Biography: Ricaud Nos Garazon III was born on the planet Merson in its northern hemisphere in a secluded region called the “Estashi”. Merson is largely an uninhabited planet with some pirate installations and fortifications. It was under these conditions where the family clan known as the Garazons was established. Ricaud’s great grand father, Doeg Luss Garazon I, was the original founder of their settlement on Merson nearly 150 years ago and the founder of the ideology of the Garazon Clan. Doeg Luss was a fallen Jedi master that was constantly at odds with the ideologies of the Jedi council and their stance within the Republic. The great grandfather of the Garazons was against the constant meddling of the Jedi council in Republic affairs and was disgraced of the Jedi to be used as nothing more than a dispatched police force to quell pirate and mercenary activities. He felt that the true purpose of the Jedi was that of a more noble cause. He considered the Sith to be a constant threat although the Jedi Council refused to take decisive action to ensure that any future Sith threats could be controlled. “The complete elimination of the Sith and their culture is a necessity to the survival of our future galaxy..” were some of his last breathed words. Such short sighted and short handed measures by the Jedi made the former master to leave the order and form his own group on the barren planet of Merson. There, he and several other “apprentices” to his cause made planet fall and established their secretive fortifications. Several generations later, Ricaud Nos Garazon the III was born to their clan.
The Garazon Clan maintained a highly secretive stance on galactic affairs. While not getting directly involved in the galactic civil war they usually acted as undercover agents and mercenaries to those they considered important to their purposes. Their political mentality was to act as the “sword” of the innocent and strike down key Sith targets, their prime enemies. They however wouldn’t hesitate to strike down any others that stood in the path of their purpose, Jedi or not.
Ricaud was trained in Lightsaber, hand to hand, and ranged weapon combat from a very young age. Most all young members of the clan were trained as warriors and groomed to take up the converted position of “Lord Master” and leader of their clan. Other youths however took on more neutral roles in the clan and served as workers, technicians, and officers. This however was not the case with Ricaud. He quickly excelled in his training and was appointed as one of the youngest “Knight Protectors” at the tender age of 12. This was attributed to his direct bloodline to the great founder of their clan, Doeg. His training however wasn’t limited to strictly combat. He was also instructed in naval tactics, royal etiquette and often sent out on undercover missions to Sith and Republic space. A true leader, in the eyes of the Garazons, was a well rounded and balanced leader. Ricaud’s golden age as a young warrior however was short lived.
While on a scouting mission on the planet Yaga Minor, in Sith controlled space, Ricaud’s scouting party was discovered by a Sith Lord and his soldiers. The Sith lord, who’s name still remains a mystery, was an astounding warrior and quickly overtook Ricaud and his fellow clans mates. The lone survivor was Ricaud himself and he was taken captive by the Sith Lord. When learning that Ricaud represent neither the Jedi nor the Republic this Sith was intrigued by the prospect of having a new, already force adept, apprentice. For several years he held Ricaud captive, wiped clean his memory, tortured him, and trained him in his dark ways. Ricaud’s memory during this time isn’t very clear and he is still regaining fragments from this time period.
What is known however is that Ricaud was considered killed in action by the Garazon clan. It wasn’t until the mysterious Sith Lord gained access to Ricaud’s memory and learned the secret location of the Garazon clan that Ricaud would return to his beloved family. Viewing them as a possible threat and a brood that needed to be exterminated before they gained too much power the Ricaud’s Sith master launched a personal attack against Merson and the Garazon Fortification. The Garazon clan gathered together their best warriors and launched a counter attack in the high atmosphere of Merson. The small Sith incursion however tore through their naval defenses. They made land fall and continued their attack soldier to soldier. Ricaud led the battle behind his new Sith master. Hours of fighting ensued and later both sides were weakened and taking heavy losses. It was in that moment that Ricaud faced his own brother in combat, Hask Nos Garazon. An intense battled ensued and Ricaud gained the upper hand and stuck down his own brother. The shock of his brother’s death and the ripples in his dying life force woke Garazon to his senses. His guilt began to grow and was able to muster the will power to break free from the Sith Lord’s mental influence. Realizing where he was and what he was doing Ricaud then turned his blade on his Sith cohorts and struck down all that stood in his path. He eventually made his way to the Sith Lord. They fought an incredible lightsaber battle but the Sith lord bested Ricaud. Laying in the dirt, the Sith’s lightsaber pointed directly into his eye, the Sith grinned under his half face mask. “I will be back for you… my apprentice…” The Sith sliced slightly with his light saber, leaving a scar under his left cheek. It served as a constant reminder of his past and who he was once controlled by. The Sith left him stunned on the floor of the theater of battle and escaped in one of his nearby shuttles. The Garazon clan had won the battle but had taken heavy casualties, including the return of the physically and mentally broken Ricaud.
For several more years Ricaud’s broken mind was eventually pieced back together and through force healing he was able to ward off effects of dark side madness. After gaining the trust of the Garazon clan once more he was eventually restored to his position of Knight and climbed through the clan ranks to Colonel of their defense force. While on a 4 month assignment to Ryloth Ricaud eventually was married to a force sensitive Twilek named A’nsherisk. She was trained on Merson and eventually came to serve as Ricaud’s “hand”, personal body guard, and mate. They were both dispatched on several undercover missions by the Garazon command. Ricaud’s experiences as a Sith slave became invaluable. He conducted several successful missions in the outer rim and was able to kill several low to mid level Sith targets. He also worked for a time as a mercenary to the Republic in various covert missions. To the Republic, Ricaud was nothing more than another hired gun, but Ricaud knew his origins and what his ultimate goal really was - The eventual fall of the Sith order and the restoration of power to his beloved Garazon Clan.

Garazon stood against the wall of the dimly lit office listening to the two aliens bicker. The slimy Rodian spat out his words faster than the remote translator strapped around his neck could translate. The large 3 meter long table served as a barrier for the second alien, a sickly looking Hutt. The yellowish skin of the Hutt and his flabby skin was evidence of a grave health issue. For the Rodian, Ricaud was hired muscle, just watching the back of the scrawny Rodian. But Ricaud was there for much more personal reasons. This particular Hutt was responsible for the betrayal and eventual death of one of Ricaud's clan mates.
The Hutt lazily responded, "You have no right to demand such special treatment my little friend." The Rodian quivered at such disrespectful talk, "You have no idea who you are messing with Jasna. When my handlers find out you have our right refused to share you stolen shipment of..."
"Watch your mouth you little worm!" The Hutt tensed slightly as he rose to shout down at the Rodian. "The knowledge of the origins of that shipment aren't privy to your limited knowledge." Ricaud listened carefully to the exchange of dialog. He would have to accelerate this process. "Where are you hiding the cargo containers?" Ricaud stepped forward and allowed one of the ceiling lamps to illuminate his face with a single beam of light. The Hutt looked perplexed at the mercenary that was all too silent during the past half hour of negations between the two pirates. "Who is this? Are you letting your dog speak for you now?" The Hutt pointed his short fingered hand at Ricaud with a disgusted look on his face. The Rodian also had no words and was shocked by the sudden interruption of his hired bodyguard. "I will ask you again Hutt, where are you hiding those weapons?" Ricaud added a slight growl to his voice.
" You aren't actually trying a ... Jedi mind trick... Are you dog?" Laughed the sickly Hutt.
"I would be a fool to attempt that on you Hutt. Besides I'm no Jedi." Ricaud pulled out his heavy blaster and pointed it at the Hutt's skull. "This however would play a nice trick on your mind..." Before the Hutt could react or even say a word the Rodian leapt forward grabbing his gun arm. Ricaud shrugged him off and tossed the weaker Rodian to the floor, "you'd kill us all you crazy human, you can't just kill Froga the Hutt and walk away," Ricaud pulled the trigger of his heavy blaster as he lowered it at the Rodian on the floor, "Coward.." He growled as the Rodian sizzled. The Hutt immediately touched a fail safe alam and loud sirens filled the complex. A large dura glass slate dropped between Ricaud and the Hutt . Ricaud squeezed off several shots at the plate only to see the blaster bolts dissipate like water droplets hitter a sizzling hot pan. His time was up. Ricaud ran out of the office and down the main corridor. The main exit to the facility could be seen as Ricaud increased his speed through the force. Before he could reach the exit however several black armored troops jumped out of one of the side entrances. They were four. In an instant Ricaud unclipped his light saber and ignited its golden blade. Ricaud swung at the first two troops nearest to him. His black robe and silver body armor was a flash as his speed was to great for the troops to react. They fell like slain insects. The next two troops wasted no time priming their blasters and firing off several shots at close range at Ricaud. One of the super heated bolts caught Ricaud in the shoulder, the other bolts he was able to deflect with his saber. The blaster bolts flew back at their targets impacting both troopers in their helmets. They fell back and thumped to the ground. Ricaud held his shoulder with his left hand. He gritted his teeth as he ran to the glass door of the exit. He slashed it open with his light saber as the glass exploded from its frame. He was out. But he wasn't safe yet...
