Question, though. Is the idea that the group which just made it through the gates contains all the other characters involved in the thread? I ask because, having not realized the meetup would occur straightaway (Possibly me being a tad dense, in retrospect.), we'd been discussing the Blades and MAYBE Lance skulking about on their own. Possibly even in the fort itself, given my thought that Jaidan had fallen back after HoT to assist the evac. Which has now been gassed.

So, I guess I'm asking, should we be re-tooling that end of things? We'd kind of need to anyway, if Fort Bennick is Rakghoul free for the moment, as seems to be the case from what I understand. Not sure if Mara's inability to initially post means she's unavailable for consultation, but I didn't get the sense she'd be overly perturbed either way. Or...conversely, perhaps them being in the fort DOES work, and they managed to survive the gassing with their Jediness? I imagine they'd be curious to know who they had to thank for that.

Anyway, lemme know what the thinking is, and I'll tailor my next post accordingly.

Ill probably have lancer stalking around somewhere solo or with a few surviving troopers. Maybe from both sides. Unless its said otherwise. Doesn't matter to me right now. I canwork with anything.

Yeah, the idea was for them all to be together by the starting point of thread. That's my bad. Obviously everyone would have their own stuff preceding the group forming, but the general notion is that between HoT and Pale Tide, the rakghouls have pretty much forced everyone into running for their lives and doing anything to increase their chances of not being monster food. Even temporarily working with the enemy.

S'yeah, that's my bad for not making that clearer in my starting post. Sorry ladies and gents.

Remember that first posts can be used to close the gap for how they ended up together. Even if your character is on their own until they spot a group running for those gates, that works too. The point is for your character to be on the correct side when those gates close.

So, next up is Mara. Now, I know its only been a couple of days since Ash posted, but you had mentioned in the cbox that you were weighing whether or not to participate in the Taris threads due to being busy. Last I heard, you weren't sure if you were gonna drop any, or which ones you would drop if you decided to.

While I know that, with this being a side threat to the main HoT plot, I would still like to keep up a good pace with posting. So, I was wondering if you could let us know if you will be posting, if you want us to skip you this round, or if you're dropping out. Obviously I'm not saying "HEY YOU HAVEN'T POSTED IN LIKE A DAY, GAW!!" I just wanted to check in with you so that we know what to expect.

For everyone that wants to help investigate the ship Meira crashed the party in, feel free to mention and use a few NPC Pub soldier survivors.

In particular, I'd like for the medic I mentioned to survive. If you'd like to write him into your post, he should be mostly unharmed (minor scrapes and bruising, etc.). As the thread continues, he's going to be an emotional mess, wracked with guilt and whatnot. So, have fun with that if you want.
