Blood, it spurted in glorious fountains all around him, painting the walls in a beautiful red. Metal, even blood could not entirely cover its striking gleam. Blood and metal, these were the two elements that came together, these were....Bane. There was no difference between his katanas and his body, they were in perfect harmony. As one officer cried out, his blade plunged into the heart of the next. A sickening squishing of his blade being pulled out followed soon after.
Bane suddenly felt a sharp pain in his back, he roared, spinning around and sending his blade at his attacker. The momentum behind Bane's swing was tremendous, the blade cutting the officers head clean off. He sent his foot straight into one officers face, and then ducked to narrowly dodge a rifle aimed at his head. He swung as he came up, cutting an officer from his right hip to left shoulder. He followed by swing the blade in his other hand to the left, slashing another officers midsection.
No matter how many times Bane swung his katanas, another officer appeared to take the place of the fallen. Bane didn't know it, but he was bleeding from multiple wounds all over his body. Bane was in his element though, pain meant nothing to him, it only infuriated him more. Bane could see so much fear in these officers, it was pathetic, it spurned him on even more. Bane cut down three officers in quick succession, finishing with the third before the first even hit the ground.
It was in this respite which he got a glimpse of Italia, being pinned down by officers. Bane pulled his right arm back, and with a roar sent his Katana flying into one of the officers that was pinning her. His throw had come at a cost, as Bane was struck hard in the head. His visions blurred as he stumbled backwards, trying to regain his balance. He gained his footing and turned to swing his blade, but was tackled to the ground, his blade skidding away. The officer was above him, pummeling him with punch after punch. He tried to reach for his katana but it was too far away. He suddenly grabbed the officers head and pulled it in, slamming it into his own head. He then turned with whatever strength he had left, and sent his right elbow crashing into the officers temple.
Bane shoved the officer off him, and got to his knees. Bane barely had any energy left, his wounds starting to take their toll. He wasn't sure if he could go on any longer...
"Giving up already Bane?" he asked himself quietly.
He remained quiet for a few moments and then burst out into a harsh laughter which filled the room.
"I AM JUST GETTING STARTED!!!" said Bane with a roar.
With that, Bane grabbed a knife from his vest and threw himself at the next wave of officers.

(( Okay, Lat and Meira... I'm joining y'all....))
Judging that the others, since she had seen the ship was opened up, had noticed her arrival, Ambria went straight up the gangway. Bypassing as many living areas and main passages as she could, she took the quickest route to the storage area to switch out her gear. While she was stripping herself of her mini arsenal, she shouted back towards the front of the ship, "We need to get that basilisk loaded up!" She hoped that both Itani and Trin were here, but it wouldn't make that much different--that droid was heavy.
Devoid of anything extra except for her medical bag, Ambria moved forward through the Star, finally coming across Itani and Trin, the latter with a very fresh-looking wound on her arm. Quickly, she moved her eyes over it; it looked clean enough. Itani had done a fair job. Ambria knew she wouldn't be the only one here with battlefield medical experience, but she was sure she probably had more than most. She let go of her bag, and it landed with a thump against the metal of the ship.
Sure that Trin had been taken care of and didn't need more medical attention, she turned to both of them, all business. "Best idea for getting that droid in the hold without Ark here?" Ambria was sure they would be surprised to hear that the cyborg wasn't with her, but it wasn't her problem any more. The three of them had to get that droid in the Ghost Star, safe and secure. And leave in an hour, with or without the others. Ambria wasn't looking forward to that moment and pushed it from her mind. They would be back, she was sure of it. Ark would rescue the rest of the team, and then she would have to patch them all up. "By the way... this ship got a medical bay? Or any sort of facilities?"

Don't mention it..
He was still unable to look Trin in the eyes as he started on the last few stitches. It must have been something to see a fully armored Mandalorian stitching up a wound, mask and all. Other than that something seemed off as Itani's deft hand worked on the woman's upper arm. He was calm, too calm for the situation and he recognized this. They were in hostile territory, stealing something that could jump-start the Mandalorian war machine, and Itani was relaxing. There was something about his patient that made him feel just so, shutting off the ever constant nag of worrying that seemed to take up residence lately. Itani was thankful that he still had his mask on because he was blushing fiercely.
I had to learn how to dress wounds in the field pretty early on. Stepped on a sharp bit of rock and couldn't walk, dressed the wound and made it home. I was, maybe, ten.
Itani's mind stopped there, the odd feeling ebbing away as he returned to his senses. His hands moved faster now, more accurate, making the last few punctures and closing up the wound. With a few deft movements he cut the wire and bandaged the weeping wound. This wasn't a time for softness, for such insane thoughts. He still had a job to do. Offering the young woman his shoulder he lifted her into the co-pilot's chair, making sure to not irritate the newly bandaged section.
Keep an eye on the panels for me, you can't do much else in your condition.
He patted the uninjured part of her arm. Trin was still pale, blood loss had really done a number on her. Thankfully now that she was taken care of he started to repack his kit. As luck would have it, Ambria made an appearance moments after he had finished. Her first few words made Itani worried. Ark had planned to return with her and help load the massive battle droid. What was going on out there?
If you think two people can load that thing you are really off your nut, Ambria. Unless there are magnetic loaders in the back we will have to do it the old fashioned way.
Itani grabbed his helmet and pulled it off, breathing a bit easier without the mouth guard. His hair a complete mess as he walked past the soldier. At her second question he turned around and looked back at her.
Hell if I know, here. He nods, tossing his bag of medical supplies to the young woman. You see about a med bay and I'll see to the droid.
An idea failing to form in his mind, Itani quickly trots from the bridge to the cargo bay. The rank Coruscant wind had begun to pick up as he strode up to the hulking form of the Basilisk War droid. It certainly had an intimidating air to say the least. Running his hands across its rough hull he sighed heavily. This was not going to be easy. Turning back to the hold he began to scan the walls, looking for something, anything that could be used to haul their massive prize into the hold of the Star.
Activating his long silent head-set he linked to Ambria.
Where are the others? I haven't heard hide nor hair from anyone in at least ten clicks. If you can, give us a sit-rep Ambria.

Trin listened to Itani's short story about having to bandage his own foot when he was a kid. She really couldn't do anything else. But she nodded her understanding. Her other arm held a jagged scar from when she had been pushed during a fight onto some rusted metal. That had happened around ten as well. People get banged up. And for them especially, it was part of the job.
Soon, they could hear the transport as it landed near the Star, and Ambria appeared shortly after, her own medical kit in hand. Trin was about to protest, thinking for a moment that Ambria had come to help Itani fix her up. Really, it wasn't bad at all. If anything, Trin was embarrassed she hadn't hurt herself more. The thought brought the realization again that the others were still back at the museum. Her already pale face blanched even more as Itani helped her onto her feet. She was ready to help in whatever way she could, even though her arm was still numb, but he set her down in the copilot's chair.
She turned her head incredulously as he told her to watch the panel. Her light brown eyes flashed with irritation. Really? Watch the panel?! She couldn't say the words, her jaw was clenched tight in annoyance. Did he not realize that she was Mandalorian Spec-Ops?? It wasn't like she was some breakable doll. Yeah, she was a little woozy, but she could do more than sit here and watch the panel. But he was out of the cockpit before she could form her words into her retort and she leaned back against the seat, defeated, huffing out her breath in exasperation.
With eyebrows knitted together, she resentfully stared at the panel she was now in charge of babysitting. Little lights were flashing here and there, indicating that the ship was ready for a quick departure. The loading ramp was down in the cargo bay, hidden blaster turrets were fully operational, engines primes. She sighed. If she could feel anything on her right arm, she'd twiddle her thumbs. Then she caught site of one tiny switch that had a yellow indicator light pulsing above it. Trin leaned forward to read the label bellow the switch.
Magnetic Loading Clamp
Trin flipped the switch. From back in the cargo hold, she could hear mechanical movements. Hopefully, Itani was paying attention. If not, it served him right for banishing her to panel duty. With a self satisfied smile, Trin turned her attention to a frequency scanner. She started turning knobs, in hopes of hearing some news about what was happening back at the museum. But the first clear signal stopped her. Apparently, Celke had gotten impatient, and gone after a cargo ship carrying...
She let out a burst of laughter. Leave it to that psychopath to blow up who knows how many tons of waste. Trin was now somewhat glad she was inside the ship. She didn't want to be outside if it started to rain. She laughed again.

((( LOL, Meira, you mention me instead of Ambria in your post. ))) She nodded at his words. Ambria had expected they would have to try to lift it the old-fashioned way. She deeply hoped this ship had the magnetic loaders because they couldn't exactly go ask spaceport security to find some mechanics or workers to help load in the basilisk. No one could know that they were connected to the current trouble going on at the museum across the city. Raising her eyebrow, she caught the bag he tossed to her. Well, at least now she had double the supplies. "Yes, sir." Ambria bit back adding a sarcastic "captain" to the end of her agreement. That was no way to get herself in good graces, and she needed to keep her cool for when the rest of the team showed up. She walked over to where she had dropped her own medbag, letting him get a grasp of the basilisk situation. Ambria crouched down to survey what kind of supplies he had in his and if anything was missing. What she needed to find in the medbay, if it existing. Sifting through the two bags, she resisted shaking her head. He thought this Itani was Italia's relative, her brother. How could he not know his sister's ship well enough to know whether it had a medbay or not? Repacking the bags in a more organized manner, she slightly started as the commlink clipped to her belt buzzed. She clicked on a hands-free function, letting his voice come from her waist as she kept working. Ambria stood and started looking through the ship for anything resembling a medbay, remaining silent to gather her thoughts to his question. She took a deep breath and shifted the two medbags to one arm as she grabbed her comm with the other, keeping her voice stable and businesslike. "Still back at the museum. Haven't seen them since I first left with the basilisk and Ark onboard. Even when I turned back to drop Ark back, I saw no sign of them." Ambria paused. Her voice took on a softer note. "And we leave in an hour, no exceptions. Ark's orders."

Cracks spread across the marble steps as ark ascended them the bright sparks of the searing blaster bolts colliding with the behemoths shield the only outward sign the cyborg gave as it climbed upward at a slow measured pace. Inwardly Ark glared at the entrance of the museum as the broken empty eye sockets of the empty windows loomed larger in his view. Suddenly his narrow view path became blocked by a particularly brave and foolish S.W.A.T officer. With out even breaking stride ark clubbed them with the back of his form arm the three and a half hundred pound beskar club sending the swat officer flying. Strangely after the mass of police gathering at the stairs foot the lobby was deserted, no doubt thanks to the crumbled cruiser still laying over the strewn remains of a visitor's terminal.
Ark spotted a police officer duck around a corner after staring open mouthed at the cyborg. Ark cocked his head to the side and followed behind or at least would have if it hadn't been the sudden sound of commotion. Snapping back around he ran down a corridor only to find it empty. Glaring he could still hear the sounds of battle to his left ark looked at the wall for several long seconds. If one had been close enough they would have heard the cyborg utter a muted prayer that the wall wasn't a rate baring one moments before the metal monstrosity battered though the wall. Chunks of the roof did tumble down, but ark nor the police on the other side of the wall paid much mind to the dust and small chunks of duracreet falling from the ceiling instead focusing on the collapsing wall and the cause of it, now crushing the middle of the formation under it's bulk. Most of the officers simply broke and ran, the few that remained were quickly silenced by the swings or stamping feet of the mandalorian cyborg.
Ark turned wiping dust and blood from his receptors with a clean portion of his right hand. Ark caught a glimpse of battle a main falling to the ground with a long blade transecting his head barely visible past the mass of police. "Bane" Ark thought to himself it could be no one else. Ark let out a battle cry as she charged head long into the mass of police bowling them over and trampling most of them under his feet as he crashed through the narrow door into the low ceiling room. Ark turned the battle was truly on now as he brought his hand down crushing on mans skull before sending another crumpling to the floor with a back handed strike. With a third swing he practically cleared the area before bane sending the officers flying in multiple directions before he thundered on towards the pile in a cold fury. He could now see bane to his left and mal to his right that left only one comrade missing. Ark grabbed the man on top of the pile easily lifting him well above his comrades heads. Arkanados held the man by his left arm and leg and began pulling. Ark had only heard a scream like that once in his life he realized at the mans torso gave way tearing with a horrible sound as the two halves of the man separated pouring blood out of both halves.

Whoosh! Thump! CRACK!
Those three sounds were all that Mal knew as he swung his busty beauty at the guards, and nearly every swing produced two to three more carrions. Sometimes four or five depending on the concentration of the guards around the door. Then he heard the feminine roar of pain and anger as Lia's rifle was wrenched from her grasp, ripping the skin down to the bone. The Mandalorian's face scrunched together in anger as he swiped the statue around and caught a man in the face, snapping his neck and shattering his jaw.
Malak left his post at the door to go and assist his fallen comrade, as he neared the dog pile he coiled up his arms in preparation to swing. A blaster bolt hit him in the back of his knee, forcing it to the ground, just as he was about to swing his bronzed beauty at the group holding Lia down, but he felt no pain... only numbness. Numbness? The man tried to get up from his kneeling position, but could not. They were using stun rounds. Mal threw himself into a fury as he whipped around and hurled the statue at the assailants. The bronze statue barely left his grasp before another bolt pelted his shoulder, again he felt nothing more than numbness as his torso rolled with the strike. The man grabbed the closest object he could, a little china orb, and hurled it behind him at the men as yet another bolt struck the shoulder opposite of the now numb one. This time he couldn't roll with the hit, the massive man was forced to the ground with a resounding “thud.” The artifacts on the table had barely stopped wobbling from the three hundred fifty pound man hitting the ground before the guards jumped on him.
“It will take more than a few strikes from you chissaum to subdue me!”
Mal snarled as he called forth all of his remaining strength so that he could throw the men off of him. Though the Mandalorian was powerful, even more so in his current fury, he was not strong enough to rip off those men. How can this happen!? I am a Mando'ade! I cannot allow myself the dishonor of being captured AGAIN! He thought, and as if on cue he heard the crash of a giant thing through stone and metal, the Mando'ade looked up to see the hulking form of Ark as he began to slaughter the men in the room, including the ones that were on top of him.
It didn't take five seconds for Mal to hop up and grab one of the fallen men's blaster rifles, he had a fight to finish.

((for ref: img.photobucket.com/albums/v350/HDumbledore/reclaimmuseum2.png )) Italia was FAR from happy...and that was the most understated understatement one could make. As she felt the weight gather on her back, the little spitfire had struggled under her fleshy bonds and managed to lift them with her as she shoved against the floor with her knees. A flash of bloody silver and the sickening crack of bone and one of the weights fell from her back. Grunting she continued to struggle against her oppressors until she felt several more pile upon her, sending her crashing to the ground once more. Hissing with the renewed pain in her hand, and now her head, she heard the angry cries of Bane behind her, and moments later, Mal from the side of her. It was getting more and more difficult for the mando woman to fight back against the men holding her down as her strength depleted itself with her blood. The men were still fighting, still standing! She should be also! Giving another upward shove she felt something solid strike her between the shoulders with an uncomfortable shock that sent her sprawling once more. The muscles there went numb as the baton struck her hard across the spine. It was then Lia knew she couldn't fight much longer, her body just wouldn't....couldn't....take it. For all her fight, the woman knew her limits, as much as she hated them, and she knew that she had crossed those limits a while ago. Force take me...please take me before they do! Anything before they dishonor me! Managing to turn her head to face the direction Mal was in, she watched him hit the ground from the stun bolts, green eyes full of anger and regret. Anger at the officers who were doing this to them...regret that she couldn't do more...that she had been too weak to help them more. None of this should have been happening...if she had done her part properly none of this would be happening...they would all be safely away from there. Now, all she could do was struggle against the men who had pulled her arms behind her back roughly and give Mal a "please kill me before they capture or dishonor me" look and hope he caught it. Mal, however, was being forcibly subdued as well, as more stun bolts hit him and the officers swarmed around him as well. He, however, was having an easier time getting out from under them it seemed. Please! Kill me before they can capture me! No sooner had that thought flashed through her mind than the ground and building trembled and cracked under and around her, causing the men holding her down to lessen their grip. She struggled again, then, her arms still pinned behind her. The struggling only earned her their attention, however, and she was soon pushed back to the floor. She felt herself dragged upward slightly before feeling one weight gone from her. One large metal 'foot' came into her view and she couldn't help but heave a slight sigh of relief. Ba'buir...They weren't out of the woods yet, but at least with Ark around they stood a chance! A blood chilling scream was heard and the men piled across her back recoiled before she felt a warm, thick, liquid slither down her clothing, hair, and skin. The color was...red? Blood? Not hers...then...Feeling momentarily sick, she grimaced at the thought of just what might have happened. Magically, however, the men on her back scrambled to get away from the woman, and thus the enraged cyborg. Twisting her arms back around to where she could use them, she shoved herself up with them, hissing and cursing at the pain from her injuries, mainly her torn finger. Rising to her feet, she backed toward Ark for a moment as she scooped up a discarded blaster in her left hand and pinned her injured right hand between her side and her left arm, hopefully stemming the bleeding at least a little, before turning to fire a the officers aiming to rush at Bane from behind.

A roar. The officers hesitated as they charged forward, it shook them to their very core. They looked at the animal in front of them, a feral grin that could only be associated with a predator. Painted in red, the animal stalked its prey. It panted, for it had killed relentlessly, but it still had that fire in its eyes. It was this fire, this light in his eyes, that held the officers at bay. One officer finally mustered up the courage to attack; a metallic claw slashed his jugular. Blood spurted forth, painting the ceilings, the floor, and the predator. Fear slowly melted away, replaced by anger and hate; the officers charged forward.
Bane's mind barely registered as he slashed the first man's throat. His grip suddenly faltered as a wave exhaustion washed over him. He shook the feeling off, grasping the hilt of his knife tighter. The officers then charged at him, and he responded in kind. He grabbed the first man's right wrist with his left hand and twisted it. The man cried out in pain but was cut short as Bane's blade entered his neck. Bane yanked the blade out, tossing the man aside, as a fountain of crimson dominated his view.
He spun to the right as another officer landed a glancing blow on his ribs. He rewarded that officer with a his left elbow in the man's head, as he completed his spin. He wasn't fast enough to block the next officer's attack which landed hard on his chest. He looked up just in time to see a knife coming at him. He brought his left arm up, and let out a roar, as the blade penetrated his forearm. The officer stunned by the move, didn't react fast enough to avoid Bane's blade in his throat. Bane didn't have time to pull the blade out, as he was pushed backwards by another officer attempting to tackle him. He sent his knee twice into the man's gut, and threw him off to the side.
Bane suddenly felt a sharp pain on his right shoulder, causing him to fall to his knees. He shot his right leg out behind him, and felt it connect with another officer's leg. He turned just in time to see another officer in front of him. He pulled the knife out of his forearm, and jammed it into the man's thigh. He then launched upward, and sent his fist into the underside of the man's chin. He had just gotten to his feet when one of the wall's suddenly exploded. He thought the police has blown in the other wall, but watched as a massive cyborg appeared instead.
The damn fool can't even follow orders...
Though Bane thought this, he couldn't deny that he was relieved to see Ark here. There was still a chance that they might get out of this alive. Bane finally had a little time to gather the situation as the officers were stunned by Ark's appearance. He let out a little sigh of relief as Ark helped Lia out, but they were still far from safe.
The first thing we need to do is get out of this damn room.
He turned around, and saw officers still coming in from the wall they had blown in. Mal had moved over to Lia, near to where the initial entrance was. Bane was in the center of the room, there was only one way out, the wall Ark busted through.
"Mal!Italia!Ark! Listen up! We are getting out through this wall over here. Italia and Mal, you two are running point, haul ass. Ark your covering the six. Move!" Bane's words shout out in rapid succession, uncaring if the officers heard.
The officers were coming towards Bane now, as Ark provided as a deterrent, which is why Bane had ordered things the way he did. He rushed forward, seeing his katana on the floor. He grabbed it, and brought it up, and then down on the first officer. He would hold them here until he knew Mal and Italia were clear. Though Bane's body felt like one big wound, the small hope that the others could escape kept his spirit burning.
Maybe, just maybe, they would all get out of this alive.

((sorry, folkies, but the Mal muse is killing me right now... I can't crank out those good posts like I could before for some reason Y_Y))
Despite the fact that the man was nearly eight feet tall and weighed well over three hundred pounds Mal could move pretty quickly. No, he couldn't move quite as fast as Lia, or even Bane, but he could move pretty fast nonetheless. He cleared the distance between him and Lia, who was then drenched in the blood that was left behind from the man that Ark ripped in half. Mal grimaced a little. Ark ripped the man in half with his bare hands. The Mando'ade brought his rifle to bear on one of the officers who happened to be pointing right back at him and pulled the trigger. Nothing. The rifle was out of charge. Mal yelled something in Aphithiri, the language was graceful, beautiful, flowing in the voice of a female... yet considerably more aggressive in a male's voice. It would make the Police officers who hadn't ran from their comrade being ripped in half or just come in nearly defecate themselves.
But then, the officers realized that the man's rifle wouldn't fire, and so they got bold... and stopped dodging. Mal hurled the rifle into the closest officer's face with all of his might, the man crumpled to the ground a husk devoid of life. The behemoth launched himself to the right and pressed the trigger down, only to have the thrum of the electro-magnets trying to throw a tungsten slug respond. Instead of reloading, like he should have the first time, Mal decided to take the rifle off of its sling and use the butt as a bludgeon. This would do little to no harm to the massive rifle; not only was it designed to not only hurl a gigantic (comparatively) bullet at hypersonic speeds, but also be used as a devastatingly efficient bludgeon should the Aphithiri Warrior's ammunition run dry and his war blade become notched.
The giant swung his club like one of the antagonists of those ancient stories told to children simply to scare them, every swing killed at least one man as it generally connected with his head or neck. Mal brought down the butt of his rifle on the top of one man's head, causing his eyes to roll into the back of his head as he collapsed to the ground. Bane's quick, loud, and clear words shot into Mal's ears louder than any of the cries of the men that he slew.
Without a second word the Mandalorian followed his leader's orders and stopped slaying the dishonorable dogs that stood before him, only to turn around and head through the gaping hole that Ark made. He took this time to wipe some of the blood off of his rifle and slap a fresh magazine into the bay.
Now, he was ready to Rock and/or Roll.

Ark growled as he let the remains of the man grasped in his metallic grasp drop to the floor. The majority of the officers still yet not killed or injured had already ran out of the cyborgs range. Ark gazed dully out at his comrades as the fought the few that remained heard through his head the sounds of the dieing groaning around him the sound of the crack as mall's rifle shattered a man's skull. The battle drunk cyborg shook his head to clear the mist from his mind as Bane, his battle brother spoke. Grunting his accent he planted him self like some great immovable tree trunk at the center of the room to await the beginning of the squads exodus.

The pain was beginning to seep through her adrenaline now, her hand on fire as she worked to keep it protected, not get shot at, and figure out what the hell was going on, not to mention just HOW they were going to get the blazes out of here. Luckily fearless leader stepped in. As Ark dropped the two halves of twi'lek...well, it used to be twi'lek anyway...Lia turned her face away to keep from feeling sick. She'd seen some fairly gory things, but THAT took the cake...what was worse, she realized his innards were now outtards, and those outtards were now all over her. Over the horde's din she had caught Bane's words and nodded once, grabbing a dropped blaster pack and hoping it was full...lucky her, indeed it was!
Finally something goes right...
She muttered before nodding to Mal.
Time to go.
With that, she darted toward the hole Ark had made, scrabbling over the pile of rubble and bodies as she worked to dart around the majority of the officers that had moved to try to block their way. Shooting a few of them down that got into her way, she charged down the hall that was again beginning to fill with officers.

Another body fell to Bane's blade, and more blood flooded the ground. There were four bodies sprawled across the ground in front of him, some which weren't entirely whole. Bane received a quick moment to gather his surroundings as the 5th man hit the floor. He turned to see Mal make his way out of the room, quickly followed by Italia. He quickly sheathed his katana, back in its place, and picked up a blaster. He fired towards the opening from which the officers began coming from once again.
He didn't move towards the entrance behind him, but began strafing to the left. He made his way quickly to the other side of the room, and after a few seconds of searching found what he was looking for. He ran over quickly to what he assumed was an officers body, and yanked his katana out. He sheathed it quickly, and fired a couple more shots down towards the entrance. He made his way to Ark's position quickly before he turned to the entrance and said.
"Do not be foolish, only hold them as long as necessary"
Without wasting another moment, Bane raced through the exit that Ark has created earlier as an entrance. He made his way down the parallel hallway, hoping that Mal or Italia had found a way out of here. His thoughts trailed back to Ark; he was just as stubborn as Bane, and that worried him.
He shook his head of such thoughts, and pushed forward through the hallway towards the others, and hopefully, escape.

Hearing the tell-tale signs of the magnetic clamps engaging, Ambria went about her way looking for the medbay. Itani wouldn't, shouldn't, need any help loading up the basilisk now, and she could focus on her job. Though she clipped her commlink on her belt, she only vaguely heard anything else Itani said or Trin, for that matter. She was entirely focused on her mission now. Without a doubt, the rest of their team would need medical attention, and she wanted to be prepared.
She came around a corner and finally spotted it: the Star's medbay. It was small and a bit out-of-date, but it would do. It was better than nothing, certainly. And much better than in-the-field patching up. Ambria dropped her two medbags nearby and started taking a quick inventory of what was in stock in the various small kits and drawers. Hypos, bacta patches, bandages, medicines, and some things that couldn't be carried in her bags. She needed to know where everything was so that later she could quickly grab all she needed without taking a second thought about it.
After everything was as ready as it would be, she sat down on the bay's bed. She rested her head in her hands, her elbows on her knees, hoping that they would be back before the hour was up. Ambria didn't dare look at her chrono. She had just gotten to know these people, and she didn't want to lose them.
In the distance she could here the whining of the mag clamps as the basilisk was lowered in place in the cargo bay. Itani must have gotten it all sorted out. Itani--he had did a bang-up job on Trin's arm. She would most definitely need an assistant, especially if the wounds were as bad as she feared they could be; she had seen the police patrol cars, the number of them. Bane, Italia, Mal and Ark wouldn't go down without a fight, but they wouldn't be unscathed either.
When it came down to it, Itani would have to help her. He was the only one she knew of on this ship with medical expertise, other than herself. She could tell he had more than just survival knowledge. The way he had bandaged Trin's arm showed that he had done it more than a few dozen times. She smiled slightly, wondering if he got his experience on the battlefield as well. Ambria sat up and picked up her comm, staring at it. No need to call him, not yet...

Finally, after a few moments of thought and frustration Itani sank to the floor in mental exhaustion. There was no conceivable way to push, pull, or drag the massive form of the war-droid into the hold under his own power. He was sweating, the hot air from the ships engines drafting back into the hold, making the area a sweltering mess. Standing again he walked up to examine the droid again; such an imposing form but what a pain. It was his own ineptitude that was painful, not the problem at hand. Drifting back into thinking Mandalorian he allowed himself to burst out in rage. {In Mando}
What the heck am I supposed to do! We are running out of time and I can't get this pile of scrap to move.
Watch your tongue, boy. You must be one of Lord Arc's subordinates to speak so freely.
Itani was unable to contain his surprise. He figured that Arc would have deactivated the droid before sending it back. Maybe, just maybe, the situation wasn't as bad as he thought.
Kandosii! Uh, my apologies, honorable Bes'uliik. We need to get you onto the ship so we may escape.
Agreed.
A dull humming burst from the ship and the basilisk lurched foreword a few inches. So the Star did have magnetic loaders. Mere inches from being crushed, Itani turned and jumped back out of the path of the massive beast as it floated on magnetic energy into the hold. Itani sighed and looked up at one of the bridge cameras, someone might be getting a big kick out of his brush with death. With that finished he bid the basilisk adieu and turned back towards the bridge.
As he crossed the threshold onto the bridge he saw Trin laughing. He was unable to keep himself from smiling even though she was most likely laughing at him. Approaching the panels, he saw the true reason for her glee; one of the other mando ships had attacked a waste transport. The assassin began laughing uncontrollably as he watched the cloud of waste spread out from the wreck and began losing altitude; the planet was in for some heavy rain. Reaching over Trin he activated a small switch to close the cargohold doors, minding her injury. Satisfied he reached up, putting his finger to the com he spoke into it.
Despite being almost squashed the basilisk is loaded and ready to go. And if these readings are right you must have found a medi-bay Ambria. Any new directives?
Standing back he looked through the main viewing windows, waiting for the others he hoped would arrive soon.

Ambria was startled out of her reverie when the ship's comm crackled to life, Itani speaking through it. At first thinking it was her personal commlink, she glanced at it, but it wasn't on. Shaking her head at her mistake, she stood up and made her way towards the front of the ship, figuring that the other two would be there. Easier to just make her report in person. Now that the basilisk was safe; she had heard the cargo hold close up moments before.
As she came up to the cockpit area, she joined Trin and Itani. "Yes, I have. It's small, but it will serve our purposes, I hope." She restrained for the moment of expanding on that. It wasn't worth them running around crazy as they waited for the possibility of their wounded comrades. With any luck, they would hear them coming, and that would be plenty of time to run to their stations and prepare anything they need.
Ambria looked out the viewport for a while also, watching a ship take off from a landing pad a few spots over from where the Star was berthed. It angled upwards towards the atmosphere and was eventually lost from her sight. She sighed lightly and turned to Itani and Trin, finally. "None. We now have..." the dark-skinned woman glanced at her chrono. "30 minutes before we leave with the besilisk." The words felt hollow coming from her throat. She knew that neither her nor Trin and Itani would ever accept their orders from Ark. But they had to obey, no matter how much they didn't like it. "Let's hope they arrive before then..." She paused but didn't continue. There was no need.
Then she focused her gaze on Itani. Now was the time to at least plan ahead for the coming of their team. She wouldn't let any other ending to their scenario enter her mind. They didn't have to rush around with medical supplies, but they didn't have to stand around just waiting for their team to die either. "I saw the work you did on Trin's arm," Ambria said, nodding towards the woman. "Despite our best optimism, I think I will need an assistant when our teams arrives. In the medbay." She looked unblinkingly at him. "Can you handle that?"

((fine, since neither Zark OR Dire will post...))
Lia hadn't even stopped to try to fight the few officers brave...or perhaps DUMB...enough to show their faces. Instead she focused the rest of her waning energy on darting around them and finding a way out. Spotting an emergency exit, she chuckled at the irony of what she was about to do.
Mal! Here!
Even as she called to the man, Italia rammed her shoulder into the door's long handle, causing the heavy durasteel door to fly backwards, slamming against the outer wall with a loud crash and bang. Glancing around wildly for a moment, Lia cursed inwardly. The place had been practically cleaned out of regular transports, and the remaining ones had been disabled in some way or other it seemed. The remaining officers had taken up defensible positions behind their own transports, and this worried Lia further. There was something more to this than them just being terrified of Ark.
Mal...something's wrong...very wrong...we need to get out of here fast...

((my sorry v_v this is all that I can muster from poor Mal at the moment))
Mal had followed Lia right out of the door, shooting anyone that dared to even think about firing at her. He wasn't out of the building for a few seconds before he, again, followed suit with Lia and began to frantically look around. The officers had indeed taken cover behind their transports, normally Mal would have opened up on the gaggle... but something was off.
They weren't shooting at him... or Lia.
"I know, Lia..."
His deep voice seemed to resonate off of anything that it contacted. Without a second (or fourth) word Mal positioned his own massive form between Lia and the officers. She would find a decent cover behind him until a suitable (preferably inorganic and durable) object could be found to shield them from the blaster bolts.

He ran down the hallway, passing various bodies, which he assumed were left by the two in front of him. Bane was quickly catching up to Mal and Italia, though he was hurting everywhere imaginable. He saw the form of Mal, turn through what he assumed was their escape exit. Something struck him as wrong, there was resistance up to this point, but very little. Bane's mind was in overdrive now running through the possible scenarios and came up with the same one everytime...they were being guided here. There was something that bothered him even more, there were no sounds of a firefight.
Bane then heard a deep rumbling, and it was very close. Suddenly an image he saw earlier flashed in his mind. Bane sprinted forward towards the door, and yelled one word before diving off to the side as far as he could.
"DOWN!"
Just as he hit the ground, there was a massive explosion, sending duracrete everywhere. Bane's ears were ringing, his visions was blurry, completely disoriented he tried to stand up. He leaned against a wall, and felt a sharp pain in his left leg. Looking down he saw a thin piece of duracrete lodged in his upper thigh. With a shaky hand, he grasps the piece, and took a deep breath. He roared as he pulled out the shrapnel, tossing it to the side.
He approached the door which Mal and Italia had exited through, only to find it significantly widened. He knew they had brought some sort of heavy weapons, but this was overkill. They had nowhere to run, and he knew they couldn't avoid the next shot. Whatever feeling of happiness Bane had just received from discovering that the other two were still alive dissipated. In truth, Bane was more disappointed than anything. Instead of dying gloriously in a midst of enemies, his body was going to be blown away to nothingness.
The next shot would be coming moments from now, and Bane had no intention of trying to run. He suddenly felt a very heavy hand rest on his shoulder, and turned to see none other than Ark. He fired his canon towards the center of the police barricade, creating a path for escape. He looked at Bane, his intentions clear, and Bane made no move to argue. Ark had always been a true Mandalorian, and today he would prove it once again. Bane merely nodded at Ark, for words were unnecessary in this situation.
"Mal...Italia.....Move!" He suddenly shouted
Bane sprinted forward towards the gap his old friend had made, wanting to turn back, but knowing that doing so would dishonour the cyborgs stand.

Arkanados' reflection bobbed back at him on the waxed and polished floor of the corridor as the cyborg charged down the aisle way after the others of his team. Ark thanked his rubber padded feet for not falling on his beskar coated ass as he spun to spot for pursuit. As he began to turn a flash of light and deafening roar over rushed him, imagining the migraine that would have giving a normal soldier as he staggered forward his photoreceptors slowly running trough adjustment cycles. Finally he could see the gaping maw blasted into the wall thin haze of dust still lingering in the air. Placing his palms on the shattered edges of the gap he levered himself out onto the mounded rubble. Slightly below him he could see the others including mal covering Lia. Ark jerked to his left signals unconscionably firing as his mind was quickly spider webbed with concern. Almost galloping down the slope his dropped his hand down on banes shoulder before gesturing off to a opening in the crowd of police most of whom looked almost as shocked as the mandalorians.
The ancient mandalorian glad that his word was clear as bane rushed to the gap already he could see in the distance a pair of helicopters swinging to their position. Reaching down he grabbed a chunk of rubble and hefted it above his head as the first heli dived down. Seconds after throwing the great stone his displaces momentarily clipped until he could see the ground pressed to his face as well as a legion of warnings and data points flashing in a blood red shade not the least of which was a coolant leak he noted as his reactor's temperature spiked the silvery liquid beginning to pool under his torso. His first attempt to stand failed his left arm having lost most of his motive power. Compensating ark used his right arm levering himself up before casting a glance back to the line of police.
