Alright, so we got...

Pretty good so far, but if anyone else wants to join, do so by Tuesday.

I think the plan right now is to split in groups of two. One to fight off the other groups, and one to go straight for the loot (cargo hold, whatever). Thoughts? Suggestions?

Um I doubt Ethan would allow Simo to go with the loot team. As he barely knows him and trusts him even less, which could create lovely tensions ^_^

Then Ethan and Simo will blast some bad guys together. Anyone else have a preference on where to go?

Considering Horst is... well, Horst, I'd say he'd be best suited for some good ol' fashioned warfare. Obviously it'd be nice for him to have some company, but cha'.

Okay, so the two teams will be -

Fighters:
Ervisa
Horst
Simo

Looters:
Ethan
Nar
Zett

They're jobs are pretty self explanatory. The looters will make a beeline for the cargo hold, and find what treasures the derelict ship holds. The fighters will make a push against the Sith Privateers, creating a large distraction for all to come see.

Once the loot is loaded, we'll either pull out from the battle or finish the privateers and others off. Depends on how many their are. After that, we make a clean, and speedy, getaway.

This is just a general layout. Multiple things can happen during this raid. I would appreciate more suggestions and input.

I'd prefer Ervisa to be a fighter. It does make a little sense to have the skilled fighter with a lightsaber doing something besides loading pallets like my old job at Walmart.

If it's not to late then add Je'Baru to the mix of fighters. He'll be a +3 fighter in a battle like this.

Alright guys, seven people. Big turn out. I'm more than pleased. But seven people in a thread can get messy and complicated. While large things like this can be fun, we gotta figure out how they can work well. Fromikeable came up with two options that I think were great.

1) Two threads. One for the fighters and one for the looters. That would be four people to a thread, and each team would get their jobs done. Not much interaction besides the fighters causing the distraction.

2) One thread. In his thread, the fighters would post for a couple of rounds, then the looters for a couple of rounds. While Ethan is with the looters, I would still start off the raid. There can be more interaction between groups this way, and it's less confusing I think.

Let me know what you guys think, and which ever option is most popular we will do.

Separate threads, definitely. I see member cap for any thread being 4. With more people it will move too slow.

Seeing as i have no more field work, I am going to have Bit in this. I dont really care if hes a fighter or a looter, so you can put him where he is needed. And i am in agreement for the two threads. I think that it would be easier.

I would prefer one thread, because it would be easier to follow what the other group is doing at the same time as what we are doing.

If we put everyone in one thread, each player will have to wait a lot for the other side to play its rounds, plus their own players during their turn. Overall the thread will be bulkier, and move at a slower pace than separate threads. It's a bad idea. 2 threads are a better way to go.

Alright gents, it's gonna be two threads. The first one I'll be in charge of, for the guys hitting the cargo bay. Lmr will be in charge of the second, for those fighting and causing the distraction.

The order you see is the preferred posting order. Plan's pretty basic. The Looters fighter their way to the cargo hold and see what they can find for... well... loot. The fighters are going to push against the Sith Privateers, and cause a distraction drawing most of the bad guys.

Depending on how fast the looters get done, they're either come help the people fighting retreat, or those fighting will finish up the privateers.

There wont really be a space battle, but we are going to have the Hammerhead for back-up anyways. It's going to dock and let us all off, and then stick around for support. It shall remain docked the whole time, unless something happens.

Remember this is an ancient, derelict Sith dreadnought. There are bound to be parts without power, parts without pieces of the hull, and parts that are going to scare the crap out of you. Make it seem real.

Since this just went up, the first posts will either pop up tonight or tomorrow. It'll put it a little behind (I wanted the threads up already) but it'll be fine.

It would be nice fellas if we could get some SP stuff started again. lol It worries me that in or out of SP Simo has I think only been in 1 completed thread.
