Imperious is an older man that spent almost his entire life dedicated to the Dark Side and the hatred and it's only natural that his appearance has suffered some changes. His face is pale and white visibly disfigured and disturbing. His eyes are yellow and the space around them is blood red, giving him a look of a horribly frightening but yet very old figure. His hair is gray due to his age. Imperious is a relatively short man standing at 5'8'' and he is quite skinny.

From an early age he was tortured, humiliated and abused by his insane father, these events had majorly affected Imperious as a person. He is a mentally ill individual, a narcissist, a sadist and a ruthless and a manipulative tyrant only caring and driven by his own goals. He seeks complete power both in politics and in the Force. His views on life are nihilistic as he despises almost everything that lives and breathes and sees it as corupt and evil yet he justifies his own gruesome actions by claiming that only through his ways the Galaxie can have peace and only through his ways life will have some meaning. An incredibly dangerous and intelligent old man who is obviously insane like his own long dead father

Marik was born on Bakura to an extremly agressive father and a fragile mother. In his earliest years he was a cheerfull child but still showing some traits of narcissism at some points. Due to his father's mental state he was forced to always hide his feelings, being punished for being sad and verbally or pshysicly attacked for being happy by his father. His mother and him suffered domestic violence through most of Marik's young years. Marik was force sensitive since an early age, at one point even accidentally moving a glass and breaking it when he was enraged but had to keep silent because of his father. Both his mother and father saw this and his father proceeded to beat them both calling them Jedi scum. One day a Dark Jedi was on Marik's homeworld and noticed the power in the youngling. Following him home he witnessed Marik's father belittleing and beating him. The Dark Jedi saw this as an opportunity and inntercepted Marik the next day on his way home, poisoning the boy's mind with the basic ideals of the dark side and giving him insight into his own powers. When Marik came home he found his mother nearly dead and his father still beating her. Marik shouted at him and the man said he was next and aproached him. Completley enraged and driven insane from years of torture and humiliation Marik Force Pushed his father into a wall so hard it broke most of his back bones. The man was not able to move and for the first time Marik saw fear and despair in his father's eyes. This fueled him even more, and he grinned sidiously as he took a kitchen knife and proceeded to stab his father repeatedly in the chest. This went on for a few minutes even after he was dead. Marik stood up and noticed that his mother wasn't breathing. He slowly walked out of the house and noticed the same Sith lord he met that day standing in fron of his house. The Dark Jedi saw everything that transpired and offered Marik his guidance, promising to teach him more about his new found power. The young Marik snapped out for a second and realised what he had done. Standing shocked. This gave the Jedi a chance to influence him and persuade him to join his causes and become his aprentice.
Marik spent years under the Dark Jedi, training both lightsaber dueling and force techniques while acquireing knowledge of the ways of the force. Being so powerfull in the force he focused his training mostly on that. For years the two of them would go on missions to slay villages and cities, hunt down the masters personal enemies or even Jedi themselves. At the age of 23 Marik has become quite powerfull and was already renamed into Imperious. For years he continued his training and completed various missions for his master. One day his master was informed of two Jedi being stranded on Tatooine. Imperious was sent to investigate and destroy both. When he arrived on the planet he removed all clothes that could indicate his origins and was presenting himself as a civilian explorer under his old name, Marik. He located the two jedi (an older master and a 10 year old boy) and while using the force to cloak the dark side inside him aproached them. He found out that they were in a need of a ship and he offered to help. When asked 'why' by the Jedi master, Imperious posed as a sort of a Jedi fanatic and acted extremly honoured to be able to help a Jedi. The three spent a night in a small camp by the fire and Imperious learned of the Padawan's origins. The young boy was talking about his little brother and how he was hoping that soon his brother will be recrutied to the Jedi orded and they would be reuinited again. When the two went to sleep, Imperious found a smuggler who was selling ships, offered him 5000 credits and told him that two Jedi will come seeking a ship but they won't be able to pay it and the smuggler was instructed to asign the Jedi to bring him an artifact from a cave inhabited by sand people in exchange for the ship. The next day Imperious told the two Jedi that he knows a smuggler that is willing to trade a ship since they did not have many credits and brought them to him where he did what Imperious asked of him. The older Jedi master told his Padawan to wait in the camp while he finishes this mission and Imperious offered to show him the location of the cave. When they arrived they were attacked by sand people and the Jedi swiftly defeated them all. As soon as they entered the cave Imperious drew his lightsaber and attacked the Jedi, overwhealming him with his skills the Jedi was disarmed and Imperious pierced him with the lightsaber and killed him. Then he returned to the camp where the young Padawan was and decapitated the boy. After the mission was completed he went back to his master to report and told him what he had learned about the Padawan's little brother and that he had devised a plan.
Once again taking his old name and acting as a civilian Jedi fanatic he traveled with a couple of his masters soldiers to a planet where the Padawan used to live. He ordered his soldiers to kill everyone in the village except the boy. The soldiers quickly dispached the civilians and the young child was the only one left. Suddenly Imperious jumped out and killed his own soldiers with a vibro sword, took the boy by his hand and ran to a safe location. He lied that he was a traveler and a fan of the Jedi order while the boy talked about how he belives that he will one day be recruited as a Jedi like his brother. After few weeks together they developed a bond and Imperious promised him he will lead him to a Jedi Enclave for the boy to fullfil his destiny. He only asked in return that the boy comunicates with him and tell him all about his Jedi training and the order. Fullfiling his promise he led the boy to a Jedi enclave where he was recuited and his training started. Over a period of time the young Padawan was still in touch with Imperious believing he was just sharing stories with a man who desired to be a Jedi and making his saviour happy, when infact he was sharing the secret Jedi information with their enemy. 15 years later Imperious was informed by this Padawan that the majority of the Jedi will leave the enclave to go to Rakata prime to inspect the planet in order to form a base on it. Imperious sent a massive number of soldiers to Rakata Prime ordering them to catch the Jedi off guard. He knew that not all Jedi will be killed this way so he ordered the soldiers to place explosives on the Jedi ships after they arrive to Rakata Prime. The Jedi were ambushed by heavy artillery and armies and most of them died. A few of them fled to their ships and as soon as they tryed to escape the bombs detonated destroying the ships and the Jedi. He then instructed an attack on the nearly defensless Jedi Enclave where his men slaughtered everyone inside and stole most of the files. The Padawan Imperious was manipulating was not in the enclave but went to meet a girl he was in love with. Imperious tracked them both down and kidnapped the girl. Hearing her scream for help the Padawan drew his lightsaber and rushed to her. Imperious was cloaked under his dark robes and the young boy could not reckognize him while he was chasing him.
They stopped at the outskirts of the city and the Padawan tryed to reason with the disguised Imperious asking him who he was and what he wanted. Imperious then took his hood off, revealing himself to the boy who stood shocked. He then drew his lightsaber and pierced the girl's throat in front of the boy. Enraged, the Padawan attacked Imperious who was able to easily outduel him and blasted him with Force Lightning. He continued to electrecute the boy while mocking him and explaining his intentions. The Padawan died like his Jedi companions in the Enclave. His goal was to weaken the Order cause they were the main thing standing between him and his path towards his ultimate goal-power. Imperious had his mind set on acquiring more power, both in the force and in the galaxie. He was hell bent on becoming a ruler, a tyrant and a damn powerfull one. After the slaughterings on the Jedi Enclave he returnet to his masters flag ship , only to find his master beaten on the floor and a Jedi who was preparing to deliver a final blow. The Jedi was the only survivor of the slaughter on Rakata and he managed to interogate one of Imperious's soldiers into telling him whereabouts of his master. That Jedi was able to infiltrate the ship of the dark sider and managed to stealthly sneak up on him and defeat him. Before the final blow was struck Imperious blasted the Jedi with a combined forcepush/lightning (both of the techniques he was most skilled with) thus saving his Dark Jedi Master. The Jedi stood up and engaged Imperious in a duel but was caught by surprise by seing the unortodox stlyes he was using. Imperious was combining Djem So, Niman and Ataru, easily overpowering the Jedi's low defenses and striking the hilt of his lightsaber thus destroying it. The defensless Jedi stood in awe for a second until he was interupted by Imperious's force grip that pulled him towards Imperious and his lightsaber. The Jedi was killed and the master was alive, now fully trusting his aprentice he aproached Imperious and placed a hand on his shoulder. This was a perfect opportunity for Imperious who ignited his lightsaber and swiftly cut of his masters arm. The Dark Jedi fell on the ground and Imperious cut off his other arm. Completly powerless, all he could do was moan in pain and fear while Imperious unleashed a devastating force lightning on him, frying him to the bones.
At the age of 40, he finally overthrew his master. With his masters forces at his comand and a number of Jedi killed he felt as his power was growing by the day-exactly what he wanted. Imperious went on to manipulate and plan out many events that lead to deaths of more Jedi. He felt as he was getting more powerfull with each Jedi dead, plus that meant that there was less resistance to his plans. He was determined to hunt down, kill and overpower the Jedi Order and expand his fleet and forces while doing so, giving himsefl a bigger influence and a chance to rule. Probably the most memorable of his action is the one Dxun, where he was posing as one of the Dxun Goverment people in charge for planetary relations (he killed the actuall goverment worker) and he led a group of Jedi padawans (aged from 5 to 7 years) and their Jedi Master to one of the tombs on Dxun as a part of the educational Jedi history field trip where he decapitated their master, locked the tomb door with the force and proceeded to 'have fun' by taking out the children. This was one of the influential strikes on the Jedi order and they were able to identify Imperious and started hunting him down for years. He used this to his advantage, isolating the Jedi one by one and letting them get to him only when they were isolated and then facing them in a one on one battles where he was victorious. Since he was extremly paranoid this was the best way to keep the control of situation since facing a group of Jedi would be slightly unpredictable. In the first of these encounters he was able to lure and isolate one of the older Jedi masters to his ship where the two engaded in a lightsaber duel. Imperious went all out with his Djem So form but was unable to break the Jedi's defenses. He then went on defensive himself, blocking every strike thus making the Jedi to try and use his force powers on Imperious where he knew he was superior, blocking his opponents force push with his own and throwing him off balance which gave him an opening for his most powerfull tecnique-force lightning. He was able to murder the Jedi Master and disintegrate his remains. Most of his encounters with the Jedi ended like this, first he would examine the situation and decide either
1. To go all out and overwhelm his opponent with the offensive
or 2. To sucsesfully fend off all of his opponent's attacks, frustrating him and resorting him to try and use his force powers, an area in which Imperious was an expert, especially with the force lightning technique.
Later the Jedi Masters changed their strategy and were able to spy on Imperious and track him down into one of the tombs on Dantooine. There the Jedi swiftly attacked, disposing of his soldier units and facing Imperious himself. The 6 Jedi Masters attacked him and he went on the defensive and started pulling back deeper into the tomb , using his telekinetic force powers to block couple of doors between him and the Jedi Masters thus reducing the number to only 2 Jedi fighting him. Still he wasn't able to kill any of these Jedi. They were able to fend off his attacks and launch their own giving enough time to the rest to break through. The Jedi were able to disarm and surround Imperious who then resorted to his force lightning, chaining 4 Jedi Masters with it and knocking 2 of them away. The Jedi worked together to fight off his lightning and hold it back while the other two managed to get up and send a strong force wave knocking Imperious into a wall. Defeated he taunted the Jedi masters to kill him and mock them since none of them were able to defeat him single handedly. But the Jedi had a different plan. They combined their force powers and were able to strip Imperious of the force, the one thing he relied on so heavily even during lightsaber duels as he used it to improve his speed, agilty and strenght to insane levels. They then proceeded to chain him up and locked him in the tomb, never to be found again. He was doomed to a life of eternal lonelines, striped off of everything but he was not about to give up. Time passed and his hatred towards everything started to grow, images of his father torturing him and his life of an infant, images of his training uder his Dark Jedi Master, images of him slaughtering countless Jedi, all of this fueled his hate, his passion, he was not going to be defeated here, this was not his end. And throught hate and passion he reastablished his conection to the force, breaking the chains he was in. Imperious remained in the tomb for even more years to come, first training himself to survive solely off the force, then honing his previously lost abilites. In his training he knocked one of the statues down and saw his lightsaber, it rolled off behind the statue when he was disarmed by the Jedi Masters at this same spot years ago. After reclaiming his lightsaber and after 15 years of exile, he broke out of the tomb. After his eyes adjusted to the sun he marched on further, to a location where he hid his on ship after landing on Dantooine. In his ship he learned about the current state of the Galaxie's policitics and state. He ordered the ship's droid to start the shuttle and left Danooine, after 10 long and horrible years, and once again started his pursuit for power.

''Hahahaha'' Imperious coughed as he laughed-''Is this what you consider victory Jedi scum? All 6 of you high ranked Masters barelly stood your ground against one man. If so then truly i have won, since every and each one of you know that you are unable to stop me by any other means. And now i am defensless.. Why don't you finish the job ? End me with your lightsabers now!
''No!'' - one of the Jedi Masters replied ''I don't care how dangerous you might be, we shall not strike an unarmed opponent. But that does not mean you will get out of this easly. If you expected a trial in court you were wrong Imperious because you're verdict is right here and now and we shall take from you what you cherish the most.''
The Jedi Masters then proceed to strip Imperious off his conection to the force and his old and exhausted body falls to the ground.
Imperious:''Then.. so be it. You fools had the chance to finish me off in your anger but you refused..
This will not be the end of me aaahhahahaha'' Imperious's voice suddenly gets deeper as he says: ''I shall spend every breathing second to reclaim what you just took from me here and repay you with the same favour, destroying everything you hold dear.''
Jedi Master:''You are an insane old man, accept the truth and your fate.. It's over!''
Imperious:''It's everything but over, Jedi scum.'' he says with eyes full of hate
The Jedi Masters walk out and proceed to sealing the doors to the tomb, leaving te defeated old man traped inside forever.

This was a perfect opportunity for Imperious who ignited his lightsaber and swiftly cut of his masters arm. The Dark Jedi fell on the ground and Imperious cut off his other arm. Completly powerless, all he could do was moan in pain and fear while Imperious unleashed a devastating force lightning on him, frying him to the bones.
At the age of 40, he finally overthrew his master. With his masters forces at his comand and a number of Jedi killed he felt as his power was growing by the day-exactly what he wanted. Imperious went on to manipulate and plan out many events that lead to deaths of more Jedi. He felt as he was getting more powerfull with each Jedi dead, plus that meant that there was less resistance to his plans. He was determined to hunt down, kill and overpower the Jedi Order and expand his fleet and forces while doing so, giving himsefl a bigger influence and a chance to rule. Probably the most memorable of his action is the one Dxun, where he was posing as one of the Dxun Goverment people in charge for planetary relations (he killed the actuall goverment worker) and he led a group of Jedi padawans (aged from 5 to 7 years) and their Jedi Master to one of the tombs on Dxun as a part of the educational Jedi history field trip where he decapitated their master, locked the tomb door with the force and proceeded to 'have fun' by taking out the children. This was one of the influential strikes on the Jedi order and they were able to identify Imperious and started hunting him down for years. He used this to his advantage, isolating the Jedi one by one and letting them get to him only when they were isolated and then facing them in a one on one battles where he was victorious. Since he was extremly paranoid this was the best way to keep the control of situation since facing a group of Jedi would be slightly unpredictable. In the first of these encounters he was able to lure and isolate one of the older Jedi masters to his ship where the two engaded in a lightsaber duel. Imperious went all out with his Djem So form but was unable to break the Jedi's defenses. He then went on defensive himself, blocking every strike thus making the Jedi to try and use his force powers on Imperious where he knew he was superior, blocking his opponents force push with his own and throwing him off balance which gave him an opening for his most powerfull tecnique-force lightning. He was able to murder the Jedi Master and disintegrate his remains. Most of his encounters with the Jedi ended like this, first he would examine the situation and decide either
1. To go all out and overwhelm his opponent with the offensive
or 2. To sucsesfully fend off all of his opponent's attacks, frustrating him and resorting him to try and use his force powers, an area in which Imperious was an expert, especially with the force lightning technique.
Later the Jedi Masters changed their strategy and were able to spy on Imperious and track him down into one of the tombs on Dantooine. There the Jedi swiftly attacked, disposing of his soldier units and facing Imperious himself. The 6 Jedi Masters attacked him and he went on the defensive and started pulling back deeper into the tomb , using his telekinetic force powers to block couple of doors between him and the Jedi Masters thus reducing the number to only 2 Jedi fighting him. Still he wasn't able to kill any of these Jedi. They were able to fend off his attacks and launch their own giving enough time to the rest to break through. The Jedi were able to disarm and surround Imperious who then resorted to his force lightning, chaining 4 Jedi Masters with it and knocking 2 of them away. The Jedi worked together to fight off his lightning and hold it back while the other two managed to get up and send a strong force wave knocking Imperious into a wall. Defeated he taunted the Jedi masters to kill him and mock them since none of them were able to defeat him single handedly. But the Jedi had a different plan. They combined their force powers and were able to strip Imperious of the force, the one thing he relied on so heavily even during lightsaber duels as he used it to improve his speed, agilty and strenght to insane levels. They then proceeded to chain him up and locked him in the tomb, never to be found again. He was doomed to a life of eternal lonelines, striped off of everything but he was not about to give up. Time passed and his hatred towards everything started to grow, images of his father torturing him and his life of an infant, images of his training uder his Dark Jedi Master, images of him slaughtering countless Jedi, all of this fueled his hate, his passion, he was not going to be defeated here, this was not his end. And throught hate and passion he reastablished his conection to the force, breaking the chains he was in. Imperious remained in the tomb for even more years to come, first training himself to survive solely off the force, then honing his previously lost abilites. In his training he knocked one of the statues down and saw his lightsaber, it rolled off behind the statue when he was disarmed by the Jedi Masters at this same spot years ago. After reclaiming his lightsaber and after 15 years of exile, he broke out of the tomb. After his eyes adjusted to the sun he marched on further, to a location where he hid his on ship after landing on Dantooine. In his ship he learned about the current state of the Galaxie's policitics and state. He ordered the ship's droid to start the shuttle and left Danooine, after 10 long and horrible years, and once again started his pursuit for power.

A dialouge after Imperious was disarmed by the Jedi Masters in the tomb on Dantooine
''Hahahaha'' Imperious coughed as he laughed-''Is this what you consider victory Jedi scum? All 6 of you high ranked Masters barelly stood your ground against one man. If so then truly i have won, since every and each one of you know that you are unable to stop me by any other means. And now i am defensless.. Why don't you finish the job ? End me with your lightsabers now!
''No!'' - one of the Jedi Masters replied ''I don't care how dangerous you might be, we shall not strike an unarmed opponent. But that does not mean you will get out of this easly. If you expected a trial in court you were wrong Imperious because you're verdict is right here and now and we shall take from you what you cherish the most.''
The Jedi Masters then proceed to strip Imperious off his conection to the force and his old and exhausted body falls to the ground.
Imperious:''Then.. so be it. You fools had the chance to finish me off in your anger but you refused..
This will not be the end of me aaahhahahaha'' Imperious's voice suddenly gets deeper as he says: ''I shall spend every breathing second to reclaim what you just took from me here and repay you with the same favour, destroying everything you hold dear.''
Jedi Master:''You are an insane old man, accept the truth and your fate.. It's over!''
Imperious:''It's everything but over, Jedi scum.'' he says with eyes full of hate
The Jedi Masters walk out and proceed to sealing the doors to the tomb, leaving te defeated old man traped inside forever.
