Character: Shorza Triz
Reason: He is to me the stand out character, Val could have written him as all angsty, or vulnerable. Instead Shorza is a fully realised character, who has flaws and aspirations, he is sympathetic and understandable, and yet at the same time there are things in his past and present behaviour that are inexcusable. I think Val has made one of my favourite characters full stop, and he writes him so well - oh I haven't even gotten into the relationship between Shorza and Hex which is hilarious and cute. Seriously this is the sort of character I want to be able to develop and write.

Reason: Now that I've had plenty of time to get over having to read such a long bio ... *_* I do have to admit lizard Jedi is pretty cool! It is an honor to be chased around some dingy tunnels by your guy, Thaddeus.
