(Alright, kiddos, here's the game plan. I'm going to grab some reins and have Dukar kill Reechi finally, and that should make the Republic forces less cautious and less organized, leading to some decent infighting. Necrofear, if you're up to NPC the Republic Field Commander, be my guest. I'll post the kill later on today)

Commander Reechi slammed a fist down onto his desk, disrupting the holovid of Nedmore for a brief moment. From his angle, it seemed as if everything his subordinate was saying was true. If the scrubbers were indeed pouring Carbon Dioxide into the room, Nedmore would have been out by now. Instead, he seemed fine.
"Damned Mandalorians..."
Suddenly, as if to rub it in, a message came up on Reechi's screen. Toxins were being detected in almost every chamber of the building, and even in the air system. His chambers, of course, were secure, only operable from inside, but he had negelcted to build a separate air supply into his office. Looking back to his holovid, he found Nedmore still well, as well as the rest of the passage down to the exit. It seemed there was no choice for the aging commander.
Strapping on some armor and placing his insignias over that, the Commander grabbed his blaster pistol and stepped towards the door. Entering in the 17-digit code he memorized, the door began to slide open as the officer stepped out into the hallway and issued an order to the private.
"Whillingsby! Get me to that bunker immedia-"
But, alas, Commander Reechi never finished that sentence. It might have been the grin on Nedmore Willingsby's face, the grace with which he handled his carbine, or maybe just the blaster bolt which tore through his forehead, but something had left the former commander utterly speechless.
"Right away, sir."
Tearing off Nedmore's nametag, Erem Dukar stepped into Reechi's old office and to the man's desk. It was a good thing, thought Dukar, that Reechi had been so paranoid. Certain that one day he would find himself in a situation where the rest of the compound would turn against him, he had built the Self-destruct mechanism into his office.
Three clicks was all it took for the darkeye agent to enter the command. A timer flew up onto the screen, and every other screen in the compound. Three minutes to self-destruct.
(Go)

Seeing as how they hadn't recieved any new orders the Republic troops continued with the circle formed around the Mandalorians. Every once in a while one of the turrets would find a mark and take a Mandalorian down, but nevertheless they continued their charge. The Republic soldiers could see the wall to their own fortress coming closer and closer. Cay barked an order and every 7th second a volley from the 3rd line would be fired. There were some hits from the volleys, but nothing significant enough to dent the Republic's morale.
The wall is only a few feet away from them now, and once they hit it they will all be dead. Then most likely we'll flip around and beat the other Republic dogs away.

(I'm not sure what happened here.... but whatever it was... I think we need some people to post IC so we can finish this. The base is going to blow, and that means that the Karatos guys are going to be able to get away, and all the main turrets are going to be gone as well. So now it is just a few dozen Mandalorians against a few dozen Republic Soldiers. Poor, poor soldiers...)

Solus'ad wasn't aware of the Republic Soldiers, or the 30 or so battleworn Mandalorians that had vacated their poor defenses on top of Hill 1 as they pushed forward into the chink he and his comrade had busted in the defenses in front of Turret 1.
No.
Solus'ad was aware of the crushing weight that was pinning him to the battlement below the shattered tower of Turret 1. His body lay tangled with the wreckage, and his eyes looked up at the sky. It was so vividly green and blue. It reminded him of the sky back on Dantooine a little bit. It was beautiful.
"BAAR'UR!!!" ("MEDIC!") A man yelled. Solus'ad's attention snapped back into reality and he realized just how much pain he was in. His body ached all over and he could barely breath. He turned his head to one side and saw that his arm was covered in his own blood. He lifted it up in front of him and found a sick fascination in its color. The thing that coursed through his veins lay in front of him, free of its vessel.
Then an armored hand gripped his bloody one. The faceplate of a Mandalorian stared down at him. All Solus'ad could do was feel embarassed. "Get off me! Go kill those Republic Shu'tas!" Solus'ad couldn't find the words in Mandalorian for how angry he was. He tried to lift his head to see where the enemy line was located. A platoon of Mandalorians had formed a offensive line in the craters and wreckage. They were protecting him. "What are you doing?! Haar'chak Utrekov" (Damn Idiot) Solus'ad complained, though he was grateful somewhere deep down.
"GAA'TAYLIR NI!" (Help me!) The Mandalorian standing over him shouted. Solus'ad watched him wave over two soldiers with a Medic in tow. When the three arrived. The three of them knealt down. The two soldiers watched for snipers looking for a mark, while the Doc prepped a diagnostics pad. The medic plugged a little datapad into Solus'ads armor and started the diagnostic.
Blaster fire flew over their heads in scattered bursts. There was alot of shouting from nearby and the endless sounds of weapons fire. It gave Solus'ad a strange comfort inside. That or maybe he had lost so much blood, things were starting to seem just fine. He'd read that in a field manual somewhere.
"Get this off him we're moveing him!" The Medic said. The next few moments were escrutiatingly painful. The soldiers struggled against the wreckage that pinned him down. Finally when they had gotten it off him. The two soldiers dragged him by his shoulders to the relative cover of the shattered tower of Turret 1.
There were a couple other injured Mandalorians there inside the stocky room. It had a low ceiling and the Medics had made it into a makeshift aid station. They laid him on a stretcher and the medic finished his diagnostic. "Your bleeding all over my bed Ner Vod." The Medic said to him. Solus'ad turned his head to look at him. His vision was fadeing and he felt light.
"Nuh'la" (funny) Solus'ad managed, and he lost conciousness. Somewhere in the back of his mind he registered an enormous explosion that shook the ground.
((Solus'ad is down for the rest of this battle. Finish it as you like.))

(The main base is at this very second self-destructing. That doesn't count the warehouse. So you guys can pretty much tear through the wreckage and get the Karatos guys out. It's pretty cut-and-dry now. You take over what's left, and Cay Serven meets Erem Dukar.)

Destroy them!
Mandalore pointed his gun at the Republic line that was in range now, along with the rest of the soldiers in his battle line. They were part of the formation that was turned about to face the Republic soldiers at their rear. There was a number of blaster bolt rounds unleashed leveling Republic soldiers, who without an effective commander were like a sheep to the slaughter.
It was all in the past. The explosion had changed the situation drastically and the Republic soldiers knew who the battle had gone to. Most of them dropped their arms immediately in an attempt to save their own lives. As for Mandalore, he was no more, the explosion was just enough shock to him that Cay surged forth putting Mandalore away again. Cay shivered inside the metallic armor as the adrenaline went out of his body. The rapid moving of his eyes slowed, the red that tinted his vision cleared. When he saw the both turret towers collapse from the shock of the explosion he, believing that the Karatos had made a critical blow, sighed. ***** Just as soon as the Republic soldiers began dropping their weapons Cay took his helmet off knowing that the battle was over. Though much to his surprise his Mandalorians kept their guns pointed at the Republic soldiers who had since surrendered. You dogs, you led us to nothing more than a slave's life. You monsters stripped away our freedom! The Mandalorian along with a few others continued gunning down the unarmed Republic soldiers. Cay was quick to act, sprinting across the grass fields, he leveled the enraged Mandalorian with a powerful check using his gun. Cay got to his feet stepped on the Mandalorian's chest with his right foot and pointed his long barreled blaster at the Mandalorian, right at the spot between his eyes, which was covered by a helmet. Have you forgotten our way!? You kill these unarmed men when they present no challenge your actions are no more than a murderer, not worthy of a Mandalorian. But those basta-
If you dare infringe upon the honor of me and my fellow Mandalorians with your actions I will not hesitate to pull the trigger. Make your choice ner vod. There was a lull in which everyone had their eyes on Cay, Felis and the other Mandalorians, and even the surrendered Republic soldiers. They watched to see if Cay was actually capable of killing his own and if his own really had any respect for Cay in the first or he was just joining the bandwagon for his own share of vengeance. No! You can go to hell too! You're just as-There was a single blaster shot that stopped the words that were flowing out into the air. Felis didn't know how to react to the situation as the other Mandalorians stared at Cay who was now stepping a corpse with a hole in its head. Most who had there helmets on just faced Cay motionless, those without had their eyes and mouthes wide. The next sound was Cay cracking his neck and stepping off of the corpse. He was never my brother after all...With those words of closure on the dead corpse the Mandalorians turned to the Republic soldiers who were so terrified of Cay, a man who doesn't bother locking up a regular grunt for insubordination so that he can be court marshaled at a later date, but rather execute judgment himself. When Cay turned to them each Republic soldier knew a bit more of the emotion called fear. These soldiers are our captives, we will strip them of their equipment and send them back to the Republic. With any luck they will refit them and put them on the front. Perhaps this loss will fuel them into creating a greater challenge so that we may yet again prove our right to exist. Begin gathering wounded and we will set up at the ruined base. Unlike Mandalore we are going to liberate this entire planet. The Mandalorians gave a valiant cry in support of their leader. (Battle end)
