Everyone was bustling around making preparations, but Ambria tried to tune out the various conversations going around her. She was generally a social person, but right before a mission her focus was always elsewhere. And besides this was a new group of beings she was involved with, and she didn't know them all that well. This was not the time for small talk.
Taking a few steps forward, she ended up at one of the ship's viewports and took a glance outside before sitting down for reentering the atmosphere. Never in all her military career had she seen a sight such as she did, staying mostly in the outer rim of the galaxy during campaigns. A sparkling planet full of movement, with not much organic material to think of. The city planet, she had heard. Coruscant. Ambria couldn't help but stare.

Bane quickly made his way back to his quarters to do some last minute outfitting. He thought it might be a little odd for him to have a pistol on him, so he added a few hidden blades instead. He figured he wouldn't need it at current, but it never hurt to be careful. Bane then made his way back to the bridge. Italia gave him the heads up that they were about to land, so he strapped himself in. Once the ship had landed, Bane made his way to the rear of the ship where the Cargo bay and Ark were located.
Bane didn't want to admit it, but he didn't really adore the idea of sending Ark in there like this. The cyborg was quite hard to kill but he was about as vulnerable as he could ever be in his current state. He hit a button, and the ramp to the bay retracted. He was hit by the noises and smells of the platform. He made his way down the ramp, and noticed a short round man with three others approached him.
When the round man stopped close to Bane and held his hand out "Martin Orlong, Curator of the Republic Museum...Mr.Harden I presume?"
"You presume right Mr.Orlong, it is a pleasure" replied Bane returned the hand shake.
Bane, then turned and motioned his hand towards the Cargo bay, and then went back into the Bay with the others in tow. He then showed them where Ark was and explained the various and for most part unnecessary movement procedures. The Curator's eyes were glowing when he saw Ark, and kept rambling on about he couldn't wait to put the cyborg on display. With efficiency that could only come with experience, the crew the curator brought quickly moved Ark onto their transport.
"Now Mr.Harden, as promised if you could join us so you could oversee the transport and of course tour the Museum."
Bane nodded, and then turned and looked at Ambria,Mal, and Velos and nodded to them. Indicating that they should join him as they went to the Museum.
"I hope you don't mind Mr.Orlong but a man in my position can't even move without security. Not to mention my memory has gotten horrible so I got myself a personal secretary."He stated in irritated manner.
The curator studied the three with intense concentration and then suddenly his expression relaxed.
"Of course Mr.Harden, now please follow me"
Bane with the other three and made their way into the Curators personal transport. The first stage of the operation had begun, Italia and Itani would leave for the Museum shortly.

When the ship finally settled down on its landing platform, Ambria unstrapped herself and stood up. Her first mission with her new unit was finally beginning. She took a deep breath and then another to calm herself. It wouldn't do to be nervous now, or she might show through her bodyguard cover.
As the colonel went down the cargo ramp, presumably to greet someone, Ambria made her way closer to the ramp herself, curious about how the huge hulk was going to be transferred and waiting for her chance to leave along with... Mal, she believed, the tall humanoid species she didn't recognize. She couldn't help it that her eyes widened, as only three men were able to grapple with the large mechanical being and load him easily onto their transport parked near to Italia's ship. Hearing the fourth man, the curator, call Bane by a new name, she slightly panicked inside. She had no other names to go by. But then she forced herself to settle down, reminding herself she was only a bodyguard, just a nameless bodyguard.
Lost in her thoughts, she almost didn't notice the colonel--Mr Harden, she had to remember--motioning to her, the other woman and the tall being to follow him off the ship. With a last-minute self-inventory, Ambria thought to what she had and decided she couldn't be missing anything, so she took her first steps on her first mission in the special ops and joined the colonel along with the others out on the landing platform. She tried to look straight ahead with a blank stare, not trying to stare at the amazing sights around her as the curator looked her over, as she knew he must. There were buildings upon buildings, everywhere! And the traffic... It was quite a sight different than her farm back on Mandalore, that was for sure.
With a final glance back at their ship, under the pretense of security, of course, she followed Bane into the museum transport, keeping her composure, for now. She sat on one side of their "employer" and Mal took the other, with the other woman--Trin, she thought--coming in last. Finally inside and settled, with no apparent threats, she finally allowed herself a look out across the city-planet.

As the ship made it's way into the atmosphere and through the landing protocol, Trin was going over her character in her head. It caused a slight smile to cross her face. This whole acting thing had a bit of excitement to it. She enjoyed the idea that she could sneak in under the noses of her unsuspecting victims and then hit them where it really hurt. Trin paused in her thoughts at that moment, wondering for a brief moment if some of Tarria's more psychotic tendencies were rubbing off on her.
But she didn't have much time to wonder if she was going insane. The ship had landed and they were on. No longer were they a rag-tag group of efficient and deadly soldiers. They were a retired military man, his two guards, secretary, and a couple of strangers with a big old war droid-brain-thingy.
As the ramp lowered, Trin stayed off to the side, looking busy with a datapad. While the others were fairly distracted, She took out a com, she had distributed earpieces to all her companions during their flight here. As Ark was being unloaded, she did a quick check. This is Trin, everyone give me a signal if your earpiece is working. She then put the com back in a pocket and waited for a few moments before stepping in line behind Bane and the others as they were lead into the museum. Once inside, and after the curator offered a tour, Trin stepped in to solidify her ruse as the assistant.
Mr. Harden, after the tour, you have a meeting with Mr. Druss and your wife would like you to call her when you can to let her know how everything went. She then fell silent, her head slightly bowed over her data pad and continued along behind the group.

Malak was already halfway down the ramp before it even touched the ground, he had a done a few body guard jobs back in his bounty hunter / merc days. He knew how to play one to say the least. The gargantuan man had certainly surprised a few people, he was more than used to the looks people gave him... he was a freak in their eyes. As always, the gargantuan man shrugged off people's uncomfortable gaze and continued to do his job... well.... look like he was anyways.
It didn't take long for the “secretary's” voice to ring in his ear piece. Mal looked over at her, smiled, and gave her a quick nod, indicating that he heard her loud and clear. He had to bend his back to fit through the doorway to get inside the Curator's transport, he sighed as he did so. ”would it really pain those blasted shipwrights to make the doorways a foot taller?” Mal couldn't help but think as he scanned the inside for potential threats... this time he wasn't play acting, for the man really had no idea if information had been leaked or not, and inside the transport with a beam splitter (shotgun) was the perfect way to ambush them.
He doubted that anyone trusted with knowledge of their little escapade would give it up, but he didn't end up living that long in his business without being a little paranoid during missions.

It hadn't taken long, nor had it been difficult, to get through the landing security check. Freighters weren't uncommon on this planet, and hers had been seen enough times doing more than legal shipping, so everything had gone smoothly. It hadn't taken long for Ark to give her the start up code for her to send via comlink once inside the museum. With this in mind, as Trin had been passing out the ear pieces, Lia had given the woman the code to her datapad so Ark's position could be sent to it...Lia would need to know where in the museum he was being put so she could get close enough to send the signal, and this had been the best way. With everything set, the ship had landed smoothly on that landing pad, the struts absorbing the weight of the freighter easily.
The curator had already been waiting, so Lia had motioned for Lat to stay where they were and keep as much out of sight as they could while shutting down the systems and NOT making it look obvious. For the brother/sister duo that task wouldn't be a difficult one. It wasn't that Lia wanted to keep from being seen by the curator, but rather that she would prefer not to go advertising their presence in connection to this group. If they could get in, hack, and get out again without drawing too much attention to their being part of this little scheme it would be better for all in the long run...especially since, until today, Lia hadn't officially put any support into the Mando'ade cause. That, however, could change drastically after this mission, causing her to lose a good number of contracts that had opened up to her because of her specific neutrality between Republic and Mando....the sith just didn't count...she NEVER worked for them. Ever.
Hearing the men move Ark, Lia winced slightly. She didn't like the fact that Ark was playing this part any more than Bane did...it was unfair, and left him open to the most danger while he was unconscious, but it had been their best bet. Luckily the curator had taken the bait, hook, line and sinker. Things were in motion now and there would be no going back. Sighing, Italia nodded to Lat and stood as the cargo ramp in the back closed once more. Heading into the back, she grabbed the few items she had left to stow on herself, returned to the front, and pressed the button for the landing ramp to be lowered. By this time the others had been gone for at least two minutes, so it was safe to be on their way as well.
Hailing a passing air taxi, Lia waited a moment for Lat to catch up to her as the landing ramp closed. Giving the driver their destination, the auburn woman sat back and rested her head against the seat as she went over her procedures once again. As the taxi pulled smoothly away from the landing pad, that same sense of foreboding caused her to furrow her brow slightly and sigh. It wouldn't be long now until they reached their destination.

Itani had kept his mouth shut for the majority of the trip. While he was quite excited about what was about to happen he felt like the only one. He realized the idea of having this type of emotions during such a critical time in the mission could cost them dearly. However he still allowed himself a bit of his childish glee. After conversing with Bane and Lia on the bridge he had returned to his makeshift bunk for reentry. Since there was no view port he had to amuse himself, which wasn't hard.
Lat had only ever been to Coruscant a few times before but he hated the city-planet. There was something truly perverse about a planet that was utterly covered by the single huge city. How did they manage to feed the populace? There couldn't be any farms on planet and if they used synthesizers the amount of energy and water required for the billions of citizens was staggering. Itani shook his head, it wasn't worth pondering something that he would probably never know the answer to. He remained in his position until Lia landed the ship.
As the movement in and around the ship rose to a flurry he stood and made his way to the egress ramp. One of the young women from before had provided them with earpieces which Lat had in place with a movement. He simply stood back while Ark was unloaded and the crew went their separate ways. Lat barely even heard the ship shut down before Lia appeared before him, tromping noisily down the metal egress ramp.
Taking a few steps out into the muggy air he almost gagged on the level of pollution created by the multitudes of speeders soaring by. All he could do was shake his head and follow his sister across the landing pad. He could tell there was something bothering his sister and he felt it too. A growing sense of uncertainty seemed to settle over him as he entered the small taxi. All excitement for the event seemed to just vanish. Coruscant Museum of History, driver. He tried to add a tone of amusement to his voice but was unable to make it sound perfectly natural. Looking back out the windows at the looming buildings he was unable to shake the feeling. It wasn't long before the taxi hovered up to the squat yet imposing building. Smiling to the driver he stepped out, payed him for the ride and extended a hand to his sister.

Bane remained quiet for most of the ride to the Museum. The curator on the other hand, couldn't keep his mouth shut. He continued to ramble on about various artifacts and things of that nature, Bane merely nodded here and there. There were two guards in the front of the limo, and the curator, Trin, and himself in the back. Bane was focusing on the guards, he wanted to make sure they weren't being led into some trap.
They finally arrived at the Museum around 20 minutes later. Bane watched as the transport with Ark continued its way to the back of the Museum, to the service entrance he assumed. While Bane and Trin got the tour, it was Mal and Ambria's job to make sure Ark was unloaded and taken care of properly. They would then rendezvous at the exit after Bane had taken the tour.
Bane tapped his earpiece, indicating that he had heard Trin's message. Trin informed him about his subsequent meeting and his wife, Bane nodded in acknowledgment.
"Thank you, Alema" he said in response to Trin.
The real reason Bane had requested a tour was so he could scout out the Museum. If anything had changed, he could at least inform the others, and they could change things accordingly. Bane had kept the time running in his head, looking at his watch could possibly give him away. Italia and Itani should be arriving anytime now, and Bane and his team would be leaving to gather their gear. So far as he could tell, the Museum hadn't changed from what the schematics indicated. The security didn't seem all that attentive or focused at all.
The real security were not the guards but the technology guarding this building. Bane made it a point to keep his head level as much he could, so he could avoid the cameras. The voice of the curator announced that their tour was almost at its end. He had been fawning over Bane and complimenting him at every turn. Bane was about ready to get away from the pudgy man, and get his gear in order.
"It has been a pleasure Mr.Curator. I am sorry to be leaving so early, but I have another appointment I must be at."
With that, Bane nodded to Trin and they made their way out of the exit. He has saw a speeder waiting their for him, compliments of the curator. He looked around and saw Mal and Ambria, nodded to both and they all hopped into the speeder making their way back to the ship.
It was time for Italia and Itani to play their hand.

The ride to the museum was fairly uneventful, except for the curator chattering on about things that were only important to him. Ambria tuned him out, preferring to keep an eye out through the viewport and take in the sights, such as they were. She still couldn't get into her head why people and beings of all kinds would do such a thing to what was once, she assumed, a beautifully organic planet. But now it was just permacrete and plasteel everywhere you looked.
When the transport dropped off Bane and Trin along with the curator and his guards, Ambria tried to learn as stern as possible. She had to feign unhappiness at her employer leaving his security detail outside. But she also knew that if the two of them followed him around, it might also arouse suspicion. He had to settle with the safety of the museum's security team.
They--her, Mal, Ark, and the curator's haulers--headed over to the back of the museum to begin the unloading of the arcane cyborg. As he was being unloaded from the transport, she allowed her thoughts to wander slightly. The easy part was done; they had infiltrated the museum. Now they had to wait until closing to make their move. Almost subconsciously she felt her fingers twitch and moved to rest on the holster of her blaster. Ambria put on a stern look to go along with it, when she realized her move. She moved closer to the loading bay to make double sure that Ark was okay, before nodding to Mal. They had to go wait near the exit for their "employer" to be finished with his tour.
She kept on her stern look for her facade up until the door opened and Bane and his "secretary' walked out. Bane seemed comfortable, so nothing must have gone wrong inside. Ambria only hoped that Ark would placed on display immediately as they were told, instead of waiting in storage like most new artifacts. She followed everyone else into the speeder, taking a seat in the back.

Mal let out a long sigh. A small part of him wanted to open up the window and hurl the rather portly man out, letting him fall to his certain doom. Only two things stopped him: 1) It would unfortunately compromise the mission and (2) He wouldn't have a very clear concience afterwards. He did his best to tune the obnoxious man out by looking out of the window to absorb the view: Galactic City. It was amazing to him how something so beautiful on top could possibly be so corrupt and rotten once you go down past the facade. He huffed at the thought.
He was a little dissapointed that he did not go with Bane and the Curator, not because he wanted to view the decrepit relics of ages long passed, but because seeing the blue prints or layout of a building was one thing and acutally being there were two completely different things. He shook his head. The less camera coverage that his massive form got the better. It wouldn't be hard to put two and two together when you see a giant body guard for a rich old military man, and then the same night you see another giant man in Mandalorian battle armor breaking into your building. Again, he shook his head. It would be fairly obvious who did this anyways, a man donates an ancient "deactivated" battle droid and the same night it "activates" and steals the galaxy's last basilisk war droid along with a group of Mandalorians.
Then a random thought entered his head. "Lia is going to be waiting for me to give her the pistol." His shoulders drooped, he would have to hold it for her until they link up inside the museum. He shook his head, attempting to thrust himself back into reality. Up until then had been running on auto-pilot, not really aware of what was going on. He completely missed the guys loading Ark into the museum.
Mal nodded back to Bane and headed towards the speeder as well, he made sure that he got shotgun. He needed to get his gear on. Badly.

Trin had worried momentarily when Bane dismissed his "guards" to oversee the unloading of Ark and beckoned her to follow as the curator led the tour. How would she lock Ark's final location into her datapad if she didn't know where he was. But luckily, the tour went the long way, of sorts, and ended in the room where Ark was just being set up for display. Trin had a quick idea and asked the curator and Bane to pose for a holophoto in front of Ark. The curator had agreed readily and had wrapped his pudgy arm around Bane, his face swelling with pride. Trin hoped Bane wasn't too annoyed.
The photo was quickly put onto her holopad, and as they were led out to the waiting speeder outside, Trin was working diligently on incorporating the photo into the schematics of the building so that Italia would know Ark's exact locating... and get a funny picture to boot. By the time the speeder was on its way, Trin had sent the information the Italia's datapad.
Step one was over, now it was time to wait.

As they had reached the museum, Italia had allowed Lat to help her out of the air taxi and onto the platform for the building. A bright smile painted on her face, she linked arms with her brother and led him away toward the front. After they had paid their entrance, she sighed slightly and looked around. Lia always HAD thought this place was far to big...and it only seemed bigger now that there was more at stake. Well...time to get a move on then...She said in the most chipper tone she could and pulled out the map she had been given at the front. "Looking" at the transparent image, she "decided" they should go look around in one of the back wings, housing the more militaristic items. ...After all, you'd be more interested in those than the Nabooan paintings I think...She had stated to her brother. It was always best to 'discuss' things like this...especially when one knew they were being watched on camera and withing hearing range of several hundred other people....and had an ulterior motive. As they started walking, Lia was sure to keep an eye out for various obstacles or hiding places. So far there were none...at least, none better than the ones she knew of...which, 'coincidentally' they passed on their way to the back. Glancing to the side, she saw a bright flash and a smirk crept across her face. Oh that would be a great photo...for blackmail. No soon had she thought this than her datapad chimed softly. Pulling it out and seeing the picture of Bane she'd just watched happen, Lia couldn't help but chuckle. It really was too bad the doorway was blocked off by barricades...she would have loved to 'stumble in' upon their picture taking. Well, if that wasn't luck, she didn't know what was...finding the place they needed completely by accident. I saw. Very funny! Blackmail? haha! Teasing. She sent back and tapped the side of her head slightly where she had placed her earpiece as she gazed intently at a painting of a space battle, her back turned to the room. After a few more moments of 'studying' it, she went over to her brother once more and took his arm, leaning her head against his shoulder lightly. Lat, their setting up the new exhibit behind us....we should come back and see it later. She stated simply, before leading him a little further down the hallway. It didn't take much longer for the other patrons of the museum to start to clear out as the building began to close. Stopping just in front of the panel to the maintenance shaft they were going to be hiding in, Lia leaned casually against the wall and pulled out her com-link and data pad. Syncing the two easily, she brought up the code for restarting Ark's systems and sent it. One minute passed.... Her com beeped and she blinked stupidly at the datapad. Oh gawd...this wasn't good....they were running short on time and she couldn't get the code through the wall and his blasted armor! She tried again...the same message... Cannot Transmit
Possible solution: strengthen signal Cursing under her breath, Lia tugged on Lat's sleeve, who she'd set as lookout: aka "act like you're looking at some art, and let me know if anyone's coming" Lat, we've got a problem. I can't get through to the receptor. I need your com link. With that, and without asking, she snatched it off his belt. Changing the frequency on his easily, she synced it with her datapad as well. Another touch of the button and she sent the frequency through both coms. Signal Sent. Return Signal Received. Transmission Complete. Heaving a sigh of relief, Lia put her head back against the wall for a moment after clipping Lat's com back on his belt and returning her own. That...had not been good. Checking the time, she gasped. Eying the camera as it panned back in their direction, Lia was glad she wasn't holding both comlinks still. Taking Lat's arm calmly, she 'led him away toward the exit' just long enough for the camera to pan away again. Turning swiftly, she crouched down and pulled out a small screwdriver, and pried the panel away from the wall and slipping inside, feet first. There wasn't much room to be had, but she pushed herself backward enough to allow Lat to enter as well and close the panel, leaving them in silent darkness. Bringing her Datapad to light once again, She checked the layout of the museum once again. They were close to where they needed to be for the camera feed and the panel that led to the outside security. Okay, Lat...I need you to follow me. I'll explain on the way.She whispered as she backed up and brought herself around a corner to go in a new direction. There was only enough room to pull one's self through the conduit, and Lia thanked her stars that she wasn't claustrophobic. I'm gonna pull some of the camera feed and loop it so the guards don't get suspicious...I need you to make sure it runs properly and then let the others in when I signal you that it's okay. I have to be on the outside to deal with the security systems and alarms there, so I'll send you a message on your datapad from my com. You follow? She asked as she pulled herself around another corner. There, up ahead, was the familiar sight of the camera security panel that she needed. Creeping up to it, she flipped to her side and pulled out her small set of tools. Her fingers nimbly worked at the screws to the panel as she lifted it and quietly set it aside. Green eyes narrowed as she gazed at the wires and switch labels for a moment. Glancing at the time, she sighed and shook her head. Things were cutting it close. Choosing her wire, she pulled out a thing cord from her belt and inserted it in the top of one of her many datapads...she had several stored on her at the moment...and with a swift, deft, movement, disconnected the camera feed and connected the datapad. Sighing, she waited as she watched the camera feed on the screen of the tool. Once she was satisfied she had a good enough loop, she replaced the actual camera wire once again. Okay, the loop is in here. You need to connected it to this port once I com you.She whispered, lightly tapping another connected plug. Be fast about it because that's connected to where the guards are. If they notice it's bad news for us.After gathering her tools once again, Lia pushed herself backward, forcing him to have to return to the previous section of the shaft around the corner so she could pass him. Handing Lat the datapad she nodded once and pushed herself back further, backing around another corner to turn herself around in and heading off in the opposite direction. Once she was near her destination, she paused and wiped a bit of sweat from her hairline. The conduit was small and didn't have much airflow, so things were getting rather stuffy with all the movement. Snatching her com from her belt, she sent Lat the signal to his datapad telling him to hook up the cycled feed.

Lat was almost surprised as Lia exited the air taxi. The concern she had shown outwardly before had vanished, it was almost unsettling to experience. Though his gut told him there was something amiss, Itani couldn't help but move foreword. Foreword however was into the cavernous halls of the building before him.
Big... bit of an understatement, huh?
This was his first time to this particular museum. Massive and imposing, he simply walked arm and arm with his sister through its massive doors and into the quiet atmosphere filled with bits of junk from ages ago. What did people see in these places. Hardly noticing he was whisked along beside Lia as the moved from exhibit to exhibit. It wasn't until they had hit the militaristic sections that he began to understand. His jaw fell an inch as they entered into the militaristic section. Smiling he glanced over at Lia as she spoke.
You know me only too well, sister.
They continued to browse, Latus taking a few moments every now and then to closely examine a few bits and bobs that presented themselves as interesting. However, his wariness remained with him. Perhaps it was the myriad of humans and aliens surrounding them that got his dander up. While not observing the pieces of history he was mentally taking notes on the placement of guards, cameras, and utility pads. It was fairly easy to recognize adequate places to hide but taking into account the camera angles he realized it would be more difficult. Every now and then he alerted Lia of a particularly good place to conceal herself. A beep gave Lat pause, it was Lia's data pad. Getting to a viewing angle he looked down at Bane's picture. Her chuckle worried him, there was some dastardly idea knocking around in her head and he couldn't help but grin.
As the museum began to close they retreated to their agreed to concealment, a maintenance shaft. While Lia again retrieved her data pad Itani moved adjacent to the entrance, into the shadows out of habit. A tense moment later her frustration rose, he could see it in her body. The wall was blocking her transmission. Itani cursed, it was always the unexpected variables that were the worst. He hardly flinched as she snatched his com link, maybe this was what he had feared. His concerns decreased as she returned his com, perhaps not.
Don't do that again, thanks.
The next part was relatively easy as he squeezed into the small maintenance hatch, he replaced the cover after he entered. Lia, explaining what had to be done crawled ahead of him in the darkness, using her com as a light. Trying to concentrate on moving he could only respond to her with a nod. A few cramped moments of crawling later they had reached the display panel for the whole complex's camera system. It was simple but ingenious as she looped the video feed to the guard's cameras. As she explained he looked directly at her, feeling that this woman in front of him was a different person that the one he had known from childhood. He smiled and placed his hand in hers relaxing to reveal a small switchblade.
Keep your eyes up and your wits about you. I don't want to be bringing mom any more bad news. Good luck.
Nodding he turned back towards the panel as she scurried away. He turned off his data pad light and lie in complete darkness. For some reason the lack of light calmed him and increased his focus. A beeping roused him from his concentration and he turned the light on again. It was Lia's signal. Grinning with anticipation he rerouted the camera feeds with as much dexterity and speed as he could summon. With that in place he shifted around and began crawling his way toward the planned upon site. The exit they had chosen for him was one that dropped him a few tens of feet from the door he was to open.
Itani was sweating as he approached the grate. Looking through the small bars he saw what he expected, a security camera and a small storage area. Removing the grate he pulled himself out and dropped the few feet to the floor. Gonna have to lose a few pounds if I'm to do that again. He thought, looking back at the small opening. Moving quickly through the room he found checked his data pad. Lia's signal would come soon, he had to move faster. As silent as the wind he continued to slip over and around crates, keeping to the shadows.
Itani finally reached his target but had to stifle a frustrated groan; a guard was propped up against the wall not two feet from the panel he had to activate. Scowling he sank back into the shadows behind a row of crates. One guard wasn't really a problem but... Bane had said to keep it low key, what now? The concern settled back into his stomach and he looked down at his data pad almost fearing the inevitable signal.

Bane and the rest of the group arrived back at the Ghost Star in a reasonable amount of time. Bane calmly made his way back into the ship to gather the necessary equipment.
"Alright, gather your necessary gear. No Armor unless you have some light or unidentifiable armor. Ambria I want your sniper with us also, I am not taking any chances. Mal your on equipment...we are in the middle of Coruscant, we get into a firefight we are going to need some heavy firepower. Trin, make sure you have whatever you need for tech support. Oh and Trin, if you ever let make me take a holophoto again, I will skin you alive.Alright!Lets move people!"
Bane then made his way back to his quarters and quickly but calmly gathered all his necessary equipment. He strapped both his katanas to his back, and strapped his blaster pistol to his thigh. He had a large array of small knives and daggers stashed all over his clothes. He had some very light armor under his shirt, he would rather be flexible.
Ten minutes later, Bane met the rest of the crew at the cargo bay of the Ghost Star. This time there was a transport waiting outside for them. They couldn't exactly go by air taxi with their current equipment. Bane hopped into the the transport and they made their way to the transport. Bane explained the plan to the squad as they traveled back towards the Museum.
"Alright, there are two guards outside the Service entrance. Velos and Ambria, we will drop you guys off before the service entrance. You both ghost the guards, then me and Mal will haul the equipment over. Remember, once we are in the Museum, we need to do everything silently. We get in, Ark gets the Basilisk to the transport, and we get back to the ship."
Bane looked closely at his troops, he could see it in their eyes. They were ready, not anxious but they excited. They all knew the importance of this mission, they would not fail.
They were nearing the Museum, with that Bane a reassuring nod to his troops...it was time.
[Dire,Mara...im leaving the arrival to the Museum to you, so don't wait for my post to say that we are.]

(( Lol... I love how Bane always calls Ambria by her first name. )) Ambria departed the speeder with the rest of the team as they reached the Ghost Star. All the preparations for their mission were made; now it was time to put them all into action. Luckily, their drive back to the landing pad was uneventful, and she was sure that they hadn't been followed. There had been no reason for such measures on account of the museum. She had been just a bodyguard taking her master home. Headed back to the storage lockers, she couldn't repress a grin as the colonel mentioned that he wanted her to take her sniper along. Though she couldn't foresee any reason she would need it, it would be good to feel the comfort of the rifle slung around her shoulder. Ambria stooped by her storage bin and found the familiar case and started pulling the pieces out. Everything snapped into place quickly and she made sure to add on the scope, just in case. After double-checking that it had enough power packs, she strapped it on her back before diving into the case once more for her bandolier. After she was wearing that also, Ambria unhooked her holster belt and refitted her waist with a new double-holstered belt and replaced her blaster back in its place at her right-hand side and added in a second blaster at her left, placing a silencer on both of them. This second gun was older and smaller than her other one. Though it seemed very feminine, she knew it could still pack quite a punch. And not knowing what to expect, it was always good to have two different blasters at her side, even with her sniper rifle on her back. And now along with her holdout blaster on her left bicep and the vibroblade in her boot, she felt she was ready. Without any protecting armor, she would need to be. She carefully closed her bin back up after one last survey of herself. It was a good thing they weren't planning on being super stealth, she thought, as she glanced around at the others as they were gathering their own weapons and equipment. Even without their identifiable armor on, they all looked outfitted for quite a battle. Outfitted and ready, they left the Star behind and got into the transport that Bane had hired. Ambria listened carefully to the plan as he outlined it, nodding to Trin in assention to their mission together. The guards they had to remove were at the service entrance, so at least they would have some cover and probably not as many spectators as they would at the main entrance. This would be easier than she thought. She mulled over whether to lure the guards into a false sense of security, then go in close with a blaster or knife, or to just come at them from a distance with a couple blaster bolts to the head. Perhaps she would just play it by ear, depending on the guards' disposition. The museum was growing every larger through the viewscreen of the transport. This was it. This was her time to prove herself to her new squad. Before the transport had completely come to a stop, Ambria was already halfway out the door without looking to see if Trin was behind her. Assuming so, she just went on ahead towards the service entrance, coming in at the side of it. The guards were talking and didn't notice her until she was a few meters away. The nearest one turned his head at a gesture from his friend and moved his hand to his hip. She grinned at them. "Hello, boys. Nice day, isn't it?" Ambria briefly wished she had her helmet with her to check the HUD to make sure Trin had her blaster out to cover her, but she just had to keep moving and stay focused. With no time for anything fancy, she whipped out her own blaster pistol with her right hand and put a nice smoking hole in the forehead of the near guard, already training her gun on the other guard before the first one fell.

Trin rode back in silence. The tension was mounting and she was eating it up. She couldn't wait for the next stage of the plan. Before she knew it, she was back on the Ghost Star and Bane was back to barking orders... and threats. She didn't even try to suppress her laughter.
Yes sir. She said with a grin before heading back to get her gear. Yet again, no overt armor would be allowed. But that was alright. If things went the way they should, they wouldn't need it. So instead, she changed out of her assistant costume and back into her black uniform. She tied her hair up and out of her face, already feeling back to normal. The sleeves of her shirt were baggy enough for her to conceal her gauntlets underneath. They looked a little bulky, but she didn't plan on allowing any guards to live long enough to get a good look.
She slung a utility belt around her waist and strapped her two small blasters to her thighs. Just in case, she packed a few small explosives and some gas canisters into a bag and swung it over her shoulder. Feeling pumped, she followed the others into the speeder, where they recieved their orders on their way back to the museum. She returned Ambria's nod as they were assigned the job of taking out the two guards and was right on her heels as they were dropped off at the service entrance.
Ambria was a great distraction as they approaced the guards and she took out the first with a nice clean kill. However, before she could get in another shot, a whoosh and a thud indicated that Trin had beat her to the punch... or in this case, the stab. Ambria left a hole clean through the first guys head. Trin's metal dart didn't go all the way through, but it went far enough. The second guard fell to his knees, eyes still darting back and forth between the two deadly women, and then slumped to the ground next to his companion.
Trin flashed Ambria a satisfied smile and a nod, then touched her hand to the com in her ear. Service entrance secured. She said. After removing the dart from the man's head and wiping off the blood, she loaded it back into her guantlet and took up a watchful place by the door, opposite Ambria.
(Thanks for leaving me the other one Mara!)

Confusion quickly fled from Ark's mind as the sensor systems started flooding the now familiar sensations into his mind. He kept enough presence of mine not to move. Instead scanning his surroundings by carefully moving his receptors in their socket and pulsing his radar around. To his left he noticed the familiar if...fuzzily so form of a basilisk. Activating a suite of other sensors he scanned the form of the droid with low level beams. Reactor is ok, core appears intact, everything looks fine. Ark stared into the dark before sending a sensor pulse searching for the guards. One was nearby and heading his way and indeed soon enough the uniformed man walked past arks frame before stopping and walking back. Ark tensed ready to snap the man in half as he turned to the droid his face illuminated by the dull red glow of ark's twin photoreceptors.
"Hmm, ugly brute." The guard muttered to himself before sighing and moving off. After several minutes Ark deemed it safe to scan again and satisfied that none where coming his way soon Twisted the fencing around himself and stepped down from his display platform to walk over to the basilisks. Ark reached down at the base of the droids "neck" and pulled open a rust crusted panel to access a mass of small screens buttons, nobs, and levels of all sizes and description. Ark started up all it's systems but made sure to keep any remaining weapon systems and motivation systems offline.
Stepping back he could hear a very quite whine from deep in the bulk of the droid and it's photoreceptor flicker to life after several minutes a low growl began to emit from the droid. {in mandalorian}"What disgrace do you want now republic droid?"
"Shush, honorable basilisk I am no repu-"
"Lie!, your armor betrays you."
"An empty shell is all, I am a mandalorian, like your master once was."
"Master? I have no master you kind destroyed him."
"Listen to me would I have activated you if I intend to destroy you now?"
"...trickery, always trickery."
"It is not a trick, Name your master and I shall prove it."
This is going to take a while ark thought as he waited for the droid's reply.

Mal grunted as he heard Bane say "No Armor, unless you have armor that doesn't stand out.". He had never gone on a mission without his armor, or any armor for that matter, which is what he was doing now. On top of that this mission was easily fifty times as crazy as the hardest Op he did. The man smirked. Yep, it should be fun.
Upon returning to Lia's ship Mal began to gather his equipment. It was mostly just his BFG and all of its little nick-nacks like ammo and power cells. He wasn't stupid enough to rely on one old gun, however, so he did keep that over sized blaster pistol that was strapped to his thigh and of course the one that Lia gave him. He shook his head, if he was gonna be the equipment boy then he had better bring more than that.
He quickly procured; 10 blaster rifles, about 15 blaster pistols, grenades of every flavor, and a few of all kinds of vibro-based weapons. He even picked up a few rocket launchers, both Anti-Tank and Anti-Personnel. To top it off he filled the space not taken up by guns with all the blaster packs, power cells, and extra rockets that he could fit into the duffel bags. He had 2 duffel bags slung over each of his massive and broad shoulders. He followed the group to the transport that had been hired and began to listen to the plan as he shifted the weight of one of the duffel bags on his shoulder. He nodded at the plan, it was good.
Mal shrugged, he was a little slow on the draw... but it was kinda hard to be fast and kill those two when you had easily over 150 pounds of equipment on your shoulders. The man shouldered his giant rifle and got ready to enter the building. If he wasn't the pack mule he would have already gone in, but they didn't need the guy who carried everything rushing in and getting shot. He snickered a little at the thought. "Like a true REMF, man. You would make a perfect Captain in the Republic."

Reaching the outer grate, Lia sighed and unscrewed the panel, lifting it free and poking her head out. No one around...just like normal. Smiling slightly, she climbed out and wiped the rest of the sweat from her hairline. Gah, that stupid tunnel was hot! Huffing, she took the few steps to the access panel she needed. Time to get shocked, she mused as she began hooking up her datapad and decoder. Watching the screen, she pulled out one of the tools from her belt and sighed. This wasn't about to be fun. Watching the locking mech that would typically be used by a droid click into the proper position, she inserted the tool and followed the coding on her datapad, turning the tool appropriately. Bracing herself, she turned the tool once more, receiving the shock she had been expecting. Hissing at the burning and tingling then subsequent numbness, she watched the security systems lift one by one.
Now for the key codes...
Watching the decoder finish unscrambling the files, Lia began systematically putting in the sequence of numbers and letters for the codes. It took a few moments, but once it was done, she knew it was safe enough to signal Lat to allow the others in. Tapping in the 'all clear' and sending it to Lat's com, she returned to what she was doing. That was when something caught her attention...
Shit....not good...
There was another security system! Something new, something she'd not planned on. Pulling out her third datapad, she hooked it into the system as well and began trying to unscramble it's code before it could catch her in the system. It was trolling about in there actively looking for security threats....they must have gotten wise after last time! Why hadn't she thought of that before?! Cursing again, she clicked on the earpiece Trin had given them.
Hate to be a party pooper guys, but I might have some bad news. They added a new system that's on the search and destroy. If I can't cut it off before it gets to my plug-ins we could have security breathing down our necks, and I can't just pull out now or the whole system will be screaming "red alert" on us...
God she hated this job sometimes. This was like playing hide and seek with a predator...not likely a game one would win.

As he squatted in the shadows Itani began to have second thoughts on the whole operation. He caught himself in wonder; was he always so pessimistic? Perhaps it was everything that was at stake in this operation, the whole Mandalorian war effort hinged on getting the droid. Then again, Lia had never been with him on his jobs, that must have been part of it. As an assassin he always worked alone, having others who were depending on him was a new feeling.
The Assassin looked down at his data pad, still nothing. What was taking her so long? Peeking over the crate Itani analyzed the guard with a killer's eye, though he didn't plan on taking any lives today. The stout human wore a standard issue uniform, little more than street clothing. He did appear to have a blaster on him and a riot baton but no heavy weaponry. A vibration snapped his mind to attention causing him to draw his data pad. It was his signal. Depressing a small switch on his earpiece he tucked the data pad into his garb.
Knocking out the guard. Hold position.
Standing he ducked out of his concealment and into the guard's line of sight. The guard reached for his baton as Itani strode up, a concerned look upon his face.
Excise me, sir. I am a bit lost. This building is larger than it looks.
His voice was sincere and well practiced as was his facial expression. The guard released the grip on his baton and turned toward the assassin. As if he had seen this sort of thing before he sighed, shook his head, and pointed down the hall.
Up the hall, third door on...
In a similarly well rehearsed move Itani jammed his hand in the man's kidney causing him to gasp in pain. Stepping back he threw a kick to the man's chin dropping him to the floor. Keeling he grasped a region at the base of the man's neck and the guard was soon snoring softly. Cringing he realized the man was a bit too heavy to move by himself. Extracting the security key from the guard, Itani slid it into the release panel aside the door. With a shove he had the heavy steel entrance open, smiling broadly. As the others came into view he stepped aside.
Welcome to the Coruscant Museum of History. Be sure to check out our pride and joy, a real Mandalorian Basilisk War Droid.
At that same moment Lia squawked in warning them about a problem with security. Looking at his companions he couldn't really do anything but wait.
