Jorgun Tightened his grip on the table, and felt it start to constrict, almost as if it were about to snap under the pressure. He quickly let go then exhaled. "I too am sorry, For i was hoping i would not have to travel farther then need be. Oh well. Its understandable that someone with your past in the .... well forget it. I accept your choice and understand your reasoning. Now... I think i must see to Getting a ship. However, Should you ever choose to leave this place and need a job working with weapons and such... contact me through this." Jorgun Handed Jorek A small datacard then Had the letters J and M imprented on it. "Pop it into your datapad and thier is the location of a reciever station that sends messages direct to a routing facility i have set up. I will await your call. Now where will i find Fixer?" Jorgun said rhetoricaly.
He straightened up from th table, and stretched his back. Then he preceeded in the direction he had last seen Fixer. Then something caught his attention. He had just gotten a free consultation. He didn't like having to owe anyone. "Oh... Here... for your troubles and all.." Jorgun produced two cred cards that carried a decent sum on them.. enough to buy a shipment of spice if need be. But that was not what he fealt he needed them for anymore. "Enjoy it Jorek Telayen." With that Jorgun walked back towards the direction he was originally headed before he'd turned to thank the man.
As he walked he surveyed the place, watching and memorizing where things were. He always had to know where his next exit was... and be mindful of his surroundings. Something he'd learned in long practice of his profession.
((PSF I need to speak to you now about buying a smaller spearhead ship))

Fixer's attention to the console on the racing starship, took a momentary diversion as he noticed Jorgun walk up to the side of the fighter, and observe him.
"Turned you down did he? Thats a shame." Fixer plugged in a data pad to the console along with a power feed. A shower of sparks spat out of the console and onto the floor of the cockpit, making fixer jump in his seat. "Blasted garbage!" he grumbled.
Casually he turned his head to the side to look at the Bounty Hunter while the datapad collated the data it was receiving from the starships memory core. "So what ship did you have in mind? Something small, like a frieghter? Something your Pilot can handle? Naturally, I can't provide it with weaponry. You might have better luck in the hutt systems or somewhere else in the Outer Rim. Though I might know somone you could talk to." Fixer stroked his chin with dirty fingers, rubbing some grease onto his once clean face.

Jorgun stared blankly at the man. "I dont believe i mentioned weapons... but yes, I will need a contractor." Jorgun looked to the man's left and noticed an empty seat. He took it without asking.
"I need something that is fast, strong, and can hold 7 people" stated Jorgun. As he peared into the mans face looking him straight in the eyes he was also monitoring him... listening and feeling the mans heartbeat... slow up and then speed back to normal... and then surge above normal and then back down again. Signs that he was focusing....and trying to keep from insulting the juggernaut. To make sure that the man was thinking about the ship and only the ship jorgun said politely, "I'm sorry if I--if we, were a bit invasive this afternoon. I was just in a rush.... and in my profession people usually don't cooperate unless there is a repeater staring them in the temple. nonetheless you have been very kind... and I appreciate you taking the time out to help me pick something out." Jorgun reached over offering his hand. the gesture called for trust... and for a pact of semi-freindship. Atleast for him.... Jorgun had come to terms with this man...Fixer was his name... and he hoped the feeling was mutually recipricated.

Fixer was surprised when the apology came out of the coms unit of the Bounty Hunters helmet. It seemed a completely out of character thing for somone like him to say. This afternoon the Bounty Hunter was threatenning him. This evening he was offering him a friendly handshake. Fixer looked at him with an inquisitive look. Then slowly took the Bounty Hunters hand.
"I'm not sure if I want to know what kind of person you are in the morning before your first cup of Caf." Fixer smiled, giving the Bounty Hunters hand a firm shake.
"We can head out in the morning and look for something. Seven people you say?" Fixer said as he let go of the Bounty Hunters hand and turned his attention back to the Console which was now making a soft buzzing sound. With a quick flick of the main busses the console powered down and he unplugged the Datapad.
"Sounds like a transport of some sort, maybe a shuttle." Fixers mind seemed to whir click and snap shut. "Perhaps we could find a discarded Naboo transport. Those little things have legs on em. Or maybe retrofit a Dignitaries Starship. We have some choices ahead of us." Fixer said, his face turning back to the Bounty Hunter. "Whats your name Bounty Hunter?"

Based on the mans responses it was beginning to seem that jorgun could somewhat gain assistance from this man... thus there was no reason for him to continue his facade.
"Well... i have many names... my alias changes every so often..But, for now you can call me Jorgun. Jorgun Mythrax. I'm more of a contractor of sorts." Though the man could not see him smile beneath his helmet, Jorgun was indeed smiling. "A breif history of me.... in a nutshell, im foriegn to this galaxy... and these people.. atleast by birth. I am probabaly old enough to be your great grandpa's great great grandpa." Jorgun rubbed one of his shoulders trying to undo a muscle cramp he'd gotten earlier. "Perhaps you have heard of my previous alias... Cru'lan?" It felt wierd saying it.... that part of him died long ago.

Fixer had indeed heard the name in relation to something very dark out on the rim. It involved a Hutt crime syndicate, about 1000 sharp impliments, and 200 water barrels used to hold the leftovers.
Fixer's blood seemed to drain slightly from his face and he coughed to make sure his voice would'nt squeek.
"I heard a few things, some good some bad. It all depends on what side of the story you were on." Fixer tried to recall at length the story he had heard. One that had rid him of a rather slimy boss, and the so quote debt the ugly slug said he owed him.
"That was about ten to fifteen years ago." Fixer tried to hard to remember. "Oh yes, thats right." Fixer turned his head away a moment, now thinking about ship design and engines in the back of his head. "Your a Gen'dai." He chuckled softly. "Funny, why come to me for a ship. Its been said you Gen'dai live for thousands of years. You must have accumulated a massive amount of wealth by now. Enough to buy your own shipyards."

How interesting "Hmm.. its true. I am indeed a Gen'dai. And yes....you are also correct about my ability to have amassed a large fortune. While i could buy my own shipyards... i would attract the wrong attention. I dont like to be noticed if you get the drift... a quiet life is nice. But this does not mean i am going to pay above average... though, perhaps we could come to an arrangment where I invest in your little shop you have going here?" Jorgun was staring at the man blankly, relaxed, yet still aware of his surroundings.

Fixer smiled genuinely. "Though I appreciate the offer of investment. That can sometimes lead to a confusion of rolls. I like to keep things clear and simple." Fixer stroked the five o'clock shadow on his face. "Why don't we step into my office and we can look over some body types, or we can get down to the gutts of it and talk price."

Fixer climbed out of the shabby seat in the racing starship and lead Jorgun to a small office adjacent to the Hangar. "Time," he repeated the word Jorgun just mentioned. " I smell a Job." Fixer sat down in his chair, which creaked under his weight.
He dragged a data pad toward himself on the table and pulled up several search quieries involving several depositories of requisitioned vehicles in the system.
"What size are we talking here. Something small enough to be handled by a single Pilot?"

After Jorek's request, he finished his drink and went back into his quarters to work on the droid that crashed 6 hours ago. In truth now that he lived here, his job never really ended. He could get up in the middle of the night and get right back to work, his hobby was also his job and it came to him like breathing. His work and free time blended seamlessly together.
He had been slaving over the memory cluster till the early hours of the morning, and he had just about gotten it. Everything else was replace to as much as it had to be. He fabricated some new legs and an arm a while ago, but this memory was extensive and it had gone through a beating from something. The droid looked weathered quite a bit, and given where it came from Jorek could only imagine what it had been doing and what it had gone through to have to eject from an escape pod.
Finally, after an entire nights work he had finally felt safe enough to power it up to maintenence mode and run the final diagnostic. He linked the datapad to it and entered the command for it to run in standard mode. He then turned the power switch on to run full power. "Hello. Welcome back to the world. You crashed outside of our shop in an escape pod. Do you remember what happened?"
(MX-104 has been activated. But I don't quite understand his problem with memory. Can he not record new information? Can he record new, but not access his old memory?)

(his memory was wiped, which is why he can't remember anything. However, he has a backup drive that allows him to remember entire events with perfect precision in a similar situation. So if you shoot at him with a blaster rifle, he will remember a situation where that has happened to him before, and he will react accordingly. It's curable amnesia.)
Mx-104 was brought back from the brink and immediately began to analyze the information given to him. An instant diagnostic revealed new parts, arms and legs specifically, and that his internal memory core had been tampered with to a small extent. In front of him was a being with no recognizable military insignia (although he had no way of knowing whether or not to look for them, his programming had all of them hardwired into his mind as being authoritive), but who had apparently repaired him, and who he had referred to earlier as "sir". This, reasoned the old droid, was most probably his superior officer.
"Do you remember what happened?"
The scene thus replayed itself in Mx-104's memory.
"The escape pod made impact at a 37.6 degree angle from the west exactly nine hours and thirty-sic minutes ago, and suffered damages beyond practical repair. I have been in that time repaired, sir."
A second diagnostic allowed Mx-104 to re-recognize the new parts as his own.
"I am repaired, sir, and I am ready for stationing. Scans have not detected any Mandalorians, sir. If I am mistaken, I should require further repair."

Jorgun simulated himself shaking his head, saying no. "No, actually i need an attack freighter, something that can be piloted by two people, and carry three to four more. It needs average hull space, able to carry large cargo, and be easy to work with when it comes to installing new parts, and other accessories, such as a guidance system for some siesmic missles. All in all, I'm looking for an average ship that can be equipped the hell out of and hold between 5-6 people. That good enough?" he started patting his knee with his gauntlet as if it was a drum, something he'd done before when he was getting impatient, but he was trying his best to stay calm and act rational with the man infront of him.

Fixer sat back in his office chair, which creaked as his weight shifted. He motionned with a dirty hand for Jorgun to sit in the one cooshy customer chair across from him. His gaze turned from the Gen'dai he was speaking to, to the large datascreen on his desk. "I recently bought a ship at Republic Auction. I was planning on making it my little pet project, however I feel that you would want this vessel. It was procured by a fellow Bounty Hunter you might know. A Mandalorian by the name of Solus'ad. Not sure where he is now, but this ship once belonged to a group of slavers. It will need some gutting to get to the specs of what your talking about, but its not beyond my crew." Fixer took a deep breath and exhaled through his nose before reaching behind him and pulling a cold drink out of a modifed freon converter. He snapped a tab on the top and took a sip. "I will unfourtunately need to see some crudentials on your relationship with the BHG (Bounty Hunters Guild) as the ship was purchased with most of its equipment intact. You understand I can't just sell it to anybody. If the ship were used in any illegal activities I'd likely lose my mechanics license. Along with my cooshy deal with the local military." Fixer shifted his weight forward in his chair and turned the screen toward Jorgun. "From what I've read on the holonet the ship was quite a difficult catch. She'd be more than enough for what you need it for. The beauty of it is, that its already on its way here now." Fixer brought the statistical information up on the screen for Jorgun. Jorgun took the seat he was prompted to sit in. The cushion sagged a little as his weight pushed against the fabric. He relaxed a little and listened to the man speak. At first all the stats and back story behind the ship was bleak, but then Jorgun perked up when he heard about credentials. He had a slight problem when it came to that. He had been out of hunting for a few years, since Cru'lan died. and since he was no longer Cru'lan... he didn't really think he could use the documents. On the flip side, if the BHG was informed of a query to learn of Cru'lan's record they may get suspicious so he simply hoped for the best as he pulled his datapad out and began to push buttons on the screen to bring up his Paper work.
He also became wary when he heard a name that was some what familiar to him. The name of competition, a bounty hunter who had a good grasp of the galaxy and was working his way up the chain last he knew. Certainly this man was good, but Jorgun wondered how good he had become since he last knew him. He had not heard the name Solus'ad, in quite a while.... clearly it was not good for him to be out of everything for such a long time. He wouldf make sure not to repeat such a demeaning procedure again.
As he looked at the man push the screen towards him he wondered if he could count on a good response after the man saw his paper work.
He looked at the screen, paying attention to the man, then after asked the question if he liked the ship he replied, "Very nice. How much is she, and when is she going to be here?"

Fixer eased back in his chair and looked over Jorguns credentials. Quietly he rubbed his chin in thought. He laid down the documents and attached the Datapad to the Holonet module and fired the information off to the local guild registry near the Hydian Way.
"The price depends on a few things. Modifications you want on it, and the time it will take." Fixer said as his eyes flicked up to look at the Gen'daii's face plate. "As for timing, she should be here in the next couple of days. I finished the requisition papers for her about a week ago, it takes about that long to get a ship out of the auction house and out here to the midrim."
Fixer looked at his customer thoughtfully, calculateing the situation. "I'm not sure how comfortable I am about selling this ship." Fixer held up his hand to reassure the Bounty Hunter before he would interupt. "I'm going to sell it to you. That much is certain." He swung to his left slowly in his seat and he looked out into the empty hangar at the small starship that seemed to be more or less a cockpit welded to a pair of engines. He considered the ramifications of confideing in the Gen'daii, then spoke "I don't want to know what you'll be doing with it. I just need the money. This shop doesnt turn over enough prophets and I want to expand the business. Perhaps get a sub-orbital building license." Fixer turned himself back toward Jorgun and looked at him, with a serious eye.
"The ship itself set me back about 70,000 credits on auction. It likely sold to the Pirate that purchased it from the Thaalas about twice that. I'd say considering my situation now, I could sell it for 100,000. That's base price. If you want us to do any modifications. Say, tweak the engines, give it a new paint job. That sort of thing. It will cost labor. I'm sure you know what that can be like. We won't charge you for screw ups and I'll handle the work myself." Fixer sat forward in his chair and knit his dirty fingers together under his chin, then laid them on the desk.
"Does that sound fair?"

Jorgun almost laughed inside... this human was giving him a reasonable price indeed. It was... A steal, as the humans would say. "I rather find that very reasonable, and I appreciate your willingness to complete this transaction. I note that you have your own opperation here... and that you are trying to make a good business for yourself so let me do this... I will give you 160,000 as a token of good offerings and we will forget my past intrusions and perhaps this will become a place of frequence for me where i can get good.... 'free' business. ey?" He knew the amount he was saying was well over what the man had asked for, but he had been very accomadating, and Jorgun was at no loss of currency. If anything he would befreind this shop owner and possibly this would become a place of repair should he ever need safehaven or work done on his ship. He stretched his arm while he waited for a response.

Fixer was pleased at the figure that Jorgun had given him. It would likely pay for finishing touches on the racer, amongst other things. He'd stash away a nice bit of it for use later.
"Well, I think we've come to an agreement then." Fixer said just as his monitor made a beeping sound. He slowly brought up the information that presented itself. "It seems that your crudentials are alright for the Bounty Hunters guild. I'll be sure they recieve information involving the transaction. I trust you'll be gone before they send anyone to investigate the strange re-emergence of your long dead alter ego." Fixer smiled. "The ship will likely get here tomorrow or the next day. Till then your welcome to stick around."

- Vaulix had been directed to the Odessy by a particularly hyperactive rodian child. He gave the young boy a few credits for his help and went about his buisness. His cloak swished from side to side, sweeping the dirt about the ground as he walked. The Verpine stepped inside of the repairmans shop, looking about before he took a few more strides inside of the place. He attempted to speak aloud, his voice was shaky and sounded like a flys buzz. It was well enough for someone to make out what he was saying though. -
Hello? I am looking for a man named Fixer! I would like a Theta-class T-2c shuttle repaired!
