I just finished Star Wars - Crosscurrent by Paul S Kemp, and it was surprisingly interesting. I would recommend it. Plus, part of the ending reminded me a bit of "Dollhouse," which is win.
Anyway, now I'm reading A Poisoned Season by Tasha Alexander, which I'm almost done with, because it's hard to put down. It's the second in her Lady Emily Ashton series.

Alright, since I'll probably forget, and I'm almost done with my second reading of The Name of the Wind (which is still a splendid read, btw), I'll be moving on to The Blade Itself by Joe Abercrombie shortly.

Because I'm in a rereading mood, I'm starting on Scott Lynch's The Lies of Locke Lamora again.

Altered Carbon by Richard K. Morgan. Pretty cool book so far, but twisted.

LOL! I've just ordered the Thrawn Trilogy, so I'll be reading those shortly (and yes, these are the first Star Wars books I've read, besides a few books from the Jedi Apprentice and Jedi Quest series). Haha, guess I can't really call myself a fan until I've read the books!

Oooh, the Thrawn trilogy were my first ever SW books I read (and my favorites, except for maybe the Hand of Thrawn duology)... only because I didn't know others existed till after I read those three.

Wizard's First Rule, by Terry Goodkind. Good book, few of them actually capture my interest. Its a fantasy book as well, which I'm not normally into, so that speaks volumes of it in my book. (hahaha, got two puns in there without intending). At any rate, had it a few weeks and nearly done with all of its 800+ pages. Would've been done sooner... but meh. A full time job and multiple hobbies tends to dull down the reading time.

Very good book Rugs. The Series is pretty good as well. I read it some time last year. As for what I am reading....Well nothing yet, I haven't had the money, nor time to make it to the local book store. That in mind, I'm contemplating rereading Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan and the Honor Harington series by David Weber, Fantasy and Space Opera (respectively). Two very good series that I would recomend.

Shadows of the Empire, Steve Perry - re-read after 8 years, almost like a new book. House of Treason, Robert Hutchinson - for my historical interests. An Actor's Guide To Getting Work, Simon Dunmore - for my other interests.

I've just finished a book called Daughter of the Killing Fields by Theary C. Seng. It's an account of the author's experiences during the Cambodian genocide, and I would recommend it to everyone. It's rather hard-hitting, but it handles a period of history which nobody should forget.
I'm currently reading Darth Bane: Dynasty of Evil by Drew Karpyshan.
