Lash the basics on getting the fighter's engines up and running, that's perfectly fine by me.

Alrighty, I can settle with the razorback. That'll give the crew access to two single-manned ships now if we should ever need them, plus it gives me something else for Lash to do and for me to work around him. And it provides a reason for Lash and Viktor to convrse and develop some form of relationship (there are still a couple of the crew who I'm not sure how Lash will react around/towards them. Nor am I entirely sure what sort of relationship he might have with them). Now this gives some ground with Viktor and Lash since they're probably going to become a fairly crucial team when flying.
Hmm, so, on the way back to the base the Jewel picks up a distress beacon, heads over to it and they discover Viktor still in his ship. Once they get him out on board Lash attatches some tow cables to the ship (I think I've managed to capture fairly well how Lash will respond to the site of this mostly in-tact ship) and fly them back to base. Now, assuming the entrance to the base has a requires a horizontal approach and not a verticle (Meira will have to clear this one up). Then Lash will have to release the tow cables and the ship just outside the base before flying the group inside.
Once Viktor's in the med-bay getting checked out, Lash can head out to collect his spoils. Perhpas this might be where he runs into Tessun? I don't know what Tessun's condition will be though, how will the cold have affected him? Is he injured at all?

He will be slightly injured, but he has an environmental underlay on his clothing and has conditioned for extreme temperatures. That seems like a pretty good idea, about running into him and what not. Tessun also has a ship that he intends on repairing later on, in case he ever needs to fly away.
