We've all played it. I know I have. I got the second one first lol. I recently decided to pick it up once again and play it through. Only this time I played as the dark side. It's actually despite what I thought, turning out to be harder the second time around.
The one achievment that gave me great pleasure was corrupting Handmaiden to the dark side, then moments later making her Force Sensitive. The only other game I can say was better in depth was Star Wars Galaxies (before they screwed it up). What were some of your favorite moments in KotOR?

I haven’t played these games in nearly a year, but I remember finding HK-47 absolutely hilarious most of the time. It’s just a shame that there’s so much cut content from KOTOR II. Was there ever any confirmation of a sequel?

actually, I'm not really all that sure myself. They might make a sequel. I havn't heard anything since it came out whether or not they're making a sequel. Either way (have you noticed how much I use this "Either way,..." line?), if they were making one don't you thing it would have come out by now? And if they do decide to release another one I hope they add more locations. It almost seemed too short if you ask me.

I liked them both, though I felt that the endings of each of them left something to be desired. And the epilogue of Reven was kinda lame. I mean come on what hot blooded Jedi would leave Bastilla Shan behind? I mean damn! What a dork. Do the light side and have her express her undying love to you and you leave her? WTH! That sorta stuff aside. On the note of making sequels, Bioware is a little busy making "Mass Effect" right now, At the point of construction they are at right now would suggest that they are in the middle of crunch time. I do think that if Bioware makes a sequel to the KOTOR series though, It could take shape in a magnificent, and beautiful environment. The characters would be near to realistic looking. If you look at the Mass Effect videos you'll see an amazing attention to detail and an amazing sense of texture. Hang on, lemme see about getting some eye candy for ya. I'll be watching the emergency transmission, I havnt seen that one before, *giggles with delight* hehe!

Ugh, Mass Effect. Another game I do not want to own or play. Sure it looks good, and they say it's going to be huge. But with all the stuff they say they are going to stick on it, you know they're going to cut a ton of it. I have yet to play or even see a next gen game that fully puts out and lives up to what people say it does or would. Even TES4: Oblivion. There's more to a game than just shiny brand spanking new graphics; there's a long and forgotten art that was very rampant in the mid 2000's called gameplay.
Apparently around the time they launched the Xbox 360 and announced all of the other consoles, people forgot what makes a game worth playing. Now all it is is looks and the ability to prove how good you are at something than everyone else.
Sounds alot like Highschool all over again.

Hehe, highschool... It is teh suck... Gameplay is supposed to be similar to Kotor, with a little extra action. But I hear ya on the hyped up skepticism... I Beta Tested Vanguard Saga of Heroes... That game was hyped beyond hyped. People were hailing it as the WoW killer and all this other BS...
It was awsome for Beta... When launch hit. They completely altered content and removed half of the good stuff. Saving it for an expansion pack that people would have to pay to get a hold of... Talk about crappy things to do...
That and there was all the promisses Brad Mcquaid went back on...
That guy wont be able to Code HTML for food ever again thats for sure. Well... one can hope.

Best part was on Nar Shadda.
First off, when you told the two thugs to go jump off a cliff. Then use a mind trick to make em do it.
The other good one was when the Duros "Ambush" the rest of your party.
"I'll take the stupid one who decided to threaten us rather than shoot us."

I think my favorite part from the original Kotor is when you put Mission Vao and Bastilla in your party on Tatooine and Mission starts pestering Bastilla about propper use of the force, and asks "if she ever used it to trip somone before?" Like if she'd ever been tempted to ever missuse it.
When Bastilla says "never", Mission continues to bother her, and she uses the force on Mission to trip her.... heheheh classic.

I found the parts in KOTOR2 as a female on Peragus quite funny, up until you got the clothes. And the droid conversations.
Then again on Taris in KOTOR 2 if you work for the Ithorians and use the protocol droid to convince the mainframe droid to shoot everyone. Also funny.

I loved that if you get your wisdom up your force powers greatly increase in dmg and quantity, I had it to were my Force Storm did well over 300 dmg, I could clear an entire room in the Nar Shadda gas club rooms (forget the actual name) wiht just one press of a buttom...

When I first got to Korriban in Kotor I and spoke to Carth's son I was obsessed with turning him back to the light side. I was an idiot and didn't know that the entire sith base attacks you depending on what you do at the sith trial, so Dustil ended up being killed. The entire time I spoke to Carth after that he kept saying that he didn't want to talk and just wanted to find something in the base to convince Dustil that they were evil. I had to laugh at my own obsession with it, and after the fact that he was killed, Carth's character never recognized it in the game.
I never played it through on the dark side because I stumbled apon my friends file. Mission was my favorite character through the game and my friend saved just before the part that you can kill her off. Decided I can't play as an evil character after that lol.

And I quote,
"Definition: 'Love' is making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometers away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope. Statement: This definition, I am told, is subject to interpretation. Obviously, love is a matter of odds. Not many meatbags could make such a shot, and fewer would derive love from it. Yet for me, love is knowing your target, putting them in your targeting reticle, and together, achieving a singular purpose, against statistically long odds."
Need more be said?

Mass Effect is awesome too.
What other game allows you to to make dozens of enemies fly up into the ceiling, helpless as you shoot them like fish in a barrel?
Biotics = wuv

Halo 1-3, Soldier of Fortune, Battlefield 2142,
Not biotics, but the ragdoll animation from explisive death is always a laugh...
Hey Myn, Isnt Mass effect just... Digital Crack? I mean Dang it. I conquered it twice... and I still have the itch to play it.
I've been told if its conquered 3 times a peice of the missing plotline emerges in the 4th play through... Try it and let me know.

Kotor both where excellent games I admit there where some really annoying parts in both games. Also the tons of Glitches in both games....LOL But I did like how almost everyone in part two could become a Jedi. Expect the Wookie.... I would have enjoyed seeing a Wookie killing things with a light saber....But there is a Rumor on an X-box magazine that Bio is working on Kotor 3...

KOTOR3 is probably going to be an MMO Antonus. I would not be surprised if the setting was in our sites RP Era too, considering how empty it is of anything official in the starwars Historical timeline.
